Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to Bingham Dental Clinic and I was a bit nervous about seeing a new dentist, but I really didn’t need to be. The reception staff were very welcoming, and Jessie Tan Jiale the Dental Surgeon, was absolutely outstanding. She talked me through every step, explained what she was doing and why, and was incredibly thorough throughout. The level of care was brilliant. I’ll be recommending this practice and Jessie in particular to everyone I know.

Positive experience: Apart from having to wait for my appointed time. I cannot fault anything. All staff are extremely jolly and kind. This was my first time with my new dentist and she was very thorough, unfortunately my hygienist took ill and wasn't there. I just hope it wasn't anything serious. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: The reception team were very sympathetic to my stressful situation and very accommodating making sure I was able to have an emergency appointment on the same day. Sandeep the dentist was amazing when I presented with a snapped crown just before Christmas. He was able to make the necessary treatment to not only fix the gap in my front teeth he was able to give me my confidence back to enjoy Christmas with my family. What a great team at Bingham dental

Fantastic experience: Rang up at 9am got an appointment at 12:30 pm same day! Had an awfully bad tooth ache and I was very well looked after. Massive fear of the dentist but the folks here made me feel very comfortable and couldn’t feel a thing! Can’t fault them!

Fantastic experience: I’m a very nervous dental patient and I had to go in for a wisdom tooth removal. I was treated with sympathy and my concerns were listened to. I was reassured and as a result the whole experience was very much less stressful than I imagined it could or would be. I thanked the dentist and the nurse, their professionalism and humour helped me feel able to deal with my procedure, which went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this practice.

From arrival to departure, as always, Rachel was her friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional self. Everything was fully explained as to extensive future treatment that is needed, and it has to be said that Rachel's manner is so relaxing and caring which makes everything so appreciated, not forgetting her friendly team.

Local anaesthetic injection was painless as the area was numbed topically before the injection. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, from reception and dental staff alike. First time at BDC and I was impressed by the thoroughness of my check-up and dental scaling. Procedures and prices were fully explained. Had to wait 15 minutes (not unusual in medical surgeries!) but I was then in the chair for almost 1.5 hours, which suggests to me that thoroughness of treatment at the Clinic is paramount.

Positive experience: Disappointing start, checked in 8 minutes early and was told where to sit. Appointment 9.20am. 9.45am I was wondering how they could be running so late at that early time in the Morning, I was about to ask at reception when the Nurse asked my name. It appears I was not checked off the computer so the dentist had also been waiting for me!!! How extremely annoying for us all. When I was seen, both Rashina and her nurse were lovely.
