Negative experience: Paid £165 for a small composite on a previous filling as it was sensitive (although was told prior it would be a “small charge”) a week later the area where the tooth is, is throbbing and I am in more pain than before. Would not recommend this dentist as I have also had issues with previous work done over the years.

Fantastic experience: I have had to visit here for three times in the past few days to catch up on some overdue dental treatment. The team are absolutely lovely from the front desk to the dentists themselves. I’m not a fan of the dentist, but this place definitely put me at ease. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a few years now. My current hygienist is Chloe who is fantastic. She takes great care in ensuring you're comfortable and doesn't rush. I have some sensitive teeth when in comes to my teeth being cleaned at the dentist and Chloe is the only hygienist who has managed a pain free clean. Nurses are super careful and friendly and receptionists efficient. Great practice - see you in 6 months!!

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction yesterday 29/5/25. I was very nervous but Dr.Azizi was very reassuring, He made sure I had plenty of pain relief and talked me through the whole procedure. Both Dr. Azizi and the dental nurse were very kind.

Fantastic experience: This practice is second to none the customer service friendliness and professionalism of every member of the team makes attending the dentist far more pleasant! I'm nearing the end of my treatment which has included teeth whitening and a double dental implant and I cannot fault any aspect of this whole journey Treatment now complete! Cannot recommend this practice highly enough I was very nervous of implant surgery but every step was explained carefully and despite expecting it to be scary and painful it was at the very worst mildly uncomfortable! The staff from reception staff to the nurse and the Doctor are so reassuring and kind it makes you feel like you are visiting friends. I now have white teeth and a smile to be proud of following the loss of a double crown leaving me very self conscious and embarrassed to smile! If you have any doubts around implants put your faith in this practice Dr Ordi and his nurse Emma you won't regret it

Fantastic experience: Dental Implants I recently had an implant to replace an old partial denture for two of my front teeth. At first, I had some reservations, believing that implants might not be an option for me. However, after meeting Ramin Ordi, I felt well-informed about what was possible, the potential issues that could arise, and the associated costs. I was given plenty of time to make the right choice for myself. Whenever I had questions or concerns, the entire clinic staff were incredibly supportive. My initial reservations turned out to be unfounded, so I would encourage anyone considering implants to seek the right advice. Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful same day emergency treatment by Minodora the dentist and Kayleigh the Dental Nurse. I have multiple health problems, allergies and haven't seen a dentist for 20 years so was in pain and panicking about my crumbling teeth. Everyone from the receptionists Heather and Carolyn onwards were fantastic, reassuring, tolerant and considerate. I left out of pain, still with all my teeth and feeling very happy. I cannot praise them enough and have made an appointment to go back to have further treatment to become dentally fit. I feel so lucky to have found this excellent dental practice with its brilliant staff.

Fantastic experience: 15 years ago i walked in very nervous because i knew i had neglected my teeth for many years but from taking the first step over the threshold i was greeted by the wonderful reception staff always a warm welcome from all of them. After a long talk with Dr O i opted for a complete set of implants again being a very nervous patient i was guided every step of the way I will admit i am a very hard patient a proceeder that should take 2 mins with me takes 10 but every nurse i have seen and Dr O took it all in their stride they talked calmly and reassurringly helping to keep me calm . Recently i somehow managed to break the implant and again this required long sessions in the chair but again everyone helped to calm me I cant recommend Dr O and his staff enough 5 stars is not enough every staff member is worth at least 10

Fantastic experience: I suffer with a syndrome that's affected my teeth for many years. Causing trauma and personal issues. My dentist didn't know about the syndrome when I was little so I has various treatments and surgeries, of course this caused major anxiety, distress and years of bad oral care. I finally gained the courage to go to the dentist... I needed 3 extractions in sensitive areas and I did not feel a thing. I saw their new dentist, Paul. New in the UK from Australia. I can honestly say, I have no fears about going to see Paul. Highly recommend. Thanks guys

I visited today and saw Sid - a total professional, who really knows how to treat a patient. He took time to explain in detail what the problem was and what my options are. Fantastic experience: While on holiday from New Zealand I contacted Crownhill Dental for emergency treatment. They were able to fit me in later the same morning! The manner of the staff right from the receptionist Carolyn through to the dental hygienist and Sid, my dentist, was totally professional, caring and friendly. Sid fully explained what the problem was and what he would do to fix it. I was put totally at ease, the tooth was removed with virtually no pain and no ongoing treatment was required. From the reception to the dentist my experience was first class The appointment was so through that I have so much more information about my teeth and their needs after c rays etc I’ve never had an appointment that fully assessed my teeth in this way and I am now able to undertake preventative work to save extreme situations that would have happened I am extremely pleased thank you

