Fantastic experience: Great experience! For someone who gets very anxious at a dentist it’s a very welcoming environment with a brilliant standard of care, would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: After 3 years of deliberation regarding having full mouth implants, I came across Trinity Dental via internet. I was welcomed by sally & Lorna at reception, who were both so warm & friendly, instantly alleviating all my apprehensions. The clinic environment was immaculate & welcoming, but without feeling too clinical! I knew from my initial consultation that I would be happy for Alison & her amazing team to carry out the procedure. She explained the whole process clearly & concisely, allaying all my concerns & I went away excited for what lay ahead. Even when I had further questions, I was able to e mail her with them, and she always responded quickly, putting my mind at rest. On the day of surgery I was a little apprehensive, but Alison & her fabulous nurses, Gemma & Adelaine (I’m so sorry if I have missed anyone, I can’t remember who else was assisting) treated me with care & empathy & I was soon settled in the chair. During the process, all staff were kind & gentle, explaining each step to me. I can honestly say that I had no pain or discomfort during the procedure & only required pain killers for a couple of days after. Due to the nature of the procedure I was required to attend several appointments for scans etc.. these were all carried out quickly, efficiently & punctually. The whole process took several months, which was explained to me at the beginning. The end result is definitely worth the time & cost, I have regained my confidence to smile again! In fact, I’m going to miss seeing them all, now my treatment is complete! I cannot thank Alison & her awesome team enough. I would 100% recommend!

The confidence I had in Ali to sort out my unexpected and upsetting dental nightmare proved to be very well founded. Her reputation, locally, goes before her and is one of very high regard, which is definitely well deserved. Ali is exceptionally hard working and talented with extremely high standards; her work is of a very high quality. Over the 6 month period involved, Ali was continuously calm, very patient, reassuring, totally dedicated and kind. Nothing has been too much trouble and she is always available. She has a solution to any challenge and has constantly been very encouraging and positive. Her approach is matter of fact, straightforward and honest. She undoubtedly wants the best for her patients and personally puts herself out to achieve this, leading to fabulous results. If you want exceptional dental treatment and dedication, then this is the place to go. The premises are beautiful and immaculate with excellent hygiene standards, along with very up to date techniques and equipment. Ali's staff are friendly, empathetic, attentive, thoughtful, thorough and well trained. I feel very lucky to have such a fabulous dental practice in my locality, headed and owned by such an inspirational lady. Please never retire, Ali!

Fantastic experience: Had a filling removed and replaced by Karishma Kanabar today. I have had bad experiences at dentists in the past, but this one was very good. Karishma was extremely experienced, knowledgeable and kind. I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Really impressed by my experience today at Trinity Dental

Fantastic experience: Fully deserving of a proper 5⭐️ rating. From the exceptionally polite reception staff to the hygienist department through to feeling looked after and cared for by Alison and her team. I’ve never been fond of dental visits (80’s child and they used to be a bit ruthless). So was apprehensive at the start. After a tricky tooth extraction by another dentist, I wanted some corrective work doing and an implant. Extremely impressed with the implant procedure, I’ve had some other corrective work done and all the way through I’ve been looked after. Felt assured and am the proud owner of a Hollywood smile and pain free teeth. It’s refreshing to have the care and attention to put you at ease and to be able to have the confidence and trust that you will receive the best treatment available. The whole team here are brilliant. Happy!

Fantastic experience: Trinity is not my usual dentist that I attend however, over the weekend I was able to get an emergency appointment with in the hour of phoning for advise. I was seen by Matthew who was a star! They went above and beyond, the staff are friendly and they make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door

Fantastic experience: Had my hygienist appointment with Diane today who is brilliant. I have seen Diane over the last 2 years every 6 months and my teeth have improved so much. I totally trust Diane and have complete confidence in her and her advice and would highly recommend her! Thank you so much. Nov 24 I saw Alison my dentist today for a check up and I just wanted to say thank you for her understanding about my retainer and how it was dealt with. I got a new retainer in April ready for when I was going to change it in October. I never tried it on at the time as had a couple previously and they were fine but when I got it out it didn’t fit. Alison was happy to get me a new one done without charging me which I really appreciate so thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Very nice practice. Very nice staff Just had a complete implant and replacement front tooth and I am delighted with the outcome! It looks and feels great! I was very well looked after throughout the whole procedure and knew I was getting the best quality dentistry. Very happy that this is my dental practice. I popped in and got an appointment so I was very happy with that , the on the appointment day I was welcomed and felt at ease . I was then called into Mathew and instantly made me feel more at ease , he explained everything and with in 30 mins I was walking all work completed . I will be going back

