Fantastic experience: I came with my 3 year old. My score is mainly for her, they welcomed us in and was very chatty to her, made the time to ease her nerves and I felt her relax straight away! Played with her during our appointment because she had her doll so they role played checking the dolls teeth which my daughter loved as well as letting my daughter feel included when I then had my check up! My daughter now can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Negative experience: Disappointment with the repeated cancellations of my children's appointments without any prior notification. This has now happened five times, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Most recently, we arrived for a scheduled appointment only to be informed that it had been canceled. The receptionist claimed they had the wrong contact details, which is unacceptable given that we have received previous communications from your office. This level of mismanagement is highly unprofessional and disrupts not only our schedules but also our children's necessary dental care. We expect a higher standard of organization and communication from a healthcare provider.

The dentist & her assistant were patient & kind & explained the procedure from start to finish. I didn't feel pressured or rushed throughout. Good communication in general too. All the options for treatment were explained fully beforehand.

Negative experience: Appt booked in January for March, then it was cancelled, I was then offered a new appointment for June, this has now also been cancelled "due to unforseen circumstances " this is appalling, If u can find another dental practice that is accepting patients, please go there instead, over 6 months of waiting for a basic check up, that I still have to pay for ..
