Fantastic experience: What an excellent facility and outstanding staff. From Dr Siddiqui to the staff on Reception (apologies that I cannot recall all your names) the care is of the highest standard. Dr Siddiqui has always had our daughters best outcome foremost in the care and treatments received. He has corrected a missing adult tooth through careful and considered treatments and our beautiful daughter now has an equally beautiful smile. Treatments did have a deadline initiated by our daughter - the School Prom - and we made it with a couple of weeks to spare so a promise made 2 years ago was delivered upon. Negative experience: I was initially pleased with the invislign experience, however, a little expensive, however, I did not realise that after the final payment that there would be additional fees for the aftercare service. £30 per tooth, £300 for all to clean off bonding after my retainer broke, daylight robbery. Free at my practise. One Star!

Fantastic experience: Hello Redcliffe and especially to my dear friends Dr Siddiqui and Karen for you have been there with me since the beginning you have all been extremely kind with me and professional. For anyone reading this is an honest review of my experience at Redcliffe. I use to be a patient since a little boy and I would always brake my brace and be disobedient with them but they would still continue to forgive me they shouldn’t of been so patient and in other words should of taken of my brace and sent me home but instead I could see that they were upset with me breaking my brace every time and I could still see there patience with me and it made me change my behaviour and take care of my brace more. It also made me realise that they actually care for you and your teeth. They always treated me with kindness even though I don’t deserve it and ask me how I have been and what I plan on doing next but at the same time do there best on helping me fix my teeth and they really did do a good job I promise. This is no exaggeration and trust me when I say that they are experienced especially Dr Siddiqui for he is ex military that was in I believe the Royal Army dental corp and long story short this is what they do (The Army is supported on operations by uniformed dental teams that are trained to the required military standards to work alongside their colleagues. It provides and maintains a high level of dental fitness, reducing the number of dental problems experienced by soldiers on the front line.) As I said I have been with him as a child so I’ve gotten to know him quite well and I promise you will be satisfied for Redcliff does the job correctly and knows what they are doing. My final message is sorry I always broke my brace and was disobedient I’m glad you have seen me change for the better, and I never felt like I was just going to the dentist but to see my friends again. Fantastic experience: From the initial meeting with Dr Siddiqui I was extremely impressed. My daughter was given two options to achieve straight teeth. Everything was explained in great detail, ultimately my daughter decided to go with the longer treatment option. What impressed me with Dr Siddiqui and his team was the understanding and compassion they had as my daughter is autistic and can struggle in certain situations and this was only enhanced during COVID and restrictions in place. After 2+ years of orthodontic treatment we have now come to the end of her treatment, my daughters teeth are absolutely amazing, Dr Siddiqui’s attention to detail was amazing and getting her teeth as perfect as possible is outstanding. I tell everyone that I talk to about the practice as I cannot recommend them highly enough. My daughter now misses her appointments and that speaks volumes. Fantastic experience: I’ve recently undergone almost four years of orthodontic treatment with Dr Siddiqui and Karen, it’s been a lengthy process but they were wonderful; they were very helpful (especially when i broke my brace… twice!) and very transparent with all the processes so I knew exactly what they were doing. I felt very comfortable going there, and the receptionists were very welcoming and kind. Most importantly, my results are fantastic! it feels like a dream come true.. looking back my teeth were all over the place! I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you for everything.

Negative experience: 4 years ago I was given twin block braces, for the past 2 years I have experienced terrible pain in my jaw which includes locking, and clicking of the jaw on the right side. I have no idea why it’s causing this much pain but it’s affecting when eating and sleeping. Could please tell me why
