Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend the Kirby Dental Practice more. The team are brilliant. Louise at reception is lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble; Keiron is a fantastic dentist, always takes the time to listen to any concerns and really puts you at ease; and Esti is so efficient and an excellent hygienist. Not the cheapest practice but worth it for the services they provide!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the hygienist here! I've been to many around London and this is by far my favourite. They always do such a nice job and I leave with a brighter smile. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment at Kirby Dental and was really impressed. I arrived a little late, but the team were so understanding and assured me it was completely fine. I’m usually a very nervous patient, but Dr. Saara made me feel calm, safe, and completely at ease throughout my visit. I had my X-rays done, and Dr. Saara took the time to clearly explain everything from the treatments I needed to helpful recommendations for looking after my teeth. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough! Kieron Thompson is the first dentist who understood and effectively addressed the issues I’ve had with my teeth for many years. His friendly manner and reassuring approach immediately put you at ease. In addition, I haven’t seen a hygienist for years having previously found the experience to be far too uncomfortable at other dental Surgeries. As someone with sensitive teeth, I found hygienists to be rather rough. However the hygienist at Kirby’s, Esti Mayans, is an absolute miracle worker! She puts me completely at ease and I experience no discomfort whatsoever during her treatment. For anyone who is anxious about visiting a hygienist, you cannot go wrong with Esti! Also the receptionists are lovely and welcoming! Honestly - visiting a dentist has never been so pleasant!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Farah enough! She is so kind, gentle and patient. She explains everything so clearly and takes time to make sure you feel comfortable. As someone who was terrified of the dentist as a child, my whole attitude has completely changed thanks to her care. The entire team is fantastic — her nurse Anna is warm and reassuring, and receptionist Louise always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Kirby Dental Practice since 2023. Besides the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, everyone is professional and always put patients’ interest first. Last minute urgent appointments or if I tried to have any rescheduling, Louise always calls back if there is an opening. Kieron, my dentist, makes sure my problems are well explained and had the gentlest touch when he personally did my periodontics deep cleaning the first time. I also do my regular hygienist appointment here. Esti is the best! I am a nervous dental patient but Kirby Dental Practice makes it so much easier for me and I feel being well taken care of. Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist in a few years i was quite nervous to go again, however i had the best experience at Kirby Dental Practice and actually really enjoyed my appointments! I had an appointment with Kieron for a general check up in December which was very thorough and put my mind at ease, and then had a hygienist appointment in January with Esti which again was so thorough and I actually found really enjoyable! I could not recommend this dental practice enough, all the staff there are so friendly and are so reassuring to those who are nervous. Fantastic experience: I have been putting off a fairly routine appt with this dentist for a couple of years now. The lovely, kind Louise or the lovely Yamala makes me an appt. I then usually cancel with some excuse…. Although the last time was genuine… today I managed to pluck up the courage to attend my appt. Being a child of the 60’s and 70’s… my experiences with dentists at that time has left me with a massive phobia! Sara and Anna are amazing. They could see I was very, very nervous and put me at ease. The dental work was done quickly and painlessly. They explained everything. I also had a hygienist appt. Esti, again, is amazing. Everyone was so kind and patient with me. Fantastic experience: I moved to Kirby dental surgery in July 2020 as I wanted a local dentist during the Covid pandemic to avoid travel by public transport into Central London. Four years on I am really glad I made the move. I have had an excellent treatment from Keiron Thompson and he has sorted out the many issues that had been allowed to develop by my previous dentist. He always carefully explains any treatment necessary, and he has an exceptional ability to put you at ease during any treatment. The team are always very professional and friendly. I will be staying with this practice.

