Negative experience: I had an appointment with a new hygienist today, Dmitiri. His attention to detail was impressive — impressive in how quickly he noticed and criticised my insecurities. I explained that I was already fully aware of them and just wished that he stop pointing them out. There was little care or empathy, and no confidence-boosting at all. He asked several times whether I’d had orthodontic work, even after I explained that I had, years ago. I was aware that he was upselling, but it left me feeling as though I should somehow fly to Turkey to “fix” my insecurities, regardless. I also got the sense that he didn’t quite believe my age — I’m still not sure whether that was meant as a compliment or an insult. Given a previous tooth extraction experience, which I am grateful for, but which has left me increasingly anxious and triggered when a hygienist or dentist works on my teeth, this approach was particularly difficult. It is a vulnerable setting where you should be made to feel secure — within yourself and within that environment — and in moments like that, sensitivity and reassurance really matter. If it wasn’t for the kind receptionist, whom I went to straight away afterwards, I would have left feeling even worse. She put me at ease, and her warmth made a real difference. I would usually highly recommend every experience here, excusing the obvious painful but necessary ones. However, today felt different. I walked in already aware that I’m on a journey of self-improvement, but I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I know I don’t have perfect teeth, despite years of correction, but I had started to accept and even love my “perfect imperfections.” Coming out not looking — and more importantly not feeling — good is something I think should really be taken into account in healthcare settings. Especially, as I work in the healthcare industry myself. Dental care is not just clinical; it’s deeply personal, and empathy matters.

Negative experience: I was reffed to your practice, but one of your worker (Kinga Lepka) has been unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I had an assessment with Dr Shey and nurse Eureca. What lovely people! I had a scan xray and full examination. Dr Shey explained everything so well. I was there about crown replacement. I was shown a 3D image of all of my teeth. Fascinating. I couldnt be happier with the attention I received. Nurse Eureca was so smiley and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Worthing branch .

Fantastic experience: BIC are the dentists for all my dental work, including implants. Both of the dentists I deal with, the hygienist and all the reception staff are warm, friendly and highly efficient. The dental treatment I have received has been first rate. It is worth me travelling over 20 miles to BIC to get the quality of treatment they offer. I had an outstanding consultation yesterday and came away with a better understanding of the condition of my teeth and what needs to be done, than I have every had.

Fantastic experience: I attended Brighton Implant Clinic (Worthing Branch) today for a dental hygienist appointment and was seen by Garg Saloni who was really welcoming and attentive - she was so helpful.All the the suggestions she gave were really helpful and a good takeaway from the visit. Negative experience: Very long wait in the waiting area then very rushed treatment, not great communication about what they were doing and they snapped a tooth and nearly dropped half of it down my throat. Youre not given time to process as they then rush you out the door again. Not a good experience at all and its difficult to get follow up recovery advice, they just give you a qr code on a piece of card.

Positive experience: I had this company do an extraction as the NHS dentist thought it too difficult for them. It was painful but sucessful. They then organised a clip-in replacement tooth which at first worked fine but then broke the tooth above it which now needs extracting. Meanwhile I developed an unbelievably painful abcess on the other side of my mouth under two root canal teeth. No one would help and I ended up in A&E who drained the abcess reluctantly and said a dentist should have done this. I went back and asked if the tooth should be pulled to stop another abcess. At first the dentist wanted to remove the wrong tooth, after a lot of persuation he realised the tooth to be pulled. In the end I was one and half hours in the dentist chair in extreme pain as the injections did not work. The dentist broke the tooth into little pieces and then was unable to extract them all. This was the worst experience of a dentist of my life. I then had a hole in my mouth that goes through to my jaw bone with no protection offered. However, the service redeemed themselves by making a special weekend appointment with a more senior dentist who used sedation with an anethetist present (and not many dentists offer this service). In all I was in the chair for two and half hours to remove one tooth and wonder if this was all necessary and if some better foresight was needed for the extraction and the broken tooth above the denture? I am not sure about the service. Very angry at what has happened but also grateful that they took responsibilty to fix what was started. I have not so far been charged for the extra work for the extraction.

Negative experience: I arranged an appointment for an assessment at 12pm today. I was asked to take a seat. After 15 minutes l enquired if l had much longer to wait. The receptionist was dismissive, abrupt and uninterested. Finally, after 20 minutes a dentist came upto me and said she was in surgery and would be another 15 minutes. After another 25 minutes, l no apology and there was absolutely no interest from the staff either. So l decided to leave. I had a gut feeling that this was not for the place for me. If l was going to hire their services and invest thousands of pounds for expensive dentistry l needed a dentist who l could trust, who genuinely cares about their patients, respects them and would want to form a trusted relationship with their patients and the patient would have full confidence and knowledge they cared. This wasn't the case with Brighton Implants whatsoever, in fact the total opposite was clearly obvious and noticeable. I'm glad l've seen this sloppy uninterested and uncaring side of Brighton Inplants before l invested and wasted a lot of money.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Brighton Implant Clinic in Worthing on the recommendation of a family member. I can confirm that they have definitely exceeded my expectations (which were already high!) I have so far visited the hygienist, Saloni and the dentist, Dr Shey and Nurse Eureca. All of Saloni, Dr Shey and Nurse Eureca have been incredibly kind, comforting and patient with me and as a nervous dental patient that is something that has made the experience of attending the dentist so much easier. They all seem incredibly knowledgeable in their areas of dental work and they are the perfect combination of ‘tough love’ and kindness. I couldn’t recommend Worthing BIC enough, and those I have worked with especially.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment due to what I thought was an implant having fallen out. It was the Friday before Christmas and the staff were so helpful finding someone able to see me. I saw Dr Anul who specialises in implants only to discover that it was in fact a crown that had fallen out. He was so kind and helpful, put me at ease and was able to repair my tooth there and then. The staff at this practice are so accommodating I can’t praise them highly enough

