Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice by my own dentist after a major issue was discovered with one of my teeth which was causing a serious infection, so the situation needed to be handled quickly and decisively. I was looked after by Dr Aftab Ahmad, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. At the time, I was very worried about this and also had a lot of travelling scheduled. Dr Ahmad took the time to explain what was urgent, what could safely wait, and worked around my schedule while still making sure that I didn't delay anything important. Because the case was complex and involved multiple procedures including graftings, the treatment took time to allow for proper healing. Throughout the entire process, Dr Ahmad was consistently calm, confident and reassuring. Even during moments where I felt anxious in the chair, he remained composed, knew exactly what to do, and helped keep me relaxed and at ease. He was always available to review things, answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish and am very satisfied with both the care and the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the practice. Thank you again

Fantastic experience: I brought my 6 year old sister in for a tooth extraction and she was really nervous and scared but Sajida who i believe was the nurse was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so gentle, calm and patient, speaking to her in a way that made her feel safe. Sajida explained everything to her and kept her distracted with conversation, and stayed by her side throughout the whole process. She really made the experience a little less daunting for her especially since she gets really scared coming to the dentist! Thank you to the team but especially Sajida who went above and beyond. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist since i was a toddler. The dental practice now has new staff and words carnt fully justify how professional,friendly and helpful they are. 2 x names that stick out for me is Aisha and Sajida But to be fair they are all so nice☺️ If you have any anxiety going to your local dentist ,i advise you to change to this practice Amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Had a really problematic wisdom tooth over the weekend that was driving me crazy. Called the practice at 9am on Monday morning for an emergency appointment and got seen at 9:30am and out the door by 10am. The team at the practice are very friendly and professional and happy to help. I would highly recommend this practice and if in an emergency as was in my case then I cannot praise Dr. Aftab and his team enough for their efforts. Job well done ✔️

Fantastic experience: I came to this practice after a friend's recommendation, and honestly I am so glad I did. My teeth were in a bad way, not least due to dental work elsewhere. Dr. Ahmad was excellent - patient (i get nervous) and genuinely skilled - performed what can only be described as a minor miracle to get my smile and confidence back. Even though I travel quite a distance to get here, it’s absolutely worth it and I can’t recommend Dr. Ahmad and the team enough. Well done guys.

Fantastic experience: The dentist owner at this practice is such a kind and patient professional- I am always nervous as soon as I sit in the chair - and really dread the treatments- he understands this and constantly checks in that I’m okay and explains the length of the treatment and the tools he is going to use so I know what to expect I would never go anywhere else as I know I can rely on this dentist The new recent refurbishment has really modernised the premises in calming colours- the reception staff are always friendly If you are nervous about dentist visits like me - I can confidently recommend this practice , you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: At the dental practice I had a major cosmetic procedure, and the results are incredible – better than my original teeth. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and virtually pain-free. Truly second to none!

Negative experience: I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. Despite being a private patient and paying for check-ups, I’ve had to book multiple appointments just to be seen. On more than one occasion, I was contacted on the day of my appointment and informed—often quite abruptly—that the dentist/ hygienist was unavailable. This meant having to wait another one to two months for a new slot, which is incredibly frustrating and suggests a serious lack of organisation. If this is how private patients are treated, I can’t imagine how things are managed for NHS patients. Despite the long wait, I had a wonderful experience with the hygienist, Helin Mizouri. Her expertise, attention to detail, and skill are truly admirable. When I finally met her for my appointment, she made me feel both happy and satisfied. Her guidance on oral hygiene and the helpful items she provided were excellent. While there may be management issues, I don’t think they should overshadow the professionalism and dedication of individuals like her.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ahmed has treated myself and my two sons for about twenty years. We relocated with him from chorlton to his practice in Fallowfield. The reason being he is a fabulous dentist and I was always delighted with his treatment plan for us. I always have a great experience at the practice as all the staff are extremley friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend the Dental Practice!

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I have been a patient at this dental surgery for many years, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Despite my loyalty, I do not feel valued as a patient. The level of care has declined, appointments are often rushed, and I never feel that my concerns are properly listened to. Communication is poor, it is difficult to get timely appointments, and treatments are not explained clearly. After such a long time, I expected much better service and respect as a patient. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this practice to others. I see some reviews made here are not genuine .

Called up got an appointment with a struggle 2 weeks ago ( for my elderly relative ) The dentist was very rude we have never had him before infact never seen the same dentist twice in here ….and been at the place over 10years Always changing around with dentist ,staff and ownership .. Speaks for its self … Updated :1/9/25Actually really unprofessional!!!!!!!! Leaving feedback to a review of this nature … Your a dentist apparently but clearly from the responses to your reviews say different You clearly have More time for reviews than patients !!!!!! Oh and staff by the sounds of things … Not just this review states that so something is obviously wrong

Negative experience: I booked for a check up appointment one day before and recieved an appointment the next day which was 21 hours after I had booked the appointment but was still charged £50 as an emergency appointment and was never even told about the £50 emergency appointment charge when I had initially booked the appointment aswell. Poor communication and disappointed.

Negative experience: This practice is the worst practice ever, very unprofessional, Lazy and the entire staff are racist. Took registration money from me and refused to attend to me because of my skin colour.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this Dental Practice for 27 years. They've always been great - I have had all my checkups, polishes, etc here in all this time, and never even needed a filling. The worst thing I had to get done was getting my wisdom teeth removed - until a couple of months ago. Due to an accident as a kid I had a broken tooth right at the front, and it's actually amazing that it lasted as long as it did. In February the composite that covered it came off, and I subsequently needed a root canal treatment and then a veneer. Usually I am very sensitive to pain and quite anxious about getting anything done, but they did a great job not only doing the treatment and aftercare, but also handling with with great care. I'm so pleased with everything that was done, and the veneer is fantastic. Thank you so much for a great job, and being so thorough, sensitive and patient! I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I am very fortunate to have MR Ahmad looking after my dental needs, for which he has done for nearly twenty years. Not only is he a very highly skilled professional, he also has fabulous people skills which allows you to fully understand the procedure in a relaxing and friendly manner. I know that MR Ahmad puts his patient’s well-being as a priority and is 100% committed in caring for them, as after an unfortunate accident which the hospital dentists were unable to correct, I made a phone call to him and as soon as I arrived at the practice I was seen. I can happily say that 7 years later, his work on my teeth is still as good as the day that he did it. He is one of those rare individuals who truly cares.

Fantastic experience: I registered with the practice on an emergency basis after experiencing a dental abscess and ongoing issues with my tooth. I was registered and seen on the same day. Dr Ross was amazing, guiding me through treatment options and was able to save my tooth through completing root canal treatment and fitting a crown. He ensured I was as comfortable as possible, providing pain relief, breaks when needed and aftercare advice. I couldn’t recommend Dr Ross and the practice enough.
