Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for the last year for a dentists work I like and trust. After researching and going after many consultations. I’ve found Dr Sing. Who was really professional and took the time to explain things thoroughly. She answers my questions in much more detail. I’ve started my journey with her and can’t wait for the results. So far she’s been reassuring and has gone the extra mile. I also got my polynucleotide with her for my under eyes. I also work in aesthetics and would only trust her with my face. My review is about more than just recommending him and the practice, it’s to say that if I were you I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The professional service, expertise and friendly, relaxed atmosphere quite frankly is the best I have ever experienced in 50 plus years of dental care. For those who might feel some nervousness as I did, no need, never once was I in any discomfort, I was never rushed and was made to feel totally in control from start to finish. The results are life changing for me as I have got my smile back and my confidence has returned. Craig, thank you so much for your calmness, kindness and an end result I hadn’t imagined was possible.

Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased with my brighter teeth after teeth whitening here. Great advice and support with no pressure to do more work than I wanted, I went for Invisalign and decided to just whiten my teeth instead. The whitening mold was made using a scan instead of a mouthful of goo too, so that was fab!

I am rather scared of going to the dentist but Dr. Hannah was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job saving my teeth and it was all pain free the injections didn't even hurt which they normally do. The reception staff were also amazing as I had to swap and change appointments a few times and they were very good sorting this for me. A very friendly and caring atmosphere would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had to have 2 separate appointments for a crown/fillings over a 3 week period. I get very nervous and have a very sensitive gag reflex but Greg, Chloe and Cathryn were very patient, put me at ease, made me laugh (difficult when you have stuff in your mouth) and were so supportive making it less traumatic.

Dr.Walsh was extremely informative, caring and professional during all of the three visits.Chloe his assistant throughout the treatment was exemplary. Despite the fact that she must work with numerous patients each day she did not simply "process" me as just another patient. Rather she showed genuine care and concern throughout, regularly checking that I was "OK" and telling me several times that I was doing really well. No one can actually enjoy having dental treatment, I certainly don't. However Chloe made me feel that she understood this and cared for how ai was feeling. I felt that I was in a safe pair of hands. Dr Chan is my dentist, a lovely lady made me feel very much at ease as did Joanne the hygienist another lovely lady. The whole practice is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly and professional service so far... even sorted an emergency brace issue quickly and effectively. Lovely clean modern facilities. From receptionist to dentist all very welcoming. Fantastic experience: I have recently had my veneers replaced and I’m thrilled with the results. I literally can’t stop smiling! Within 24hrs of the final fit they felt like my own and looked completely natural. I thought I may feel some pain afterwards, whilst my gums were tender I had no need to take any painkillers. Fantastic experience: I rang up a around month ago having lost a back tooth filling to see if the practice could fit me in at short notice the following day (my only day off work that week). Reception were extremely helpful despite being full and i asked if they could leave me a message if there were any cancellations. I received a message and was able to visit and get a new filling the following day. I dread dental visits however the dentist and staff were so warm, welcoming and professional i made the decision to join their plan after that visit. So pleased they were able to fit me in that day as i now know where i will be going for future dental checks and treatment. Reception staff are great, friendly, professional and extremely efficient.
