Fantastic experience: Just had a check up and the staff were very helpful and the dentist checked my teeth and found I needed a filling so I have to go back and every thing was explained to me so a very good service.

Positive experience: Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Did have to wait 30 mins for my scheduled appointment this time, but the dentist was very apologetic about the delay. Would love extended opening hours to enable those who work full time to attend appointments after work (or - even better - on a weekend!)

Fantastic experience: Best practice in the area, and potentially beyond. In my personal experience, everywhere you go to the dentist, you don't expect good communication and a strong feeling of care about you as a patient. But that was not the case here. The entire team, from reception and all the way up to the practice manager has done nothing but help my wife and I to got the best treatment plan with all considerations in regards of time constraints and budget. Although just a patient there, I would like to thank the team at PerioWorld and congratulate them for their duty of care they provide to Chippenham and surrounding areas.

Fantastic experience: Dr Emmanouil Pagoulatos couldn't have been more careful, patient and informative throughout my treatments there so far. Nothing is too much trouble. I recently went private and transferred here, and the general care and treatment I've received since has been outstanding.

Negative experience: I visited not to long ago , I can say the dentist here is very good at what he does and is highly rated for great work, HOWEVER I felt very pressured for further work to be done , I was advised I need more than several fillings and with urgency, I felt very pushed to book the services in and was told by he /him I would not get nhs treatment anywhere and I would have to stick with them (even though I was on a measly 22k at the time !) I was pushed for a denplan. Now little have they realised that I have a family member who is a dentist and got a Second opinion, turns out I do not need the 7-8 filling and crown and a bridge . I need the 3 fillings and one other to be monitered and nothing else !! I am absolutely shocked this has happened , PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get a second opinion I have spoken to several other people who had the same situation at this dentist !! Honestly working for medical insurance and claims I have had to refer soo many dentists off for such fraudulent activities!

Fantastic experience: Slightly scary, stepping off the NHS system (no choice really!) and choosing my own dentist, but the initial information and pricing structure here meant I felt more confident. First appt went well. Nice set up. Friendly people. Really felt that the dentist empathised and was very knowledgeable. Only trouble is, now that I need more work doing, I've got to come to terms with the cost. They've offered to make that as simple as possible by spreading the payment, so I guess that's doable, and fairly unavoidable!

We had a warm welcome on arrival from the receptionist and the completion of medical documents and records was smooth and swift using an iPad. The dentist (George) and the dental nurse (not sure of her name) were extremely friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant- thank you.

Fantastic experience: I needed to deal with a fairly obvious gap in my teeth – a missing incisor. The best answer for me was an implant. It’s necessarily a lengthy process as the implant itself needs time to integrate with the bone of the jaw. Giorgios explained all the stages, so it was clear what I was letting myself in for. Getting used to having a temporary denture whilst the implant was healing was a minor nuisance but unavoidable. But throughout the treatment everyone at PerioWorld was always reassuring and supportive. The treatment is now complete. I’m so pleased with the result, which is brilliant. And that justifies the original decision to go ahead.
