Examinations are very thorough but gentle and she explains everything clearly. The practice as a whole is well run with reminder texts and follow up phone calls. Very pleased.

Negative experience: Just sat on hold from 4:10-5pm to where the phone cut off at close because nobody answered the phone. Was in a queue of 6 people including myself and they couldn’t get to me in 50 minutes.

My dentist is so caring and explains everything so well.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Sana and her amazing dental nurse, Lee. They both were incredibly professional, gentle, and caring throughout the entire visit. Not only did they do an excellent job with my treatment, but they also went above and beyond by being so kind and accommodating with my 9-month-old baby. It’s rare to find such a warm and understanding team who make you feel completely comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend Dr. Sana and Lee — they truly make dental visits stress-free and pleasant!

Fantastic experience: My orthodontist Dr Ali has been the most accommodating person throughout my 2/3 years of having braces! Each appointment was quick and easy thanks to Dr Ali who excels at his work as well as the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful, he has been extremely kind and has done a great job on my teeth. i highly recommend going to this dental clinic, incredible service and results.

Fantastic experience: It annoys me that they shut for lunch. My latest appointment was for 1.30pm I arrived 10 mins early. The first suggestion was I wait outside ( It was cold) They relented, let me in to sit on a chair on the landing outside the practice.. Maybe they should have a lunch rota. However, this The team normally exhibits great customer care. This practice has improved over time in both Team Members and decor. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, reassuring and helpful. As someone who has a lifelong dentists phobia (thank you school dentists of the 1950s...) I felt very comfortable and would have no hesitation in returning.

Negative experience: Came to an appointment last week. Never had a problem with the reception staff until then, asked a simple question she was rude. The dentist 1st time seeing this new one. My child ask a question didn't like her attitude and towards myself being questioned made to feel small. My children have been coming here 3/4years after last week, I'm Disgusted. They say about paients treating staff with respect but it's ok for your staff to be rude towards us .

Fantastic experience: Excellent service with very high levels of COVID security. I had to have a crown fitted to deal with a cracked tooth that had been giving trouble at the beginning of the pandemic. I was contacted once treatment was resumed again. Everything went fine. Mobeen did a great job on the tooth - no problems.Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Dentist was friendly and gave me the options to as how I would like to proceed. I was included in decision making of treatment and felt like I could trust their judgment. Very knowledgeable and know from past visits, they are not afraid to ask for help if needed.

Negative experience: I have an awful experience every time I attend my appointment to see my orthodontist, today I had to have an emergency appointment as on Monday my wire popped out of my brackets, I spoke to the receptionist who was rude and told me there was no appointments until Wednesday (today). I asked if I could attend another dentist to see if they could fix it and she said yes, so I rang another dentist and they advised we remove the wire so it doesn’t cause more pain and damage. I arrived at the dentist today and was dreading it, when I saw the orthodontist he told me to not eat anything chewy which I hadn’t done and then told me I shouldn’t have removed the wire but instead told me to apply chewing gum to the sharp area? Which has annoyed me due to the fact of him saying not to have anything chewy and having a go at me about it

Fantastic experience: I was worried that I will not be able to find a local dentist in this pandemic. Little did I know it was round the corner from my house. Been their 3 times now and Dr Mobeen was fantastic every time I saw him. As a healthcare professional myself he was very professional and made me feel relaxed. I did not worry for my tooth extraction at all. Even after the extraction I was feeling bit hot, he put cold water on a tissue and put it on my forehead. That cold me down and I started to feel better instantly. Will get my kids joined too. I would recommend him to anyone because his very friendly and knows what his doing. :) From 30/04/2024 visit: This dentist is one of the best I had so far. The only thing is they not taking under 18 years NHS patients or else I would love to join my kids at this dentist. Please inform us via sms if you are taking any NHS patients.

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice there is in Northampton But their phone service is rubbish. Holding 2 hours and started at 5 been No 1 for last 40 minutes. Loathe to put down now x

Positive experience: While I think the Dentist has been great with my children trying to get through on the telephone is ridiculous, I'm currently caller number 1, listening to that awful music, I've been caller number 1 for over 20 minutes now, it's getting close to 5pm when they close, and I'm getting fed up, how can I speak to someone.. I have tried emailing but no response there either. I'm sorry to say but this service is very poor.

Negative experience: Shocking bookings, shocking reception staff not all the staff the little plump short haired blonde one. Cannot wait to not have to go here ever again. First a dentist was over and hour late stuck in London then barely said sorry. Second change my daughter’s appointment day before by text telling me on phone we are too busy to call everyone this was after trying to make out I had the appointment wrong. Too busy to ring and politely explain and apologise. Jog on. Disgraceful, AVOID AVOD AVOID.

Negative experience: I attended this practice for almost 5 years and unfortunately the overall experience has been very negative. The building itself is clean and nice but the treatment I received has been very poor and caused unnecessary pain and expense. In 2021 the dentist convinced me to pay £700 for an onlay which he incorrectly fitted and had to replace a just few days later, which then completely fell out a few months later. I contacted the practice and was told I had to wait 6 weeks to have it re-fitted, I eventually had to pay a private practice £200 to fit it correctly. In the summer of 2022 I made an emergency appointment as I was experiencing tooth pain, the dentist advised it was tooth sensitivity and advised me to use a different toothpaste. Within a couple of days the pain was excruciating but I was told there were no emergency appointments so again I had to visit another practice where I was informed that it was not tooth sensitivity but an infection for which they provided the necessary treatment which almost instantly resolved the problem. Most recently during my last check-up I was told I had a cavity under the gum which would require minor gum surgery and a filling. I originally had this treatment booked for October 2022 which they subsequently cancelled three times and eventually pushed back to Feb 2023. After the third cancelation I decided to visit a private practice only to be informed that there is no cavity, no treatment was required and again I had misdiagnosed. I appreciate that NHS dentists are stretched at the moment so I can accept cancelled appointments and delays but I can’t excuse bad treatments and mis-diagnosis. I have now left the practice.

Fantastic experience: Chichele Orthodontist was recommended by our dentist few years ago for my young teen twins as both upper jaws needed re-aligning and we greatly appreciate it. My daughter was intensely terrified, stubborn and anxious and Ali the orthodontist had/has the patience and swift experience to overcome and accomplish.we would highly recommend.

Negative experience: The worst Dental Clinic in Northampton. The staff is very rude and arogant. The GPS takes you to the front of the building, however you cant enter from there you need to go around and Find the back of the building where is no sign at all. I tried to call them twice to direct me where can enter the building but nobody answered the phone. There is no reception either. When you enter the building there is no one to direct you again. I was 10 minutes late as they don’t make it easy to find them and figure out where you should wait and after walking around the street trying to find the back entrance (and nobody answered the phone for 10 minutes), they wanted to rearrange my appointment. That’s a joke. I don’t recommend this Clinic at all if you don’t want to waste your time. Especially in this critical period...

Fantastic experience: Had a family appointment today for myself and 3 children aged 18, 15 and 5. It was the first time since lockdown and the first time with Dr Amir. He was amazing with my little boy who had a very wobbly tooth and took it out for him as it was affecting his ability to eat. Great with the teenagers and also myself, explained everything, was reassuring and gentle. Would definitely recommend him. His Dental Nurse was fabulous too.

Positive experience: Easy to get an appointment and never waiting long for the orthodontist. Practise isn't buggy or wheelchair friendly