Fantastic experience: Had to have an extraction of my tooth done here due to it being cracked and being in excruciating pain. I made them aware how nervous I was and they were so lovely! I was so overwhelmed I forgot both their names! But she was amazing with me! I had to have a lot of injections that first thought but she was kind, spoke me through everything and it was over and done within 10 minutes of being in the chair ! 10/10

Negative experience: I went to have an examination as I needed x2 surgical extractions and one regular extractions. Didn’t get very far as when the dentist put the X-ray plate in my mouth it made me gag. (First time this has happened to me) She seemed very irritated, I tried a few times but kept gagging. In the end she said if I can’t X-ray I can’t take the other teeth out, it will just have to be one. They phoned me to book in a few weeks later, I explained the problem, I was told they have a digital scanner but this wasn’t offered. Have had it done elsewhere without a problem.

Fantastic experience: I was quite anxious about my appointment with the hygienist as I haven’t had one in a very long time and this was a new dentist for me. But from the moment I arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and my hygienist Saloni was such a sweet person and put me right at ease. Both her and the dental nurse Kristina made me feel very calm and were very thorough in explaining things and checking I was ok and comfortable throughout the procedure. I’m so happy with what she was able to achieve in one 30 minute appointment and the helpful aftercare advice. Fantastic experience: Great professional dentist service, from reception who offered me same day appointment if I wanted it, to my excellent dentist and nurse. Dr Shey my new dentist explains everything in depth, is professional, friendly and highly skilled. Nurse Euecq (sorry if miss spelt ) is one of the friendliest dental nurses who is reassuring and kind. Even went off and got my child a Wi-Fi code so she could watch her iPad whilst I had my treatment. Highly recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have along journey to find the best implant clinic I been too many places in Hove/Brighton, 3 places in Worthing town which give me more accessibility if something need doing on my teeth and my implant procedures schedule as I live in Worthing. I choose Brighton Implant Clinic in Worthing as their dentist nurse named Kristina Torres-Valdez is so supportive she is enthusiastic and knows what she is doing in terms of treatment plan. I also admire Dr Betul for being a professional dentist, standard practise, and I ask for my treatment plan on hand and explained what's gonna happened I have a complicated 9 teeth. This was started last November 2023 and now we are on our last stage 15 October 2024. It's been a good experienced who I know, believed and trusted good professional back ground and well experienced dentists this include Dr. Guido for doing my re-rooting canals as well as their receptionist are of standard job, pleasant and will remind you with call, text and email and accommodating. For this I will recommend Brighton Clinic Implant. Thank you all for your job well done I have gained back my smile and confident.

My dental Therapist Hasan, was very experienced, and kept me informed of what he was doing throughout my checkup and clean and polish. Fantastic experience: This was my first dental implant procedure so there was a fair amount of trepidation but I needn’t have worried. My dentist Shay and her nurse (sorry can’t remember the name!) have been great throughout the process and I would definitely recommend them. I did talk to other implant specialists before deciding on BIC.

Fantastic experience: I have to say how pleased I am with the work Jazmine has done. This is only the second time I have ever felt comfortable in the dentist chair. Something I have always dreaded since a child. However, when you meet someone like Jazmine who puts you at ease and explains everything along the journey it's so reffreshing and comforting. Her professionalism and care throughout has been absolutely exemplary and Jazmine is a credit to not only herself, but her profession. I cannot speak highly enough of Jazmine.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t realise how much I hated my teeth until now. Jasmine has done such an amazing job adding cosmetic bonding to my front four teeth whose enamel had worn away. I never thought I would have white teeth again. The process was made painless and Jasmine spent so much time shaping each tooth. I certainly smile a lot more now. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Positive experience: Was initially concerned that the slightly corporate look and size of this practice would make it a little 'fast and furious' or worse tardy. This was not the case. As a patient seeking a new dentist I also had a first check-up and hygienist clean on an offer. Again any initial worries about quality of work were soon dispersed. My teeth were gleaming on departure and it all felt like one of the best and most on-time and effortless dental visits I have had for a long while. I (bizarrely) look forward to seeing how any future treatments turn out.

Positive experience: I seldom post reviews. I am rating it as 3 stars for the warm reception of staff but not the result of the dentures I had it made. I had lower and partial dentures done last year. My lower denture broke after few months, I went back and unfortunately, the dentist who helped me does not work there anymore, I was helped by another dentist, I was told that because I choose a design that is not sturdy that there is a chance that it will break. I expressed what I felt and think, they were kind enough to repair it for free as "goodwill". As to my upper denture, I can't wear it because of poor fitting (there was no partial fitting done before the denture was processed as the then dentist said it should be ok). I choose not to go back as I can't afford additional costs and not sure if I'll get the result I expect, and because of busy work life. I'm still using my old upper denture that serve it's purpose although its discolored and stained.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anu treated me so kindly, with respect and dignity. I was terrified when I walked in knowing I was to have two extractions under sedation. I didn’t feel a thing as he said.

The premises are spotless and very modern as is all the equipment. My appointments are always on time. I have been visiting Brighton Implant C Worthing for some years now and my experience is always the same as Ive described above, I cant recommend them enough.

Negative experience: I was booked in for an assessment. I arrived 10 mins early. There was 2 women at reception. I went to the one that was free. I noticed she was on the phone (headset). I was there 5 mins - not even an acknowledgement of my presence and to say she wouldn't be long. The other lady served me instead as I sat down and she became available. To my surprise I had to fill in a lengthy form. In it there was things like "how did you find us". The cheek of it expecting to give marketing details. They were late for their appointment so I left.
