Fantastic experience: I recently had cosmetic composite bonding done on my upper front teeth by Faraz, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He has done a superb job — the improvement in the appearance of my smile is remarkable. The work looks completely natural, and his attention to detail was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final appointment, the whole experience was professional, reassuring, and friendly. Faraz explained everything clearly and made me feel in very safe hands throughout. I’m genuinely delighted with how my teeth look now and would highly recommend Faraz to anyone considering cosmetic work or wanting to improve their smile. Truly first-class service and results.

Positive experience: Invested in Smilewhite for my 14 year old daughter as positively advertised and I’d researched from insta! Great sales pitch from Taylor - 4 months later … I did not know they would file my 14 year old daughter’s teeth!!! She was brilliant with the whole methodology and only after 4 months & two tooth filling experiences she’s happy with her teeth! As a parent I should have known about this filing and she’d already had teeth out too!! Everyone us out there to make money so should make parents aware not just cut throat sales approach and I should have know better as a parent? But overall a good result just not by filing a youngsters teeth down though!!!!! And a baby tooth that cannot be replaced if it comes out! Just be aware of the tooth filing and if it’s for you or your family member as once it’s gone it’s gone!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this dentist a fair few times now for Invisalign, service was excellent and I ended up getting composite bonding done by Dr Davinder Jakhu who is great at his job. Overall all the staff who work at this dentistry are excellent and have time for you.

Fantastic experience: First visit today, can’t fault this private dental practice, I’ve been really let down by this rubbish NHS, considering I’ve worked all my life the lack of care over the past few years has been disgraceful. For the first time in years I’ve been treated like a human being not like something on a conveyer belt being fobbed off with inferior treatment and having appointments cancelled at the last minute.The dentist at Acer put me at my ease and fully explained my treatment and what it would cost, it’s taken a great weight off my mind I just can’t thank him enough for his caring professionalism , I will highly recommend Acer Dental Clinic, many thanks to all the staff I saw today

Fantastic experience: Literally 2 x hours before we needed to depart to the airport for a holiday, I had a bridge detatch. My usual dentist had no availability, so I searched the net and found the Acer Dental Clinic. A phone call and I could be seen within an hour ... Registered and on arrival, greeted by a friendly receptionist. The professionalism and politeness of the dentist to the assistant and vice versa was beautiful to hear. My bridge was re-attached and now feels more secure and much better positioned than all the previous re-attachments. Needless to say, Acer is now my go-to dentist and really recommended to all looking for a friendly, polite, and professional service.

I was put at ease by Dr Taher Abdulhussein and everything was explained clearly and my xrays explained. I have taken out the dental plan and following this first visit. Fantastic experience: Really impressed with Acer Dental so far, having taken over from the old CFD. I recently had a fairly complex extraction I was not looking forward to, it went as well as it could and I was given all the information to help me prepare and be comfortable with the procedure. Dharmesh Mistry (Dee, the surgeon) was excellent and his bedside manner was calming, reassuring and engaging, it is always nice when people remember small things about you when they only saw you once months ago. I'd say keen to see him again, though in truth I'm not as that means another extraction so maybe not in a dentist environment! But in sincerity, I am impressed with the clinic, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the prices are very reasonable, particularly if on their dental plan. Happy to recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: Very Professional Dental Surgery!Everyone is friendly. I’m so happy I have found a new dental practice since moving here. I had my teeth professionally cleaned by the hygienist team, it was amazing. My dentist sorted a couple of fillings without injections. Teeth whitening also available if you are considering. Felt very safe with measures in place for Covid restrictions. A text message and call to remind you of your appointment First class!

Negative experience: I can review as not really had a proper appointment but keep getting messages to review. I had a dental plan and it was stopped due to clousure but had paid in full . Acer kept on about a free appointment but it was never free as I had paid for it . It was very quick so I can't review let's see what a proper appointment is like then can review again

All the people there were very polite and professional, which I found reassuring as this was the first time I had used Acer. Fantastic experience: The clinic saw me promptly for emergency treatment for a badly needed extraction.I signed up for their dental plan which gives me a checkup and Hygienist visit per annum. Fantastic experience: I have been with this dentist now for several years. The main reason being is how they treat their customers. I'm a nervous patient and they are fantastic at keeping me calm. They have a real skill in managing my anxiety and I've now lost the dread of turning up for an appointment. I still struggle when in the chair as it were, but they keep me assured and work to my needs as a patient.

They also had other safety measures in place such as the door being locked to get in etc rather than people gathering inside. I do like their relaxed approach too, no pressure to sign up etc! (I had a free visit) as I was a member of the old location.

Positive experience: Very happy with the dentist and the dental hygienist was excellent she listened and gave great advice. Only hiccup was my first payment was taken twice. Receptionist was a little flippant regarding this but once I got through to the manager and produced evidence of payment it was resolved quickly.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is in a lovely setting, it’s easily accessible with good parking. They like you to fill in a couple of e forms prior to your visit to gather some information about you. This helps the dentists understand their patients and what dental procedures they may be interested in hearing more about or not. All staff are extremely professional, welcoming and every step felt very safe.
