Fantastic experience: Very friendly dental surgery. I have been a patient for years. Once I had to telephone with a concern about jaw pain and was seen that very afternoon without a prior appointment. It turned out to be shingles but there was no delaying in seeing me. I feel they are scrupulous in having care for a patient as an individual. Mr. Winston in particular was extremely patient with my mum who had problems and was supportive of her situation. It was greatly appreciated.

Positive experience: Lovely, friendly staff. Dentist and hygienist very kind and explain everything. The only reason for 4 stars is accesibility. Wholst in a wheelchair, I couldn't get over the sterp step to get in, so couldnt get to the dentist. Even now on crutches, the door was too heavy to open whist trying to get over the step. That is a very real problem to many people and preventative of dental health.

Fantastic experience: 5 star treatment. I chose Mossley Dental Care for my orthodontic treatment. I was throughly informed about my options and types of braces available for the treatment I needed. I chose a fixed damon brace and couldn't be happier. Appointments are often and always available. Which helps with the timescale of treatment. I had a small abcess develop on a wisdom tooth. I called the practice and was seen the same day. I was given antibiotics and received an email a few days later asking how I was getting on, if things hadn't improved, they would book me in for another appointment. Luckily, this wasn't warranted. I really have been blown away with the level of care I have received not just from my orthodontist but every member of staff. A special mention to the reception staff who never fail to great you with a big friendly smile. I really couldn't recommend mossley dental practice enough. If I could give ten stars, I would!

Alison had a very child-friendly approach and was kind and calm. She explained things well and put Molly at ease. She had a great rapport with her dental nurse who was equally lovely. Despite having two fillings Molly enjoyed the visit and came out very happy. I was very pleased with the result and felt that Alison really took the time to ensure the fillings were of a good standard that would last. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from start to finish. I wasn’t sure whether to go with Invisalign or braces. Mr Winston talked me through both options and we came to the conclusion that braces would be the best route. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way. Fantastic experience: I am absolutely ecstatic I found Mossley Dental Care! I received brace treatment from Mr Winston and would highly recommend choosing this practice to anyone who wishes to have braces fitted. My journey began when I was trying to find an orthodontist and I came across Mossley Dental Care who were very swift to reach out back to me. I had a consultation with Mr Winston who was reassuring, made sure I understood my treatment plan and was able to help me with any concerns I had. Just after a month later I had my braces fitted on, I was a little bit daunted going into work the next day but all my colleagues were supportive. When they came off some of my colleagues said they didn't even realise I had them on. So I think no one should be put off by how they look. I thought they looked quite cool! I have even recommended Mossley Dental Care to my colleagues who think it's too late to improve their teeth and smiles. It's never too late and Mossley Dental Care makes sure of this! Treatment flew by I was in braces for little over a year, took some time getting used to them at first but after they just felt part of my mouth. Never felt any pain or was in too much discomfort. Mr Winston assured me on my progress, assessed if any removal of teeth was neccessary and made sure I understood how to clean and look after my teeth. I also needed root canal treatment and Mr Winston kindly recommend Endo61 who did an amazing job. It didn't hurt at all! I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to Mr Winston and Kerry who were able to help me and my teeth. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Mr Watson from Mossley Dental Practice for dental implants, from beginning to end the whole procedure was performed to a very high standard. The support and attention to detail was astounding, I was kept up to date throughout it all. Initially I was apprehensive about the procedure and worried about how painful it would be but this was totally unfounded as I can honestly say the only pain, or rather discomfort, was from the hypodermic needle which was necessary to inject the local anaesthetic. Yes you can feel something, you can feel touch , pressure, movement etc but I did not feel any pain at all once the local anaesthetic was present. Should the situation arise again ( hopefully not) I would not hesitate to contact Mr Watson and his team and arrange to have the further dental implants. I finally have the smile I have always dreamed of !!!!

Their level of service and dedication to their patients is second to none. The whole implant process was pain free and the final result was beyond my expectations. Took our there and then , explained thoroughly about how injection doesn't impact pregnancy and was by far the least painful tooth extraction I've ever had. Fantastic experience: Dr Mistry is an excellent dental practitioner. I've had dental issues for years, so decided to find a solution. Did searches regarding dentists and Mossley Dental Care was at the top of the search. Made an initial appointment for a full assessment to determine the dental treatment required. I was referred to Dr Mistry for additional assessment regarding suitability for dental implants/additional treatments. In depth and straightforward discussion with Dr Mistry enabled a plan of action to correct issues/replace missing and damaged teeth. I have had a couple of procedures done, such as, sockets fitted for replacement teeth as well as augmentation for the fitting of two bridges. For the total treatment required, I was given a treatment plan with the corresponding cost and ways to pay that suited my circumstances. I have been involved in every step of the treatment process which personally gives me confidence in a clinical practitioner. I have finished my dental treatment today (01/05/2024), and very pleased (and emotional in a positive way) with the final result. Its not a quick solution to have dental implants done, but appropriate healing time in between the different stages is necessary for successful completion of the implant process. I would like to say a massive thank you to Dr Mistry (and all staff at the practice) for the treatment, guidance, support and advice throughout the entire treatment process. I highly recommend Dr Mistry as a dental practitioner; also recommend anyone to join this private dental practice.

Fantastic experience: So delighted with the results of my Invisalign treatment with Ben Isherwood at Mossley Dental Care. I hadn’t realised quite how much my crooked teeth were affecting my confidence. I had assumed that I was too old for Invisalign but Ben was very confidant that my teeth would return to their younger look with in a year. Here I am 9 months later and I am all done. Ben and his dental nurse are a great team and made the whole process as trauma free as they could. (I am not a particularly good patient!) It’s all quite a process but one that I would highly recommend experiencing with Ben.