Fantastic experience: I moved to the Kirby Dental Practice around 6 months ago from a nearby other Teddington dentist. I cannot be more pleased with my experience at Kirby. They deliver a friendly, knowledgeable, ‘unstuffy’ and most importantly of all, quality service at very reasonable prices, with a sensible billing policy (the latter being the primary reason for me leaving the former dentist). I have had a ‘new starter package’ full dental induction & checkup with hygienist appointment - very reasonably priced. Then subsequently another hygienist appointment. A further checkup is scheduled in. I am delighted with the service I have received so far and very pleased indeed that I have moved to Kirby. Fantastic experience: The best Dentist. I have been a patient of Kirby dental for quite some time now. Five fixed teeth, and we are still working on perfecting my oral health (thanks, Mum, for never stopping me from eating sweets when I was a kid). My first visit to Kirby Dental was due to annoying pain in my upper left side. I was given an appointment the next day after my call. It turned out that I had a severe infection that rouned the nerve. Dr Farrrah cleaned my root canals and recommended I see a specialist due to the complexity of the work. I was taken aback by such honesty. I saw a specialist who treated my root canals and returned to Dr Farrah to do the composite. The composite settled quickly, without discomfort, and I any need to change my Vivera aligners. Since then, I have came back many times, and every single appointment was at a time convenient to me, without any pain or discomfort. It sounds strange to say that I enjoy seeing my dentist, but I do. Every time I come to Kirby Dental, I feel surrounded by a warm, caring atmosphere, which allows me to feel relaxed during the treatment and pushes me to follow through my treatment plan. I am deeply grateful to all members of the clinic for helping me to achieve my dental health goals. I highly recommend Kirby Dental to anyone who wants an honest, highly professional and caring dentist. P.S. Forgot to mention that my husband and daughter are also the practice's patients. However, they don't have to come so often since I don't allow my daughter to eat sugar and my husband doesnt like sweets at all.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to kirby dental practice for some years now after moving from my previous dentist. It's far from where I live, but farah rajabali is exceptional, I find her care and treatment is excellent. She takes time to check all of my oral health and explains what needs to be done. She goes the extra mile and will always discuss treatment plans. I have had treatment by her which has always been sucessful and comfortable. If I experience pain or any issues she will talk me through it and advise. I would highly recommend her.

I arrived for my consultation and was greeted by the lovely, warm and friendly Louise on reception who chatted with me and immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that I had made the correct decision to try Kirby Dental out. My consultation started with Farah and her assistant Anna who made me feel completely at ease, simply by asking a few questions to review my dental history. Fantastic experience: So after putting off going to the dentist for my aching tooth I finally visited Kirby Dental and was seen by Dr Farah. She was so friendly and took the time to listen to my problem and explain everything she was doing, reassuring me at every point (I’m a super nervous patient!) I felt totally at ease. I wish ALL dentists were like Farah! I won’t ever go anywhere else or dread seeing the dentist anymore, she really cares about her her patients and her knowledge about dentistry is really remarkable. The receptionist was also super friendly (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) thanks for everything Farah and Kirby Dental!

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and for years avoided attending the dentist but Farah has been kind, caring and understanding, by helping me overcome my fear of the dentist with her calm demeanour. This has also helped me maintain my teeth and raise my confidence again. Her staff are so kind and welcoming. Louise at front of house is always smiling and goes out of her way to help with appointments. They truly have your best interest at heart at Kirbys. I couldn’t possibly recommend them enough. Negative experience: Terrible experience. Avoid. Farrah the main dentist comes across as lovely & nice but she’s anything but! In reality she’s money grabbing and uncaring. All she cares about is taking your money. My tooth situation is still unresolved and I’m in constant pain but unfortunately all Farrah seemed to care about was my cheque book. She will charge for EVERYTHING, even follow ups on work she’s done that are causing you pain. She will then say it’s an unrelated problem so, in effect it’s like a new issue when it’s clearly related. She shows ZERO compassion in a difficult financial climate and just replies saying she has many clients that’s don’t mind paying. She also said that she has many clients that don’t come back!! Now I see why!! She puts her warped idea of business before customer care & relations and this is why I would not want to return. I got charged today for ‘an emergency’ appointment when I didn’t even realise it was an emergency appointment!! I just phoned to say I was experiencing discomfort following a root canal she ( or her colleague) had done. Next thing I know is I’m getting charged yet again? She’s left a bad taste in my mouth in more ways than one which is such a shame as she had an opportunity to be my local dentist for many years to come. I would say that the receptionist Louise is a nice person though which is why I’ve managed to give Kirby Dental 1 star out of 5 and not 0 out of 5! If you’re new to Teddington give Kirby a wide birth and avoid. My teeth are a mess and I’m £1000’s out of pocket and nothing to see for it apart from pain and disappointment

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with the team at Kirby. My previous dentist had retired and having lived in Teddington all my life I listened to my numerous friends and colleagues that recommended Farah and her team at Kirby so highly, and I am delighted that I did. I saw Dr Kieron Thompson who did an excellent very professional job and was very clear, kind and patient throughout and coupled with Anna his wonderful dental nurse the whole experience was incredibly positive and smooth. I honestly cannot recommend this dental practice enough!

Fantastic experience: Kirby is an exceptional dental practice. Everything is as it should be. The receptionist is lovely and Farah, my dentist, is excellent. She's caring, thorough and clearly an expert in what she does. I feel very safe in her hands. So much so that although I've moved to Dorset I still come to Teddington for my regular check-ups. You'd be hard pressed to find a better dental practice.

She is extremely thorough and diligent and will always go the extra mile for her patients. She will advise the best treatment based on a long term assessment of your teeth and this is how I know that I am in the safest hands and I trust her judgment a million per cent.