Fantastic experience: Above and beyond the call of duty. Yesterday, I managed to get an 'emergency' appointment at very short notice (Vanity and not pain related it must be said) The treatment was more involved than what was envisaged by me but Mathew and Gemma went the 'extra mile' and worked beyond their normal finishing time to finish the job and reinstate my implant and broken post. It's a pleasure (almost) rather than a fear to attend this practice as all of the staff are friendly, cheerful and very skilled in their chosen profession. Rob Gibson, Desborough.

Negative experience: I have being trying to see a dentist since October 2023. They’ve booked an appointment for the 28th of November and they’ve canceled it rebooking for the 22nd of February, That they canceled and rebooked for the 12th of April. I went to the clinic and being informed that it was canceled again, this time they have NOT given me a cancellation notice at all. So the girls at the Reception re-booked an appointment for the 29th of April. …just wondering, will I still be alive by the time MOOPEN DENTAL will be able to keep their appointments on?

Fantastic experience: A wonderful team providing great dental care. Everyone at Trinity is approachable and friendly, always taking time to make sure our visit is a positive experience. My seven year old was initially nervous visiting the dentist, he now looks forward to his appointments.

The whole team have been very, very patient with me & it meant so much to me to be able to have this done without any medication. Fantastic experience: Alison always clearly explains the treatment that you are about to receive before the treatment is administered and the treatment is always carried out with care. All the staff at the practice are always polite and considerate. With the practice being private it is expensive but if it is something that you can afford I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff were really friendly and welcoming,put me at ease straight away,as I suffer with anxiety they knew what to do to put me at ease,offered me a room to sit in and water when all of it got too much. Listened to my concerns, the dentist I saw took her time to explain everything that was going to happen. Overall couldn't fault them had a really good experience I would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Following a recommendation - I have recently had a smile makeover with Roshni ; so pleased with the results! Everything was discussed with me and my questions all answered reassuringly before a plan was agreed. Made to feel relaxed and comfortable on all visits. Ali our dentist is brilliant, very friendly, welcoming and helps you feel relaxed. Always explains what she is doing and asks if you have any concerns. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Negative experience: I went in with tooth ache, I wasn't satisfied with the consultation as they couldn't help with the pain, suggesting I book a series of appointments with the hygienist, have fillings, extractions and blaming me for my situation, I paid the bill and requested my xrays and needless to say they haven't arrived , meaning I'll have to find a new dentist and pay again, so cannot recommend the dentist or support staff despite their cheerish manner-I'm considering what to do next as I'm in just as much pain and £100 lighter

Fantastic experience: After some bad experiences in the past, I had neglected my teeth for a long time and become very nervous of any dental treatment. This year I decided I must try again and researched local dentists for nervous patients. I am so pleased I came to Trinity Dental. In the past month I have had my first consultation, two hygienist appointments with Jayesh and some treatment from Roshni. From beginning to end everyone has been so kind and helpful, making it easier for me to relax and gain confidence. Everything has been clearly explained and taken at my pace. As a result I am happy to come to the practice without any of the dread I had experienced before. I would recommend Trinity Dental to anyone who feels this way.

Fantastic experience: Visited Trinity a couple of months ago after a terrible experience with an NHS dentist. I’m not blessed with very good teeth and Alison talked me through a series of procedures to improve my teeth & smile. I’m really happy with the course of treatment we chose and the outcome is wonderful. Nice people all round at this place.

Fantastic experience: Very nice team dealt with my broken tooth extraction . Made me feel comfortable and reassured , nice touch of humour. The gum is now healing nicely with no after effects save one. I seem to have an unerrupted wisdom tooth near the extracted tooth. Unfortunately the stress of extraction has triggered bad toothache from the undeveloped tooth - pass me the pain killers .

