Fantastic experience: Excellent service from this Dental surgery from the friendly and helpful receptionist to the extremely knowledgeable Dentist and staff, who made you feel at ease and explained required treatment and subsequent cost so I was fully informed, it has taken me 3 years to find a good Dentist and feel extremely confident with this one going forward would highly recommend.

Nothing is too much trouble, one of my children has Autism and Aiden is always so compassionate and always takes his time, explaining what hes going to do and why, he doesn't push him but manages to get the check up done. Everyone I've met there is always welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, very professional, helpful and friendly. Was fortunate to get a same day appointment. Dentist was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a much better experience than the last time I visited a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased that the dentist explained every step of the procedure. Also, when unable to inject the anaesthetic, she asked for a senior dentist to help. This filled me with confidence, rather than keep trying on her own. Overall, the tooth extraction was not as bad as I was expecting. Second appt to sort out my gum due to infection was quick and well dealt with. A thorough explanation of why it had happened and a prescription for antibiotics. No charge. Fantastic service.

Positive experience: The saw me quickly as a new patient.They were friendly and reassuring.

Negative experience: I am sorry to say I was extremely disappointed with my checkup on Monday. I was in the chair literally minutes and didn’t feel I had had a thorough check up. I also felt that I was encouraged to have an x ray, a clean and or visit to the hygienist. It is an expensive visit and I didn’t think it was value for money. The only compliment I can give is to the lovely receptionist. Kate Schofield

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Aiden's for many years now and my children have always been under his care for their dental treatments. I could not wish for a better dentist. Aiden is not only professional, knowledgeable and incredibly good at his job, but he is also just the loveliest man. He genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. He goes above and beyond and shows a true interest in his patients as people. I trust him implicitly with my own teeth and that of my children's too. My children have always enjoyed going to the dentist. One of my children (now an adult) has always had sensory difficulties and would refuse to even go to the hairdresser when he was younger, however, the dentist was never somewhere that was an issue for him. This is pretty much down to Aiden's approach and the fact he has always made them feel so relaxed and at ease and comfortable. I also see the detail hygienist regularly and find them to be very professional and friendly also. They advised me on better brushing techniques and also dental products I can use to improve the health of my gums and teeth. The receptionist are also always welcoming and helpful too. I would highly recommend Irish, King and associates dental practice to anyone - you really could not get a better service.
