Fantastic experience: Friendly, helpful and professional. The work required was explained well before the treatment was started and Ryan caried out the work quickly and efficiently, finishing ahead of schedule but without rushing anything. Post the treatment, Ryan again explained well what he had done, showed me the pictures and the 3D model he took, and follow-on actions for me to follow.

Fantastic experience: Annual hygienist visit. Very friendly hygienist (Ahmad) and their assistant. Gentle treatment. Left with my teeth looking and feeling much cleaner.

The waiting area was pleasant and cool (on a very hot day). I would have appreciated an itemised bill at the end as I also purchased some consumables. Overall a very good experience.

Negative experience: My appointment was scheduled for 11.35 a.m., but was not called in until 11.55 a.m. I was not informed of why my appointment was delayed and ultimately I had to complain at the reception as my car park ticket was going to expire. It does not take much to keep patients informed of delays and give reasons rather than leaving patients "in the dark". A totally unacceptable level of service!!!!

He always explains what is going to happen and always checks that I'm ok. I have been using St Cuthberts for many years and as a very nervous patient would not change to another dentist. The receptionist team are always helpful if you have a problem or query and will consult with your particular dentist if you need information from them and get back to you promptly. So very happy to say they are all a wonderful team.

Positive experience: My experienced has been extremely mixed. I love the Hygenist, Donna who is very skilled and very nice to deal with. Half the receptionists are lovely but several are frankly terse and unfriendly - bordering on rude. The original dentist I used very sadly passed away. He was literally the best dentist I've ever had. I tried two other dentists there and I found they were also unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable because I have quite a few issues with my teeth - so much so I don't use their dentists anymore and went elsewhere. Also I slightly felt I was being "sold to" and pressured into doing pretty extensive works that I'm not comfortable doing - such as veneers. The salesey stuff and the lack of empathy really put me off... I really only stay for the Hygenist - who is great.

Fantastic experience: Had a hygienist appointment today with Claire and it was just fantastic. Best I have ever had (I'm 55!), gentle, thorough and Claire also offered some brilliant practical advice. Coupled with the just the best dentist ever with Jonathan I am very pleased with the practice.

Negative experience: I am registered with this clinic and called them asking for an appointment to get a new tooth filling. The receptionist tried to force me to go for a chekup - which I don't need. Then she topld the particular doctor is booked until the end of July (I called on 09.05), and she can't give me any other doctor. Very unprofessional. It's easier for me to go to Ukraine and have my tooth mended there. Ukrainian doctors definitely works better and provide better service - even under terrible bombing

Fantastic experience: The loss of Yan Schutter was deeply sorrowing personally but also i lost his excellent professional services. Today I was delighted and gratified to receive equally excellent professional services from Elisa. (His replacement ?) The work Elisa did is wonderful. I appreciate her judgement and communication. Elisa explained the oblique broken face of one tooth leaves it vulnerable to excessive stress but this method of repair is the most economic first option. In the event of unfortunate collapse there is still an option for a cap. Please convey my appreciation.
