Negative experience: (This is a normal person speaking)Really rude. They gave us a appointment at 8:30 which I has school at 8:45, and apparently I was 5 minutes late ⏰ so they only done the bottom have saying that we were late and couldn’t get to do the top half like that would make a difference.the orthodontist was the same one that made me bleed .and by the way they COUNT. EVERY. SECOND. IF. YOUR. LATE. ( this isn’t the first time this happened ).

Fantastic experience: Went through this process for years due to my own breaks and covid issues, but was finally glad to get through everything despite those issues. staff were nothing but patient and kind at each appointment and helped me through this lengthy process which is the best I could have asked for considering I practically grew up with braces and support from staff.

Negative experience: The day before yesterday I was in and the receptionist was rude to a family having trouble with the self check in machine as they don't speak english, horrendous customer service and her attitude towards them was quite bad.

Positive experience: I can't recommend this place high! I'm 34 y.o., my teeth were and still are absolutely healthy and with no issues at all, except that they were crowded and yellow. I was fixed braces, wore them for a year and my teeth are straight and beautiful now. They are not only straight but white cause I was given recommendations on how to whiten them. Walking like Britney Spears now. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars but not 5 is every time my brace broke and I needed to fix it as emergency, I had to wait a week or two. But I was a private patient and expect it to be done faster. Also, I was served in rooms with other patients inside. But it's ok. I can't complain, the result is amazing! Thank you, Infinity Smiles, for making my teeth look perfect! A note for those ones who don't know: wearing braces is hell! Gums and teeth are sore, you use painkillers but often they don't help. Your cheeks inside hurt, because braces affect them too while wearing. They break from time to time and you need to go and fix them. But the pain is worth the amazing result!

Negative experience: So disappointed, different information every each visit, make sure you getting your paperwork what needs to be done etc. Because after they will talk something else and try to get rid off you. Fantastic experience: My other orthodontist has been making us wait for the past two years and now is refusing to take NHS patience after making us wait so long George and his staff manage to get an appointment and get it approved asap we got the braces fitted within a couple of weeks trust me if you want to get your child braces its is the best place to do it in Glasgow top quality service and nice friendly staff its a bit busy however that’s worth the wait

Negative experience: This place is horrible. I have been here multiple times for the last five years and it took them 5 years to put them in my teeth. My bottom set of teeth were perfect but when after the braces my bottom set was ruined. I also had an appointment recently and I had came in a few minutes late and my appointment was cancelled. I was given another time to come. I was my time and petrol to go there. Do not recommend

Fantastic experience: Would recommend infinity smiles to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment. Team are friendly and help you with anything needed. Even when I was needing emergency changes of bands, they were able to fit me in if willing to travel to other sites. Thanks for the lovely smile ❤️

Negative experience: Appointment times are impossible to schedule because they are booked for months in advance. Which means, if you have an emergency with your braces, as I did, it was impossible to be seen - I had to wait for weeks at times for my appointment. The actual appointment slots are super short and rushed. On top of that, I felt pressured to leave a good review as the person was standing over me.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place at all, I’ve had my braces since 2019 and they said they would only be on for 2 years it is now my third year and they only repeat the same changing bands every appointment and say I’ll get them off next time I’m in. I’ve been dealing with this for ages now the orthodontist himself never deals with my teeth it’s always others who are pretty harsh with my teeth which always causes pain afterwards. Can’t wait to get my braces off honestly.

Jo always made me feel so at ease that I don't even feel nervous about the dentist anymore. I'm really happy with the way my teeth look too - I didn't imagine they would ever be this straight.

Negative experience: Firstly, I would like to point out that the reason this practice has a five star rating is because while every other orthodontist I have ever come across gives you a container for your retainer and sterilising tablets to clean your retainer at the end of your treatment for free this orthodontist charges £4 or they will give it to you free of charge if you leave a five star review so please do not trust the five star ratings. This is a terrible practice, with the orthodontist refusing to listen to any queries one might have about their treatment and just rushing everyone out the door, even when my dentist had serious concerns about the quality of my treatment the orthodontist merely replied that dentists don’t know anything about orthodontic treatment and preceded to tell me that my teeth are fine without even having a proper look. I also doubt the orthodontic technicians training as I was left multiple times with wires on my braces unclipped and not put on correctly, so much so that on one occasion I had to return within a week to have them fixed because they were hurting my mouth so much and the orthodontist didn’t even take responsibility and proceded to try and blame me for breaking them. On one occasion I even had one of he techicians leave in the middle of putting the new wire on my braces for ten minutes to go and talk to someone who was dealing with the insurance on her car, which resulted in me being late for work. This orthodontist is a shambles in fact my treatment here was so awful and my teeth are such a mess that I am having braces for a second time at a different practice. Please do not trust the five star ratings!
