Fantastic experience: This is the best Dentist i have ever had. they see me on Nhs for general tooth health. Then as my teeth are not very strong and i am 57 yrs old they treat me privatley for utterly reasonable prices, i have been so ripped off by private dentists in the past. I would heartily recommend Charles Landau. Young friendly Dentists with the most up to date equipment and practices too !!! This is an 11 out of 10 .

They have never recommended work that wasn't necessary, so I feel they're trustworthy and professional. The service and treatment at Charles Landau is exceptional - the team is incredibly friendly, the facilities are excellent and the care is outstanding. Sophie, and now Ellie, have been absolutely amazing - reassuring, professional and genuinely lovely to be treated by. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Ellie is the best dentist I ever had in my life! Every time she needed to repair my teeth or do what she had to do :-), it has always been painless (at least I 100% that way), and I didn't know dentist visit can even be painless :-). I used to work about 5 minutes from the dentistry, but now I work about 1 hour away, and live even further, but I'm more than happy to travel further to keep Ellie as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I received treatment from Dr Nick Weir for invisalign and I am VERY happy with my results, I didn't even think we would be able to achieve this much! I'll attach before pictures and a picture I took recently of me smiling to show the difference! But I am so so glad I took the step to do the treatment and I must definitely recommend if you're considering it.

Ellie was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. I needed a few fillings, and she explained each step clearly, ensuring I was comfortable the whole time. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out — the procedure was quick, painless, and the results look and feel great. The entire team at the practice was friendly and welcoming, making the visit stress-free from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Ellie to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist!

Negative experience: Its a nice clinic and its clean ,reception staff are lovely. I went to see Ellie for a hygiene appointment. She is caring, palatable as a person and good at doing operations from a pain management perspective. However she has informed me there might be decay under my existing filling, I allowed her to replace it, later found out from an endodontist that this killed the pulp of my teeth and I needed the root removed. What was disappointing is I kept going back for help and was convinced it was a bite issue as I could not imagine anything else happening from a filling, turns out I’m used to better dentistry. My pain was dismissed after multiple visits, and a stern, unpalatable man brought in for a second opinion told me I stress him out, and told me they cant help me because it is neuropathic. Arrogant and incompetent. I was in a lot of pain for a month, not normal for a filling. A specialist endodontist told me I didn’t need this filling and ended up losing my tooth due to it at the ripe age of 26 :) , they were also shocked at the treatment I received in this clinic, I do not know if this is true for sure, but its just my experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Charles Landau Dentistry for quite some time and honestly couldn’t recommend them more. The staff are all so friendly, helpful, and professional — they really make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The facility itself is gorgeous, spotless, which adds to the great experience. And while I can’t say I’m ever thrilled to see a dentist, I actually look forward to my visits with Ben Lauffer — he makes them genuinely fun and enjoyable! A friend recommended this practice and I finally mustered up the courage to book in. Ellie put me completely at my ease - she was so friendly and non-judgemental. I got lucky - needed very minimal work, and I had a very positive experience in my follow-up appointment too. The clinic is clean and modern, staff are friendly and it’s as good an experience as going to the dentist can be. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I received a special hygienist treatment by Ms. Minnie Diamond, hygienist/therapist at the "Charles Landau Dentistry" dental practice, and her assistant in line with the recommendations sent on 28/May/2025 to Dr. Ben Lauffer, principal dentist at such practice, by Dr. Richard S. Kahan, specialist endodontist / director at the "Academy of Advanced Endodontics", following my endodontic therapy sessions with the latter of 1/May/2025 and 20/May/2025. My experience was very satisfactory.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my old veneers replaced with new ones at the clinic, and am very happy with the result. The colour and appearance of the new veneers matches my other teeth beautifully, and the consultation process felt thorough, allowing me to ask questions and get an understanding of the replacement process. The facilities themselves are bright and friendly, with calming music played in treatment rooms, should you feel nervous or uneasy about receiving dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: My children and I have been coming here for several years now. Since Ellie has been our dentist it has been a particularly good experience. She is extremely kind, efficient and professional and has a great way with children, so they both really enjoy their visits. The receptionists are also extremely helpful; whenever we have had emergencies they have always done their best to accomodate us as quickly as possible, the same day where necessary. On top of this, it is extremely clean, bright and welcoming. We are very happy to have this as our local dentist.

Fantastic experience: I rarely have dental issues, but finding a good dentist has always been a challenge, especially since moving to the UK. I’m originally from Paris, where dentists tend to be quite rushed. They don’t really take the time to explain what they’re doing, and there’s often a lack of clear communication. While clinics in Paris are generally very clean, I’ve struggled here in the UK to find a practice that feels both hygienic and welcoming. That’s why I’m so grateful to have found Ellen Mckearney. It is my second time here, Ellen is truly exceptional, kind, gentle, patient, and incredibly reassuring. She takes the time to explain each step, which makes such a difference, especially for someone like me who is quite sensitive when it comes to dental treatments. I also have a fear of needles, and when it came time for an injection, she went out of her way to reassure me and even adapted her approach to make me feel more comfortable. She really prioritizes the patient’s comfort and well-being, which I deeply admire. The dental assistant and receptionist were also very kind and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. It’s rare to come across such a thoughtful and professional dentist. 1000% recommend!
