Fantastic experience: I visited this dental clinic today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was great, the staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable. The dentist was very accommodating and clearly prioritized patient care. It truly felt like a patient-first approach. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, Dr Winayak has magic hands, EVERY. SINGLE.TIME. The customer service is also great. Pain free with the hygienist appointments. Always makes you feel comfortable to ensure that you leave feeling relieved and content with your teeth.

Negative experience: I visited Gauri Srivastava for my daughter’s appointment, and I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by her. Ms. Srivastava spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner and repeatedly raised her voice at me without justification. I felt she behaved this way because she assumed I would not respond to her as I am an Asian Woman, dare she can speak the same way to a white or British woman she will not dare . This was an unacceptable and worst experience, and it left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable in front my little daughter . Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend Gauri Srivastava. for the reason I have changed my Dentist.

Negative experience: For private dental care the service provided is very low quality. Dentist rush the work and preparation provided is abysmal. If you need private dental care I would research and go somewhere else. This place is so crammed and not premium dental care, don't let the refreshed look of the exterior trick you.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this Dental Practice in Ealing. I had a wisdom tooth in pain for about a month and they got me in an emergency appointment that i had to attend literally 1hour after calling reception and they pulled my wisdom tooth out and i am happy and pain free!

Negative experience: Ealing Dental Care, did not provide me with the correct dental treatment I was entitled to on the NHS, my dentist fraudulently did not complete my bridge care and would have to attend almost every 2 weeks until I found another dentist who carried out the work how it should of been done initially, its been two months and I have not needed to go back. They are exploiting NHS patients and it is despicable behaviour. I do not recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Shivum Winayak and his team. He was excellent! He did a great job with my cleaning and fillings, very gentle and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a kind and skilled dentist.

Negative experience: This dental clinic is very deceptive. Why didn’t they clearly state from the beginning that they don’t accept NHS (National Health Service) patients? I had already completed my cleaning and check-up before they finally mentioned that they don’t accept NHS patients at all. I will not be going back to this clinic again! But they misled me, because at the beginning they clearly said they accept NHS patients! If they had said from the start that they couldn’t take me as an NHS patient, I would have looked for another clinic! This was also my first time seeing a dentist in the UK! ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: A life-changing dentist – 10+ years of amazing care! I used to be absolutely terrified of the dentist—until I met Dr. Sanaa Harroussi. She is truly incredible and goes above and beyond for her patients. Thanks to her gentle, reassuring nature and the way she genuinely cares, I’ve completely overcome my fear and now look forward to my appointments! I’ve been with her for over 10 years now, and I honestly wish she had been my childhood dentist. She’s made such a difference in my life. The practice itself has recently been renovated—it’s clean, fresh, and welcoming. The receptionist is also super lovely and always makes me feel at ease. Dr. Harroussi and her team are a rare find. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give zero start I would. They charged me nearly £200 for a filling in April, which is now rotting and decaying due to how poorly it was done. Now needs replacing and is so painful. Thanks Najmi your the worst!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Awful. All they want is your money, worst dental experience and customer service I have ever had.

Negative experience: Got completely butchered.. Went to their other dentistry - Osterley Dental Practice. It was the worst dentist I have ever visited. Went in with pain in my tooth. I was told it was cracked and needed a crown. I went the next day for crown prep, and this is where my worst nightmare began. Dr. Winayak did a crown prep with minimum anaesthetic. I was in agony, and she managed to do it in 15 minutes while leaving me in a lot of pain and butchered me (cut my tongue). I was told it was my fault for "moving too much". My face was covered in blood, and I was sent home with my mouth full of blood, unable to open my mouth. For the next month, I was back and forth to different dentists as I was terrified going back there. I was in pain for a whole month and did 3 courses of antibiotics because she left me with nasty infection while I was at home with a 2 month old baby. The tooth eventually started to die and had to be taken out in a hospital. Please don't bother going there. Poonam was very unprofessional, she speaks over you, nothing is ever her fault, and she treats people depending if people are paying or they have exemptions. I lost a molar tooth and now need to be thinking of how to fill up the massive gap she left the with...disgusting, I am not sure how is she a dentist... I am now left feeling terrified from all dentists

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Gauri for a routine checkup and it went very well. She told me that I have a few teeth they will keep an eye on. The cleaning was very quick and did not hurt. Would recommend!