Mr Winston sure is the best he talked me through the procedure from start to Finnish I went ahead and now my teeth are great I would recommend mr Winston highly & if you need your teeth straightening he is the perfect person to do it.

Fantastic experience: I suffer a life long fear of the dentist. But the time had come, either dentures or lots of work. Chose the latter as the thought of a palette in my mouth filled me with dread. Need I have worried? No. My concerns were accepted. I was treated with so much care and dignity I actually managed many hours of treatment and have absolutely fabulous looking natural teeth. Can’t stop smiling they are that natural only close family and friends who knew I was having the work done notice the difference. Fantastic experience: I looked on the website and based on the before and after pictures of others on there decided (at the young age of 50) to go ahead and ask about braces. I have hated my teeth for most of my life, always smiled on photos with my mouth shut to hide my teeth from view and I just felt really ugly and self conscious. I suffer with social anxiety and depression and so I did feel very nervous initially at the thought of visiting Mossley Dental Care but right from the start I felt so looked after and it’s such a lovely friendly place. After initial consultations, I had braces fitted on both the top and bottom teeth for just over a year and when they were taken off and I saw the result I cried with joy. Lovely straight teeth that I no longer want to hide away! To say Mr Winston and Mossley Dental have changed my life is not an understatement. I love my teeth so much now, I find myself smiling all the time and this has positively affected my mood, how I see myself and how I feel inside. Fantastic experience: I came to Mossley Dental about 5 years ago because my usual Dentist always had excuses why the gum wasn’t numb….that I would have to have a broken tooth extracted at the hospital because it was too big a job…why the fillings always fell out and on…anyway none of that carry on here…always professional, nothing is too much trouble, I also decided that I would have my teeth straightened/ whitened and a crown for an old tooth that has lost it’s original some years ago…and after 12 months treatment all works complete and a very happy chappy!

Fantastic experience: After wanting straight teeth for many years but putting it off due to fear, I finally took the plunge and went for a consultation with Mr Winston in 2022. I’m in my 50’s and my teeth were very overcrowded. He put me at ease and explained the treatment plan in detail, which he suggested would be a timescale of approximately 12 to 24 months. He wanted to remove 4 of my teeth to achieve the best results but I really didn’t want any teeth removed so he said he would leave them in and see how they moved during the treatment, but I might need to have at least 1 tooth extracted. I had my top brace on first in July 2022. I was amazed at how quickly my teeth started to move. With my top teeth straight in a very short period I had my bottom brace fitted in December 2022. Again, the speed in which my teeth moved into their correct place was surprising. I didn’t need any extractions as every time I went for my 4 weekly consultation Mr Winston filed my teeth in order to make space for them all to sit straight. I was frightened to death at the thought of having this done but it was pain free and all I felt was a vibration. By May 2023 my teeth were straight and both my braces were removed to reveal my beautiful straight teeth. Unbelievable. I have fixed retainers which you get used to so quickly, they don’t bother me at all, and also night time retainers which again don’t cause any pain or discomfort, it’s just a case of getting used to the routine of putting them in every night. I am so pleased with my straight teeth and I now smile on photos rather than keeping my mouth closed, my family and friends say they look great. I would definitely recommend fixed braces with Mr Winston. Yes, they cost a bit and my experience wasn’t completely pain free, there is some discomfort and it’s a nuisance having to cut your food up etc, but wow, it’s so worth it for the end result. After 11 months I was all sorted. A special mention also to Mr Winston’s assistant Kerry and the reception staff, who are all very kind and friendly. My advice to anybody contemplating getting fixed braces is to get yourself along to Mossley Dental, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had braces from a different dental practice as a teenager but at 15 I didn't realise the importance of wearing a retainer and 14 years later, my teeth had moved a lot and I started to feel self conscious about my smile, especially my front teeth which were starting to stick out quite a lot. A year ago, after thinking about it for a few months, I came for a consultation with Daniel Winston at Mossley Dental Care and made the decision to get braces in my late twenties...the best decision I could have made! Mr Winston was very informative and clear from the outset what braces would be suitable for my specific case and what results I could expect. From start to finish the treatment was smooth with very regular appointments (every 3-4 weeks) and no issues at all. I was so impressed with the attention to detail that Mr Winston gave my teeth, making even the smallest corrections in order to get the best final result possible. Less than a year after my first consultation, my braces are off and I am thrilled with my new smile, all done in time for my 30th Birthday! (and this time I have both fixed and removable retainers so my teeth stay this way!) I must especially mention that all of the staff at the practice are so warm, friendly and helpful! After seeing them all regularly for a year, I was so impressed at how personal the treatment felt and it was so nice when staff remembered small details about me and took interest in my orthodontic journey. I will miss the friendly faces at my regular appointments now that my treatment is over! I'm so glad I went for the consultation a year ago and would definitely recommend the practice to anyone who is in two minds about getting any orthodontic treatment.

Fantastic experience: Just brilliant from start to finish. The whole team are genuinely absolutely lovely. I chose Mossley Dental Care to sort out getting invisalign done on my slightly wonky teeth. Ben was an absolute pleasure to deal with, took my feedback on board on where I felt I was up to on my teeth straightening, and then we went through a few more rounds of refinement until they were as perfect as possible. If you're doing invisalign, you're going to be sick of the sight of your orthodontist for around a year probably, so it's important to find one you get along with, and with Ben and his very capable assistants, that was definitely the case.
