Fantastic experience: Extremely professional and helpful

Fantastic experience: I had a hygiene and airflow appointment with Adrianna and Marzena on 18th November and the service was excellent from start to finish. I was warmly greeted by the lady at reception, who was very pleasant and helpful. Adrianna began with a brief consultation to understand my concerns. She then carried out a check-up and proceeded with a thorough tooth-by-tooth clean, with Marzena assisting throughout. Adrianna was very gentle and attentive, taking her time to address any issues. She also made sure to answer all my questions before I left. Overall, I had a great experience with all three ladies and the service I received. I am very happy with the hygiene/airflow treatment. I also had a dentist appointment on 20th November with Dr. Agrawal and had a very positive experience. He really listened to my concerns, examined my tooth issue and guided me through the best treatment options. Both my experiences were very positive and I will be definitely returning. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: At my last check up and xray around a year ago now Neeraj discovered that I had widespread infection in my mouth caused by a decayed tooth that had been covered up by a badly fitting crown that I had done several years ago at a different dentist. Of course I wanted to try everything to save the tooth from being taken out. Neeraj patiently and sensitively discussed all treatment options with me, quite rightly prioritising eliminating the infection from my mouth. I realised this meant removal of the decayed tooth and then waiting to see if the infection cleared up. As Neeraj considered if the gap left by the removed tooth and badly fitting old crown would be suitable for an implant an xray showed that the infection had eaten into and eroded the tissue and bone in my mouth which meant that the only way I would have enough bone for an implant to be placed in the gap would be to have surgery to build up the area sufficiently for an implant to be possible. This surgery was extremely complex and involved yet Neeraj performed it perfectly. After several months my gum had healed enough for the implant to be fitted and finally the crown to be placed recently. The result is amazing, it feels and looks natural and just like my own healthy tooth. Neeraj was clear, calm, kind and professional as always throughout, making sure that every stage of my treatment was carried out correctly and perfectly and not rushed so that my mouth had time to fully heal between each stage of the treatment. Neeraj and the whole team are absolutely amazing and I feel very lucky and grateful to have Neeraj as my dentist. I trust him 100% and always find his pricing to be fair, transparent and clearly communicated. If you are considering an implant or any other dental treatment, however complex or advanced, I highly recommend Neeraj and I honestly believe you won't find a more skilled dentist anywhere. Fantastic experience: Exceptional practice! Dr Rizwaan replaced an old, decaying filling and did a fantastic job. The only discomfort suffered was with the administration of the anesthetic, after which it was plain sailing. The end result is very impressive - it just looks like a natural tooth, which is a far cry from how it looked 45 minutes earlier! I rarely leave online reviews but wanted to make an exception in this case. Superb service!

Negative experience: I came for a visit to get my tooth fixed as the crown has felt. They charged me over £200 to put it back on. The cost of material and fitting was same when i done it back in few year ago. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY OVERCHARGE BASE ON LOOKS

I have been a patient at Church End Dental Clinic for over 10 years and highly recommend this practice for anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest dentist. The staff are caring, friendly and attentive. Kasia at reception and the lovely dental nurses always make me feel at ease and are very helpful. Dr Agrawal is very caring and highly skilled. Since I despise needles Dr Agrawal is very gentle with administering anesthetic, he is the only dentist I've ever known does that. Ive also joined the dental plan, which is quite resonable. I had a chance to choose the plan that suited me. Im a very happy patient at Churchend Dental Clinic and most definitely will not change!

Fantastic experience: I popped into the Lancaster Road surgery last week for advice in dealing with a denture that was so painful it was unwearable. No appointment or prior visit but the dentist sorted the problem at no charge. Such generosity and kindness is all too uncommon these days ! Fantastic experience: I have recently undergone a dental implant procedure at the Clinic and am very happy with the work. This was my second implant. Everyone at the practice is very welcoming and friendly. Dr Agrawal is extremely professional, calm and supportive, answering any questions or concerns throughout and always offering support if any issues arose. I have been a patient at practice for over 20 years and have not experienced any problems or negative experiences in that time. Fantastic experience: Had a recent visit to Church End and cant recommend them enough. I was treated by Dr. Chaudhry where i had a filling and clean. The whole procedure was well planned. I was given all relative options and costs before hand. He also went through relative xrays and my photographs and explained why treatment was needed. Furthermore each stage was photographed and i was shown. Very happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: Quite possible the best and most honest dentist I’ve ever been to. Mr. Agrawal quickly sorted out some tricky dental work for me after my previous dentist closed down leaving my dental work partially complete. He was honest in appraising the situation, gave me clear information and placed a strong emphasis on conservative dental work - where nothing unnecessary is done. My follow up dental checkups were performed professionally with X-rays on the more at risk teeth and Mr. Agrawal would make sure to compare X-rays between visits to ensure the teeth were remaining healthy. Besides the dental work the hygienist employed here is top notch and their premium dental clean service has always left my teeth sparkling. Really can't recommend this place enough.

I needed a few dental implants in the back of my mouth and Dr Neeraj Agarwal was suggested to me by a friend, who's mother that is in her 80's, had several dental implants done by him and she was very happy with the results. I figured that someone that can do that with a patient in her 80's, it is safe to say that me being in my 40's, I was definitely in good hands. I did not even meet with other dental surgeons, as I could tell right from the start after our first meeting, that it was the perfect place for me to go ahead with the procedure. He explained all the options clearly, the stages and what to expect. He was also very accommodating in regards to the time line that I could do and the healing stages in between. Dental surgery is never something that one looks forward to, but it has been an easy and stress free experience. Dr Neeraj Agarwal is an excellent dentist and oral surgeon. Fantastic experience: Dr. Agrawal is an outstanding oral surgeon and dentist. I was referred to him by friends who had implants done by him. They were very satisfied with the results. He took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth and what my options were. Before seeing him, I looked at online reviews. The only negative review was from someone who mistook his practice for another. This is very rare. I think anyone would be happy with his work, friendly staff, and nice, clean office.