They are only interested in taking your money while providing subpar services and using cheap materials. I had dental bonding done today, and the dentist applied such a thin layer to save on materials that it didn’t even last six hours before it completely came off. Now, I’m left looking awful, and with a party to attend tomorrow, I can’t even laugh properly. On top of that, the dentist rushed through the procedure and made my teeth uneven. This was not my first issue with this place—this was the third time they canceled my appointment, wasting my valuable time. The service is unacceptable, the staff is unprofessional, and the products they use are of very low quality. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied. They seriously need to improve their staff and the materials they use. Avoid this place at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I must say am very pleased with the reception service they made sure I am well welcomed, thanks to Bibi who handled all my admin work smoothly. Regarding my dental treatment I was introduced to Dr Shivum who went through different prices to cover up my treatment cost. Gave me the best price with a wonderful quality artsy work, It was amazing to the level that I had to come again and do treatment for another tooth. Let me not forget about the nurses too they were caring and did their work professionally. I really do recommend you visit Ealing Dental care even though they are refurbishing/ rebuilding the place but ask particularly for Dr Shivum Winayak pretty sure he'll solve your problem.

Positive experience: Good Staff & routine quality of work. Though, I didn't feel safe or secure when sitting on the poorly designed seats in reception. It's too easy to wobble and get hurt, and these chairs need to be replaced with safer ones immediately.

Fantastic experience: I Attended today for an appointment, like most people I a fear of going to the dentist. I was greeted by bibi who was super friendly, I remember my mum bringing me for appointments when I was little and bibi was always there with her friendly smile. It's a real wrench to be leaving the practice - but Manchester is just slightly too far to travel from for dental care! She is kind, helpful and clearly has her patients' best interests at heart. The receptionist, Bibi, is also delightful. She is very efficient and always very polite and helpful.

Negative experience: Incredibly bad service! I was treated with disrespect even though I paid as a private patient. Unreliable place to get your teeth checked. The assistant couldn't do her job properly making me feel so uncomfortable. Don't waste your time and money if you need a private clinic there are much better ones. They speak a different language when communicating among each other. The receptionist was very rude, old and slow not the best qualities to have in a fast paced environment.

Fantastic experience: Needed some anti-biotics for a tooth infection. Although the surgery was closed the emergency service was great and I was able to collect a prescription from the chemist in a couple of hours. Their receptionist BB is very helpful. Thanks very much!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to meet Dr Sana and it was amazing. She have to do 4 caries and my little daughter leave happy and with her teeth clean and fixed!! Thank you very much!! And the reception was very good! I was able to schedule the appointment for the same day!!

Negative experience: Made a visit to this dentist and it was a waste of time. The treatment and advice offered was very unhelpful. Also the dentist I had an encounter with did not seem to know what she was doing, she kept leaving the room to ask another dentist questions which was quite scary because I think she was a student passing off as a dentist. all in all I am happy they did not go ahead with the procedure.

At first very sceptical, but he cleaned my teeth really well and talked me through areas to concentrate which is never the case because of how busy dr. Poonum winayak is so big thank you dr. Fantastic experience: Thank you to my dentist Sana and her assistant Sara. You both are always very professional, kind and friendly. The receptionists always are nice and try their best to book me in. Honestly always happy after seeing my dentist Sana.

Negative experience: Go anywhere but here first thing booked a appointment came on time then took me 30 to enter the actual room and while I was waiting the dentist's where just talking to each other. had to wait another 40 mins until they finished chatting to themselves. Not only the services are bad. They fix their own prices and do not follow the NHS 3 things is this price. After doing my fillings I had pain for over 4 weeks had to take pain killers. Ended up going private at another dentist to rectify their error.

Negative experience: Told my wife she could no longer be given appointments as she hadnt been to the practice in 12 months. Never heard anything like it.

Negative experience: Bad customer service. Every appointment, you will be waiting for more than 30 mins without fail before seen. I waited nearly an hour today and was treated like rubbish. Will NOT be attending this dentist again. Not good with children either. Don’t trust them.
