Fantastic experience: Bad tooth ache all weekend. Phoned reception 9:00hrs Monday, receptionist very helpful. Appointment made for Tuesday, examined, Xray and tooth extracted at this appointment by Miss Clint. Her treatment and calming helped my anxiety. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Had my check up appointment with Dr Clint this morning and was, as always very helpful punctual and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I rang up first thing Monday morning (which is chaos everywhere I know!)….I was very stressed as my husband has just been diagnosed with cancer and I couldn’t afford to to let my toothache develop into something serious just as he’s about to start chemotherapy. The brilliant team called me right back and managed to squeeze me in at 11am the same day!!! saw Dentist Reece and he was very thorough and reassuring (and wore a mask for my protection). Luckily it did not need additional treatment which was a huge relief. Thanks a million to the Team in what was Urgent for me!!!

Fantastic experience: I bought my friend to this surgery because he is in a wheelchair . After a few strokes a couple of years ago he really wanted to see Sherlock Chan again because he was so good and understanding of his condition but unfortunately he has left . He saw Dr Angeli who seems lovely . The surgery were very helpful in the circumstances. Access to the surgery was made easy because the dentist relocated to a specific room with wheelchair access .

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Collins at muirhead dental practice. He was the niceist dentist i have come across in a long time. I was terrified of going to the dentist after having a bad experience ten years ago at anouther practice. Dr Collins was amazing friendly. patiant and kind he explained all my treatment options and put the choice in my hands after advising me of best options. If your terrified he is your best option and so worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Excellent once again. Dentist was very professional. My only gripe would be that they no longer take cash payments. This is a backward step as senior citizens do not welcome this move.

Negative experience: The reception staff in this practice are extremely unprofessional. Every time a certain one of them got off the phone she was complaining to the other staff members about the person she'd been talking to. She was also complaining about how she only got runner up in the "employee of the month" if this person is one of the best staff i dread to think of how bad the others are. The dentist however was nothing but professional and made me feel really at ease during my appointment.

Positive experience: Excellent service. My 91 yr old mother lost a filling and was concerned about the implications (though not in serious pain). Muirhead staff managed to get her a cancellation appointment and treat her within 2 days. As usual she was treated gently and considerately throughout her visit. Really nice staff and excellent dentist (Helen).

Negative experience: My daughter recently attended an appointment. She had been experiencing pain in her gum/tooth, ear and having headaches. She assumed possibly wisdom teeth coming through but wanted this checked out for peace of mind. She paid band A - £27.40 Includes an examination, diagnosis (including X-rays), advice, and preventative care like a scale and polish if needed. Unfortunately, the dentist explained that he could NOT do a check up and check her wisdom tooth as well She had to choose what was most pressing! My daughter asked if she could have an x-ray to check all ok (included in price she had paid). This was not agreed with the dentist either. Overall, he checked her wisdom tooth (which was apparently ok) he did not check any other teeth or gums or perform an x-ray- advised her to maybe see her GP for the pain as he only deals with teeth. I am very disappointed with the lack of care my daughter received with this particular practitioner and as such has not given me or my daughter peace of mind. I will be seeking further advice as to why a full examination and x-ray was not carried out.
