Fantastic experience: I have been with Brite Dental Clarkston for almost 10 years after a horrific experience with another local practice. As a result it takes me a long time to get used to a new dentist so I was very apprehensive when Brian left the practice. I needn’t have worried. Had my appointment with Brian’s replacement, Emma, the other day and she is just wonderful. She explained my treatment plan in detail and gave me advice on my options which was refreshing. Brian used to just give me the options and then ask what he wanted me to do. Lovely experience with a new dentist and, dare I say it, I might actually prefer Emma.

Fantastic experience: I had a pre-booked appointment for dental work with Emma, unfortunately, in-between appointments I had broken a tooth, I called into the clinic to explain. The reception staff were very helpful and Emma kindly saw me there and then, she fitted a temporary filling until my appointment next week. I can't fault my experience of Brite Dental, the staff are always very welcoming, efficient and professional. Update... My appointments this week for composite fillings and a hygienist appointment were excellent. I'm.extremely pleased to have Emma and Kristina taking care of my dental treatment and oral hygiene. I always feel reassured and at ease as they guide me through the prucedures and processes.

A problem with a failing crown was identified during routine hygienist check up during the morning and the practice was able to fit me in with Emma Robson, the senior dentist, later the same day. Extraction of the wonky crown immediately completed. Well done to the whole team for expediting things so quickly.

Emma did an amazing job, worked efficiently while also taking the time to ensure it was as comfortable as possible. The entire team was friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back for any future dental procedures!

Fantastic experience: My daughters and I attend Brite Dental Clarkston. I would highly recommend Emma as she is very knowledgeable, helpful and takes time to plan effective treatment. My girls are 12 years old, during their appointments they are listened to and advised of possible treatment. All the staff are very friendly and efficient.

Negative experience: The staff at this dental clinic are nice and friendly. However, they have clearly taken on too many patients or do not have the staff. You are waiting 6 months for an appointment despite paying £40 a month for items on your dental plan that you'll never get to use because it's unattainable to do so. This practice does not care about it's patients. This practice is for maximum profit at the expense of it's patients

Fantastic experience: Well no one would choose to go to the dentist but, fear not, the staff at Brite Dental, Clarkston, are very friendly and welcoming. The treatment room is clean, bright and airy. Emma is superb and very knowledgeable. She really puts you at ease, explaining exactly what she will do in relation to your treatment. I know that whatever I need done to my teeth, it will be carried out to an extremely high standard.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental appointment at Brite Dental Clarkston involving getting fillings, which I was feeling very nervous about. My dentist was Emma Robson. From the minute I stepped into the room Emma was friendly, reassuring and instantly created a sense of trust and professionalism. Though out my appointment, Emma talked me through each and every step, giving myself a sense of joint control in the process and centering my care around how I was feeling. I have never felt that someone was being so gentle with me, and the relief this gave made me feel completely at ease. I also have a medical condition that requires knowledge when treating a patient and Emma immediately recognised this without me having to say to her, acknowledging how any care would be amended in accordance, again giving my apprehension relief. This is the very first instance I have not had to worry about this as others in the past have not known what my condition is- I cannot thank Emma more for this awareness and how it helped my anxiety due to past experiences. Overall, I highly recommend Emma Robson as a dentist and thank her for my outstanding care when she treated me.