I was very anxious about my teeth but Neeraj was very calm and reassuring, and he makes it very easy to ask questions. A professional, yet relaxed atmosphere, I like the way he explains the options available for possible treatment. My partner has just finished having some implants fitted. Positive experience: I have been using this dentist for a number of years for me and my children and have been very happy with the service of the dentist and hygienist, but unfortunately they have now decided to stop doing NHS work (thus only 3 stars - it would have been 5 stars if they had continued with NHS work). So regrettably I will now be forced to look elsewhere for an NHS dentist, certainly for the children. Why pay privately for exactly the same service that you can get free on the NHS, which we pay our taxes for. It's a real shame!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dental clinic for few years already and normally I would feel very nervous about it, but I saw the new dental hygienist, Jaya, on the 9th of Jun and she was great. She did a thorough clean and polish, was attentive, reassuring and caring throughout the appointment and made sure I was in no pain or discomfort at any point. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable which I don't usually feel on a visit to the dentist. I think she is one of the very best hygienists I ever come across.

Negative experience: We use this clinic regularly for hygiene sessions and to be fair the receptionists and the hygienist are all nice. But 3 minutes consultation costing £80 is just ridiculous. The other dentist (female) was nice though.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated and the terrible service I received. Waited months and months for an appointment and cancelled on the day then told me they can't see me for another month!!!!!! Wanted the tooth out originally and Neeraj talked me out of it I even paid almost £300 out of my money and he fitted a filling too big that caused me excessive pain and I was in agony then weeks later I was still in pain with exactly same tooth and he kept saying I had to pay again. Now after waiting weeks and the bad infection still in my tooth they have cancelled with some ridiculous excuse and can't see me for another whole month. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. NO WAY DID I SWEAR AT YOUR RECEPTIONIST COMPLETE LIES!!!!!

Fantastic experience: A lucky find.... I needed urgent dentistry and found Church End online with next day capacity. Nervously I booked and attended hoping to at least stem my pain short term until my long term practice could fit me in. I was so impressed with the physical surgery and the dentist I have now canceled my previous practice and cleaning up all my historic issues with Church End. Highly recommended for professional, honest and comfortable treatment.

Negative experience: Refused to see me regarding an emergency wisdom tooth issue, then insisted I pay an extra fee for a missed several appointment 3 years ago. I called the NHS to check if this was legal that advised it wasn't. Called back the clinic who then had me scrubbed from their system and said they would no longer be available to see me

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful experience. That's not something I though I could ever say about going to the dentist. The staff at Church End Dental in Finchley are incredible. They make you feel welcome, and always have a smile when you walk in. The dentist, Neeraj, takes his time to explain the procedure, and always answers any questions, especially for someone like myself who is extremely anxious. I just finished up my dental implant procedure, and I'm so happy with the result. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: While visiting London from Sydney, I broke a dental bridge that left a terrible gap in my front teeth. At Church End Dental Clinic in Enfield, Neeraj Agrawal saw me immediately as an emergency case. It was most kind of him to do so. Neeraj proceeded with great professionalism to fully repair the damage in a single consultation. He is clearly highly-skilled and he explained each step of the procedure very carefully to me. He has the most gentle hands and his manner is assuring and caring. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean and their infection control procedures are outstanding. On my return to Sydney, my regular dentist said I had been in good hands as the work that Neeraj performed was of the highest standard. I would highly recommend Neeraj and the Church End Dental Clinic at Enfield without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a hygienist for many, many years after a bad experience at a different clinic; Adriana was unbelievable - fantastic result (I keep looking at my lower teeth!) and she was so patient and understanding. I then had a filling replaced by Neeraj (after putting it off for many months) - I wish that I'd done it sooner as he did such a great job and it was nowhere near as bad as I was expecting! He too was really patient, I felt no pain at all and that I was in really safe, competent hands. I would 100% recommend for anyone who is nervous (or like me, terrified) of going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Having been a very fussy, nervous and anxious patient for years, I have to say that this is the first time I have felt comfortable with a dentist. Dr Agarwala had to do four extractions in one sitting which were conducted with caution and skill. I hardly felt any pain and was most grateful, especially at my age of 76, to be in such highly competent hands. Added to this, he has two or three kind dental assistants such as Majena who took very good care of me. Thank you Church End Dental Care.

Negative experience: This review is for Church End Dental Clinic, 313 Regents Park Rd, Finchley, London N3 1DP, If you need a tooth extraction avoid this place at all cost. The dentist told me that it was very difficult to extract my tooth so she referred me to another dentist that will contact me once they are available, after not hearing back for about 3 months waiting with severe tooth ache I called back church end dental clinic asking what’s going on and that my toothache was unbearable they SAID I HAD TO KEEP WAITING OR EITHER PAY 300£ ..... so I decided to look for another dentist I easily found one they gave me an appointment for the next week the extraction took about 5 mins and I was charged 20£ ... after 4 months I finally received a text message from the referral dentist asking me to make an appointment.. AVOID IF YOU NEED A SIMPLE EXTRACTION!!!
