Fantastic experience: My wife & I have been patients of Smile Concepts for several years. Initially, Dominic Hassell solved a problem with my gums which other dentists had failed to resolve and we never left - even when we moved 50 miles away! Particular shout out to Sophie on Reception, whose happy manner cheers everyone up; Claire Burgess who has been our wonderful dentist & kept our teeth in great condition and Anwar Pandhair, who is our new dental hygienist, replacing the fabulous Yvonne, a hard act to follow. Fantastic experience: I had long running issues with my teeth. Claire got hold of me and told me that they were aesthetically the most beautiful back teeth she’d ever seen seen! They were so pointy and with deep valleys. “Are they like dinosaur teeth” I asked and she confirmed they were! But that they were destroying my lower teeth with their bone crushing power! She then proceeded to file them down so they are now like a camel’s teeth. Dinosuars doed out for a reason. However, this has stopped the chipped teeth, the nerve pain and no more split lower teeth. Which other dentists did not notice after 15 years of trying! That’s why you should go to Smile Concepts. They spot things others don’t! Also, they play good music. And have good chats and bants.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant & very professional. I was very reluctant to see any dentists due to being claustrophobic. But I was eased into seeing the hygienist & if I needed the space, I was given that time to take a breather. Love going there now.

Dr Claire Burgess is so professional, skilled & incredibly kind and reassuring - someone who you need if you are feeling nervous. All of my treatments from a simple check up, emergency appointment, hygienist appointments to more complex cosmetic work has been faultless. Reception staff are always friendly & happy to help and the surgery is immaculate. I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist but Smile Concepts makes it a pleasant experience. It’s worth the 30 minute commute!

Fantastic experience: I travelled from Nottingham to Birmingham for Bioclear with Claire. The service has been exceptional from start to finish! I also needed two fillings after my own dentist kept insisting “they were fine.” Claire persisted that I did for my dental health and showed me photos of the cavities after to ensure me it was necessary and show my dentist! I then had Bioclear treatment for black circles and I am so so happy with the result! She makes you feel super comfortable and is honest with you about what treatment you need rather than telling you what you want to hear! 100% recommend and thank you Claire and the team!

Fantastic experience: Had great, rapid, sympathetic treatment from Sean Power for a chunk of tooth that came off a cracked metal filled tooth. Excellent white filling options offered including one with a reinforced top to spread pressure for longevity. This experienced and capable dentist has done a significant amount of amazing restorative work over the years to my teeth and always takes the approach of trying to preserve as much as possible without compromising long term viability. He presents realistic but not pessimistic, up-to-date, viable treatment options, gives you the pros and cons and allows you to decide without pressure. This is very important when you are managing the outcomes of teeth with ancient silver metal fillings and an owner who was not always a paragon of virtue on the dental hygiene front.

Fantastic experience: We were recommended to Smile Concepts by a friend some 4/5 years ago. We have found them to be an excellent team working together to provide a professional and friendly service. The reception staff are always welcoming and fully aware of who we are and what procedures our appointments are for. We are looked after by Sean who is highly recommended for his knowledge caring and advice, his dentistry work being exceptional. We trust that we will always have Smile Concepts to rely upon in the future. Well done everyone!

Negative experience: They are not transparent about their prices. Once the take your payment they do not respond to emails. They tell you a cost upfront but then later there are so many more different costs for example scans, hygienist and check ups. It is really unfair to do this. They book you in for a check up but they do not tell you it will cost £50+. Sometimes the checkups are free and sometimes they randomly charge. I was originally quoted £1,500 for a treatment and now I think I have probably spend near £2,500. A scan alone was £400 which they did not tell me about!

He is very informative and does an excellent job at cleaning my teeth, all the while being gentle. I come back consistently and even book additional appointments due to his promising service. Definitely recommend him and Dr Shabneez, who is also amazing! Very kind and friendly whenever I see her and demonstrates profound expertise and knowledge. Highly recommend this dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr.Yuliya and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Dr.Yuliya speaks several languages, which made it incredibly comfortable for me to communicate in my native language. She quickly identified my dental issues and most importantly, she saved my tooth I had been suffering for a long time and was fearful of the pain and cost£, but none of that was a concern here. Additionally, Doctor outlined a treatment plan for my other dental needs and provided valuable advice. It was evident that Doctor genuinely cares and takes the time to understand her patients’ situations. Thank you so much for your work. I am no longer afraid to visit the dentist and will definitely come back to you P.S. The Ladies at the reception were also very kind and I didn't feel any discomfort at all (even though I am usually afraid of dentists and completely forget my English when I am in a clinic)

Fantastic experience: This is the one of the best and most professional providers of dental care that I have ever attended to. Claire is an extremely talented dentist and always strives for the best care, looking at all details, taking dentistry to another level. Fantastic experience: I had a complex extraction procedure yesterday done by Yuliya. I was very nervous as it was my first extraction. However, Yuliya and the dental nurse did everything they could to make the experience as comfortable as possible. They are both incredible and has restored my faith in dentists. Fantastic experience: After the NHS left me with a hole in my tooth for 6 months, I decided to change to smile concepts. I was in agony and Sean numbed me before even looking at the tooth, then he gave me a temporary filling which was fantastic, and when Sean rebuilt the tooth it was better than ever. I am a really nervous patient due to awful past experiences, but the staff are lovely and Sean is an amazing dentist cannot praise or thank him enough.

Negative experience: This place must be for footballers and the alike. £200 just for a consultation then 6grand plus for one implant and a venner! Can see why people go abroad

Fantastic experience: Dr Burgess and Dr Hassall were both involved in my complex treatment - involving gum removal from my front two teeth and extensive use of the bio- clear method on my upper and lower teeth. I am overjoyed with the results- healthy, natural looking teeth with no ugly gaps! Both surgeons are the ‘best in their field’. They demonstrate great skills, precision and attention to detail as well as being patient and understanding. I was very happy to travel from Leeds to Solihull for my appointments.