Negative experience: I was told I had gum disease so many times and was asked to book 3 monthly appointments which I thought was strange as I didn’t have any issues no bad breathe or bleeding gums and couldn’t understand it so I booked an appointment with another dental practice and was told I haven’t got gum disease? I think they were trying to rip me off!! I will not be returning as I also had a filling never in my life did I experience such pain when they were carrying out the filling, I had at least 3 injections as I kept feeling the pain then they hit a nerve it was so painful!! This was a lady dentist as my husband has a man and he hasn’t had any problems except he was also told he has gum disease lol.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Crownhill Dental Practice for a number of years. They are the most professional Dental Practice I have ever been to. I needed a root filling and an appointment was made for me to see Dr Sidaham Hussain, who specialises in root fillings . I cannot express enough how thorough Dr Hussain was when carrying out this procedure and how much care was taken to make sure I was as comfortable as possible whilst the root filling was being done. This nurse who assisted him was so caring. I can honestly say, once I had the numbing injection it was a pain free procedure and I would not go anywhere else for any dental treatment. So a big thank you to all the team at Crownhill Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: WOW what a fantastic dental practice. I firstly went in for my new patient consultation with Carly and dental nurse Emma who both put me completely at ease as was a first big step for me to take as I am so nervous and embarrassed about going to the dentist and hadn't been in years. I've never been made to feel so comfortable they both listened to my concerns and fears. And I didn't once feel judged or ashamed as I was 100% put at ease. I needed a lot of fillings and extractions so booked in with Carly to have the fillings and again Emma was the nurse who held my hand and spoke to me the whole way through as well as Carly explaing everything. I cannot recommend enough. I next had to be seen by Dr Ordi for the extractions which only roots were left so was very apprehensive about having them removed as I thought it was going to be a horrific ordeal and the whole embarrassed feeling again. This definitely was not the case Dr Ordi was very warm and welcoming and knew how anxious I was as did his nurse. I have never felt so at ease with a dentist. All my fears just completely vanished!! I was put at ease straight away. We discussed which teeth needed to be extracted and I thought they were going to be very difficult as no tooth to grab but Dr Ordi didn't think it was a difficult in anyway which again made me feel relived and in safe hands. I was given local anesthetic at all extraction sites and was 100% numb. I didn't feel a thing throughout the whole procedure. Before I knew it the teeth were out!! Such a great dentist with an amazing skill set for nervous patiens and of course dental procedures!. For the first time in years I can actually smile I am now excited to the next step of my dental journey which would never of been possible without this great team. I cannot recommend this practice enough. The team here are amazing I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also such a warm welcome from the receptionists as soon as you walk in greeted with a smile and always so polite! He has been and completed all of the work done now and they put him at ease and were very helpful with understanding the process of getting an implant and every stage of process. I chose the Crownhill Dental Practice even though it is 30 miles away from where I live. As soon as I walked into the practice, I felt that my decision was right! After years of continuous dental problems and treatment I needed an experienced, skilled and knowledgeable dentist to help repair and restore my teeth. After researching and meeting Dr Ordi I knew he would be up to the challenge. My treatment was complicated involving extractions, implants, crowns and veneers, hence why I needed an expert!! Dr Ordi was honest and realistic on what was achievable, and focused on providing a minimal invasive treatment to help protect my natural teeth whilst repairing and restoring my functionality and smile. He takes time with the treatment plan ensuring each step is fully completed before progressing and considers your individual needs along the way. The process was effectively supported by the use of dental technology to ensure the results were bespoke, accurate and beautiful. I was recommended to visit for a hygenist appointment and teeth whitening. Both procedures and the results were outstanding in comparison to experiences I have had with dentists in the past. Dr ordi has delivered superb results with my teeth whitening procedure and given great advice on how to maintaining the best oral hygiene. Fantastic experience: I had to have 3 extractions. Dr Azizi and his dental nurse looked after me with skill, care, and made me as comfortable as possible throughout, frequently checking that I was ok. I later had some severe gum pain overnight and was given an emergency appointment immediately. I was grateful to the administrator for squeezing me into the busy schedule and to Dr Azizi who expertly sorted the problem and relieved my pain. Thank you. Dr Azizi has looked after my teeth for over 20 years and I am fortunate to have found such a good practice.