Fantastic experience: Today I visited roshni and her assistant, we had previously visited a different dentist and left my son nervous, roshni was immediately comforting! She talked my son (7) through every step and made him so at ease. He left with such a good view of the dentist! I entered with my own nerves and left so happy with the whole service! Fantastic experience: Like so many others I have struggled to get an appointment during the pandemic. I have always had pretty good dental hygiene but almost 2 years without seeing a hygienist finally took their toll. I phoned Trinity Dental and managed to get an appointment within a couple of hours. Their services are not cheap, however the quality of care was superb. What a relief to get rid of the tartar that builds up over the years. Well worth it in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Trinity Dental highly enough. The whole team are so friendly, kind and professional. Alison has looked after my teeth for 10 years and as a nervous patient she has always made me feel relaxed and comfortable, nothing is to much trouble. I am currently having the Sure Smile treatment and I am so pleased with the results! Thank you Trinity for looking after me!

Negative experience: Had a hygienist appointment and the staff were friendly including the dentist. I wasn’t happy that I paid £65 for a hygienist appointment that lasted about 15mins but on their website it stated 30mins. Felt like it was a rip off.

Fantastic experience: This remains a Fantastic Dentist, Alison is still superb. They still invest considerably in technology and excellent customer service. As with anything that's good; it becomes popular and it can be difficult to get the appointments as/when required. Recently when I couldn't get an appointment for some months, I was contacted by the staff the next day and told about extra appointments that had been made available and was booked immediately for the next week. Additionally I had a couple of crowns that needed adjustment and was booked in the next day. Great work, thank you.

Fantastic experience: I went to Trinity dentist as I had been in a accident in lockdown and smashed my front teeth and moved other teeth a NHS dentist made a bigger mess of them so by the time I went to see Alison at Trinity I thought nothing could be done , she made me feel that I had hope and I could get the smile i always wanted she recommended I wear a brace to straighten my teeth first then I had crowns and there was times I would go in crying saying I couldn’t carry on and Alison was amazing and helped me through it all even offering to see me in her own time I finally got the smile at the age of 57 I always wanted and I can now smile I recommend Alison and her team and yes it does cost but how can you put a price on happiness

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend them highly enough. From the excellent reception and booking service, the relaxing waiting area and for myself the highly professional, caring and efficient team of Roshni ( dentist ) and Lorna ( dental nurse ).

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient who lacks trust and confidence. Many just don't have the patience and time to accommodate that. The Team at Trinity are different. I was honest and open about my fears and they do work with me. Alison and Roshni have treated me and we have completed treatments. I cannot say I enjoy visiting the dentist, but I know I can get through it and with that comes the knowledge that I am looking after my oral health in my middle age. I went to see Virginiah for a hygiene visit. She is excellent and again worked with my nerves. A private dental clinic was not something I had thought about, but the monthly plan including check-up's and hygiene visits and discounted rates for other work has made this a workable option for me. I now hope with regular visits its will be a case of maintenance and not just emergency appointments.

Fantastic experience: Alison is an incredible dentist! The work that I had done was all completed within 4 hours and it has made a huge difference to my smile! I have visited another dentist for similar work and I had to wait over 2 weeks for the end result which was no where near as good. The up to date technology at Trinity meant that there were many options to choose from. Alison has an eye for perfection and she applies this to all of work. The private treatment room, where I could watch TV/films, made the process even better! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Afraid of the dentist, fear not, step through the Trinity door and you are in a wonderful world of kindness and caring. You are greeted by a lovely cheerful receptionist, after her job is done you sit for a few moments, time to take in the beautiful interior. Your lovely dental assistant takes you through to meet your dentist. I had an emergency appointment suffering a raging toothache from a huge overgrown back tooth. I didn't want it saved, just gone. My dentist the lovely Roshni Patel removed the tooth with such care, gentleness and skill it was painless.,her aftercare with my gum, meant no loss of blood. Fantastic experience: Trinity Dental has offered fantastic service to me. I am a very nervous patient and I was extremely anxious about my visit, but every single person I spoke to did everything they could to try and make me feel at ease. The dentists I have seen were very understanding of my fears and made sure that they explained everything to me before and as they were doing the procedures and were extremely patient with me throughout, taking things slowly to help to calm me down. I am very grateful for their kindness during my appointments!

Positive experience: Dentist is lovely and was great. However the hygienist I think might be a sadist. My teeth were cleaned and polished, but unlike previous visits, my teeth and gums were scratched so much a had to spit out several mouthfuls of blood. Over a day later I'm still in pain and I was unable to brush last night or this morning due to the pain. Like this place a lot and the staff are usually great. Would be a 5 star review, but that hygienist lost you 2 stars.

Himesh walked me through everything that needed to happen and walked through the process as it was happening. I was given plenty of time for the numbing injection to kick in which resulted in no pain through the process at all.
