Fantastic experience: Great dentist.....deffo recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a nightmare at another dentist in Govan who gave me botched composite which left me with chipped teeth and in a some mess, 1 week before a family funeral. I called Phoenix in a blind panic this morning for an emergency appointment. Lauren and Dr Zeeshan thankfully had a last min cancellation and managed to get me in on the same day. Dr Zeeshan listened to me, and carefully polished away the composite and added some new composite to some areas that needed it. In 30 mins I had a healthy looking smile again. I cannot thank you both enough for today, and I am so happy that I’m registered with you and know that I am in safe hands when it comes to my teeth.

Negative experience: They dont care about your health. Just want your money. I had an appointment booked in with the dentist for the 19th of February for them to send me a text message saying that I've missed my appointment for the 12th when I've never booked in for an appointment for that date for them to say there canceling my appointment on the 19th unless I pay them £40 for appointment that I've never known about I'm now under the impression that there are making these appointment up so they can black mall people out of money known they will pay up due to the long wait for an appointment and that it's so hard to change dentist. I've been trying to contact them today only for the 4th attempt call to get through to someone over the space of 2 hours for them to say its courtesy to turn up for your appointments. when you have no knowledge of the first one that they have made up and that I've to pay up £40 and then I can rebook my appointment. I've had previously bad experiences here of them cancelling my appointments last minute on to occasions so ended up getting put to back of the list and wait another 2 to 3 months to get another appointment. So they clearly dot care about people's health here just there money.

Positive experience: First time at Phoenix new dentist for me, Hamid seemed very pleasant and I think his assistant Wam was well informed. The receptionist was lovely and I am looking forward to my next appointment at the hygienist to get my nashers cleaned.

Negative experience: I visited here 3 months ago for a check up and to talk about a treatment I needed doing, the dental surgeon was new Dr Farheen Zeeshan (previous dental surgeon no longer works there) I found her extremely patronising, spoke down at me and was not friendly whatsoever! She made me Feel uncomfortable and I left annoyed quite frankly. Also The past two separate occasions I have called this practice no one answers, I have since tried to obtain my records as i have registered with another practice, no surprise here though because no answer again! Will keep trying and if nothing will need to physically go down and speak with receptionist.

Negative experience: What a shambles it has been to receive any sort of treatments. My appointments have been cancelled without being notified, i have been told specific dates and times for appointments to which they have been changed and have told me i have missed these appointments, i have been told i would receive a certain treatment and i have been given a temporary fix, it is just an overall terrible experience and do not recommend to anyone!!

The receptionists, assistants and dentists are all lovely and answer any questions in detail so you're not leaving with unanswered questions.

I'd like give a special thanks to Debbie and Jenna who couldn't have looked after me any better. Coming form a customer facing background , its greatly appreciated . Anyone thinking about having any cosmetic dentistry done, should give this place a try . Great results without any pain at all .

Fantastic experience: John Dardis is quite simply the best Dentist there is. I had the misfortune to be patient at his previous practise in Govan, and following his departure had to suffer, literally, a variety of dentists before discovering Mr Dardis had set up in Renfrew. The team at Pheonix Clinic, Stacey, Genna and Erin are as exemplary in their roles as John is in his.

Fantastic experience: I had the necessity to attend the clinic some time ago with severe toothache and after examination I had an extraction and was given pain relief tablets, I was completely overwhelmed with the attention received by the friendly staff and the overall cost of the treatment. I therefore had no hesitation in my wife attending to have her treatment carried out, and after numerous visits ( which she is still attending) we are completely satisfied with the time and attention that Dr Dardis and his staff convey to their patients and would recommend the Phoenix Clinic to anyone who requires dental treatment. However since my last post my wife has had further ongoing treatment culminating in new top dentures being fitted and after almost two and a half years of treatment she has now been discharged. Another positive visit today - Mr Dardis always a pleasure to deal with - always provides only the treatment that is necessary - Jenna on reception an absolute wee star as well. Never had a bad experience yet. Followed Mr Dardis here from his previous practice. Always a good experience, staff great, facilities good and patient care always comes first. Negative experience: Had NOTHING but issues. Been trying to get an appointment for a month. Got cancelled two weeks ago because the dentist was "too busy". Went round to make a new one and the dentist wasn't even there. Made an appointment for today. It was put in wrong and is tomorrow which I know I can't do. Will be finding a new practice.
