Coming all the way from Sweden, and I am beyond impressed with the level of care and service I received. Despite being fully booked and having both reception areas packed, the staff went out of their way to fit me in, which I truly appreciated. They were not only accommodating but incredibly kind, professional, and understanding, especially considering it was around the busy Christmas season. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology that I've never seen before. The dentist, along with the nurses, were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, going above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. My problem was solved the same day:-) What really stood out to me was the exceptional service and genuine care I received. Thank you again Ego dental and staff for going above and beyond to help me! I will definitely be coming back if I’m ever in London again. Highly recommended!

I'm an NHS patient, and even though I'm registered with the practice and have been for years, I have to go on a waitlist to get a checkup. No information on how long this waitlist is. Extremely frustrating.

Fantastic experience: EGO Dental Clinic really saved me in my hour of need. My old root canal (from a childhood tooth injury) failed just before my overseas holiday. I was in pain and struggling to find suitable help in time to still go away. I found EGO via a google search on a Friday morning, had a consultation that same Friday afternoon and Dr Thomas was kind enough to begin the re-root canal work the next day. He took out the old filler that had failed, cleaned and treated the tooth and put on a temporary filling so that I was able to travel comfortably and enjoy my holiday. He then completed the re-root canal work once I had returned to the UK, and he did a brilliant job. I really have to thank Thomas, Charlie, Ewa and all the staff at EGO for taking such care of me. This was my first experience at the clinic, but not the last.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after such a life-changing experience, I felt compelled to do so—it’s the least I can do for Dr. Charlie and his clinic. When I first visited Ego Dental Clinic in January 2024, I arrived with significant hesitation and fear. My deep-seated phobia of dentists had prevented me from maintaining regular dental visits, largely due to a history of very negative experiences and dental mistakes. Dr. Charlie and his exceptional team completely transformed my perspective on dentistry. When I first arrived, my teeth were in a terrible state—decayed and in need of extensive work. My early visits were filled with stress and overwhelming anxiety attacks. However, well into my extensive treatment, everything changed. Dr. Charlie’s expertise, patience, and genuine care, along with the unwavering support of his incredible team, slowly helped me rebuild trust. Over time, my fear subsided, and my oral hygiene improved drastically—something I never thought I would say with joy. Dr. Charlie quite literally gave my teeth a second chance and, in doing so, restored my confidence in dental care. Dental visits no longer fill me with the same overwhelming anxiety. In fact, I now genuinely look forward to seeing Dr. Charlie, Eva, Dior, and the rest of the team (apologies for not knowing all their names). Given the extensive work I needed, I spent a lot of time at the clinic over the past year, and I am immensely grateful for the care, empathy, and professionalism I received. Today was my last day of treatment—February 2025. The difference between my first visit and my last is exponentially different—a true testament to Dr. Charlie and his team. Fantastic experience: I recently had an emergency appointment at this clinic, for worsening dental pain whilst I was visiting London for the week. It was extremely simple and straightforward to book online, with a selection of same day appointments. The service provided was exceptational. I am extremely gateful for the practical advice given by Dr Attariani, and level of patient care provided. I feel EGO dental went above and beyond. My dental pain subsided in the days following my appointment. I must also add that the cost was very reasonably priced, for what was an emergency and out of hours appointment.

Negative experience: Poor management system poor booking system. The dentist accuses his patients and threatens them with the police when they say they will go to the ombudsman when the dentist is the one cancelling their customer’s appointment at the last minute. I was told I needed 2 fillings - my new dentist that I moved onto said I didn’t need any treatment. If in doubt get a second referral. Management are rude and abrupt. Reception staff are kind and friendly. If only they were the dentists then the business would flourish. Stay clear - there are better dentists in the area.

Dr Charlie is so knowledgeable and is always willing to sit and thoroughly explain what is going on. Best of All is all the hightech gadgets to make everything smooth and painfree. My experience with ego dental clinic has been wonderful. I cant recommend it enough

Negative experience: I booked an emergency appointment, as I had a really bad toothache for 2 days. I went in paid 80 pounds and they told me i had nothing in particular, I go to another dentist and they detected that I had 2 cavities. I later called EGO dental clinic again if they were sure I had nothing and they told me that I had to book another appointment for them to see, and what for? if they couldn't tell in the first one that I had severe pain due to a cavity I had! Don't recommend.

My experience here has been fantastic since day one: the staff is really welcoming and the place is modern and clean. A special kudos for Ramona (she does my treatments) as she always makes sure I’m comfortable and safe. She explains what the next steps are and even takes her time to have a good chat too! Fantastic experience: Superb dentist! Dr Charlie has managed to fix an almost impossibly problematic teeth with a lot of success. Dr Goldnar lead my Invisalign treatment and was carried out amazingly with great support throughout. The dentists are very attentive and effective during procedures.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to a dentist for many years, & I visited EGO Dental Clinic Westminster after a Google search & reading Google reviews. I was contacted swiftly & an appointment was hastily arranged for me as I had broken an old crown. After an assessment, I agreed to have all my existing crowns replaced, and the upper front of my awful mouth re-modelled. Some weeks later, after a number of appointments & a temporary set ,I now have a computer scanned & imaged Hollywood smile, to be proud of ! All through this process, I was always informed of progress, risks, actions to be taken & of course cost implications. I received most courteous care & attention from everybody involved in my treatment, & appointments were always kept & at my convenience. I can most definitely recommend Charlie & his team to anybody looking for treatment in Victoria/Westminster. I will be back for more treatment.

Fantastic experience: EGO is a fantastic clinic run by people who genuinely care about your health, and make getting the treatment you need easy! The space is exceptionally clean, bright, and welcoming and the reception is run by competent and friendly staff. Don't let the name fool you, they are dedicated to healthcare first but are are also really approachable about more cosmetic treatments such as whitening and Invisalign. Always transparent with the cost, and timescale of all treatments. As a dentist goes, they are fantastic. It's nice to have somewhere you feel genuinely cared for as a patient and can ask any question, no matter how big or small, to put your mind at ease. Thanks to Dr Charlie Attariani and the team!
