From the minute you walk through the door to all the way through your particular treatment, you can be rest assured that you will be cared for in a clean and well prepared environment, with staff that will be there for you every step of the way. Even after, you may very well receive a courtesy call to check on you and see how you're doing post procedure. You don't pay for that, they just do it because they are nice people. Give them a call, see what they can do for you. In short, a highly recommended, friendly and professional dental practice.

Fantastic experience: After two visits to Ferring Dental Practice I have almost overcome one of my biggest phobias....going to the dentist! I was so nervous but everyone was so friendly, welcoming and caring. Visit two involved a tooth extraction and Clifton Wan was brilliant with me. He explained every single stage, what to expect and constantly checked I was ok. After 5 years of avoiding the dentist I will now be going for regular check ups and will not be anxious as I know I will be in good hands. The whole team there are amazing!!

Fantastic experience: After months of being in discomfort despite regular check ups and hygiene appointments, I transfer to Ferring Dental Practice. Raxit put me at ease straight away, his calm and gentle approach with a treatment plan throughly explained, my mouth has not felt this healthy in years. Rachael the hygienist had the same approach, calm and gentle explaining everything, my teeth and gum were thoroughly cleaned without the need for any rough scraping discomfort. The reception staff are all very lovely and go above and beyond, even to the extent of phoning when roadworks are in the area. I cannot praise this Practice enough, other dental practices could learn at lot from them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Following on from my previous posting I now find myself in a situation where I am fast running out of superlatives as to how best to describe the professionalism, patience, care and attention of the whole practice in general and the brilliance of "Sir" Alex in particular. I recently underwent a lengthy and complex root canal procedure to save one of my molars. I was completely blown away by the working in complete unison of Alex and his extremely able and caring assistant throughout the procedure. I felt no pain and had absolute trust in Alex's ability to see the exercise through to a most satisfactory conclusion. Amazing. The following morning I received an unsolicited telephone call from Claire at the practice (requested by Alex). Hearing Claire's dulcet tones was most welcome and much appreciated. Talk about going the extra mile? Once again my wife and little old me extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire practice. Having only fairly recently transferred to this practice our experiences to date may best be described as being "outstanding". By whatever measure, 10 out of 5 stars in each and every department is merited. Communication whether by phone, in person or in writing has been superb - so warm and welcoming. The practice is spotless, modern and has the latest of technology for the use of the brilliant practitioners. Thank you Alex for the vitally important initial detailed and complex consultation and to Joey, this week, who saw my wife within one hour of a call for assistance. Both Doctors were so professional and so reassuring. Just walking into the practice one is able to breathe in a sense of confidence and calm. Thank you and well done to one and all.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Ferring Dental for many years and have always found the staff very friendly and welcoming. When I first went in to the surgery on their open day, I hadn't bees to a dentist for 20 years, but the visit just felt right, and I immediately signed up. I have been attended to for the last 2 years or so by Raxit. Raxit is the first dentist I really trust. He tells me exactly what he will be doing in my mouth, and is attentitive of my condition throughout the procedure. I never feel nervous or any anxiety at all with Raxit. Through my experiences with Raxet, for me personally, he is the best dentist I have ever had. Thank you all for your great service.

Fantastic experience: I had to have root canal work done and I can honestly say Nate was absolutely amazing and also Lisa his Nurse. They both put me at ease and looked after me so well, they talked me through the treatment as it progressed. I felt no pain during the treatment and hardly any after. I was a bit anxious about the appointment beforehand, but I came out thinking what was all the worry about! 10/10 from me!

The partners are innovative and embrace new technology to enhance services and products offered. Fantastic experience: We came to see Natneal as an emergency appointment after my 12 yrs old son badly chipped his front teeth. Not only were we blown away with the service and reassurance we had, but my son is blown away with the results! By some magic it looks better than before the accident. Natneal was relatable and calm, and my son thought he was pretty ‘cool’ so that took away the embarrassment of the situation. Thank you for you help! Can’t recommend enough.

My gums are a mess, in fact, my whole mouth is a mess from years of not seeing a hygienist, occasional visits to the dentist and not brushing properly or often enough. Last dentist advised seeing a periodontist to sort out my gum disease. A trusted friend recommended Ferring Dental Practice as "these people know what they're doing". After a couple of examinations and a couple of fillings, I can wholeheartedly agree. Nat sorted out a filling that a previous dentist had had real trouble putting in, without any pain and in double quick time. Every one of the staff I've met there are lovely, top people that give off such good vibes I'm immediately at ease as soon as I walk through the door. Fantastic place full of fantastic people. I can't sing their praises highly enough.

Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and allows patients to discuss their plans etc. I hadn't been to a dentist for a few years since my last went pushy with the implants, and expected to have a pushy approach from bad experience at a different dentist but didn't experience any of that. The dentist I've been assigned to was warm and welcoming as well and the treatment was so professionally done my root canal I had done was a massive 10/10 or in Google terms five stars ... Would highly recommend this practice and have done so already to my neighbours who have been de registered as NHS patients. Glad to be on their books.

Fantastic experience: I have recently started the procedure for two implants. My experience has been amazing considering the work involved. After two carefully placed injections all I felt was gentle pushing , no pain at all. The process lasted about two hours, with a few minutes break in between. No swelling afterwards, and once the anesthetic wore off there was a slight soreness which lasted about 4 days. After two weeks the stitches were removed and I now have an 8-10 week for the bone to heal fully around the implants, and then my new teeth will be fitted. Many thanks to Clifton and his team.

He explained everything clearly, was always running on time, always professional, and it was genuinely a really pleasure to go to my appointments.
