Fantastic experience: I am an enthusiastic customer of Cherrytree Dental Care, I started with them because of their cutting-edge dentistry technology, and as I get to know them, I also found they are a talented, highly skilled team, with a thorough and easy going approach. They focus on prevention in a way that I haven’t experienced elsewhere, planning visit and follow-ups whilst keeping the customer informed of all aspects of dental hygiene and specific interventions. Last but not least, thanks to their expertise and advanced laser technology, they make you forget what pain is.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is not my favourite places to go, but Dr. Neli is a very kind and gentle dentist. She is always calming, reassuring and am very impressed how thorough she is. You feel she truly cares about your well being, plus the detailed digital scan was really fascinating to see and learn what you need to do to improve health of teeth. Fantastic experience: Cherrytree isn't actually my local, it's next to my parents which is half an hour away from me. I am so satisfied with the long term, reasonably-priced service, friendly team, and welcoming vibe, that I have chosen to remain a member despite living within a five minute walk of two different dentists. From fillings to Invisaline to a very heavy episode of bruxism-related jaw dislocation that ended up with me in hospital, Drs. Nadia and Neli, and Maria of the Reception team, have always been on hand to assist in the most professional and attentive of ways. Nadia's brother and fellow dentist, Ivo (and co-owner I believe) is also available to offer more niche services relating to TMJ, tooth removal, and surgery, as I discoverd when it turned out he trained under my jaw surgeon in an amazing and welcome turn of fate. Cherrytree is as good a dental care company as you will find with a very competent team and reasonable prices.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for about five years so I am well qualified to say: Cherrytree is a lovely practice entirely staffed by deeply caring and hugely competent ladies. It is close to a bus stop but also benefits from easy unrestricted street parking outside the front door, and there are no steps to navigate so access is particularly easy for those with mobility problems. I'd unreservedly recommend Cherrytree --- give Drs. Nadia and Neli a go; I doubt you'll regret it.

Fantastic experience: I want to say thank you to all the team at The Cherrytree Dental Care, starting with Dr Neli who arranged my appointment and listened to me about my needle phobia and the need to use the waterlase system for the cavity treatment, she managed to arrange it very quickly together with the xrays and the new patient appointment all in the same day, coming from far away that was very important to me. Maria at the reception was really nice and spoke with me about the practice and she probably saw I was very anxious and she helped me to feel better knowing that the dentists there are very good. Last but not least Dr Nadia is my hero indeed, she managed to treat my cavity with the laser without anesthesia, knowing that I was really anxious about needles, telling me what she was doing at every step, making me feel like I had control over what was happening, and listening to my questions for my next treatment and showing me all the options I have. Fantastic experience: This is the only place where i will go. Already more than 7y if i remember correctly and not going to change it at all. Obviously they like what they doing… completely enjoying over the process. it’s not lke 99% of the places people are there only for their daywork and thats it , cannot wait shift to finish to go away. Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research on dentists in London for the procedure I needed and Cherrytree Dental had among the highest ratings. I was surprised however when some dentists I contacted actually referred me to Cherrytree, too! I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. Dr. Nadia Raitchev listened so attentively and was both caring and practical. Her analysis of the issue was spot on and saved me unnecessary work, but also made some excellent suggestions for esthetic work I want to do. I'm thrilled and plan on doing several procedures with her shortly!

Fantastic experience: I am happy to share my dental treatment experience (crowns and white filling) which I have with The Cherry Tree Dental Care team since March 2022. During my lifetime I have been to many dentists here in London and in Bulgaria, I could say that the team at The Cherry Tree Dental Care are very professional and I had a very complex problem with one of my teeth and the professionalism of Dr Nadia Raitchev and that she is very good specialist, she was able to save it, treat and put a porcelain crown. This crown was designed and made with new technology which is prepared on the same day (~4 hours treatment session). This crown from Dr Nadia Raitchev is very well made, fitted and I couldn’t tell it is a crown compare to the rest of my crowns made by other different dentists. It looks like a real tooth and I have another crown made by Dr Nadia Raitchev which I am very happy with and satisfied and again looks like real tooth! The X-ray image which Dr Nadia made for the tooth which very hard to reach, was made with ease and with so much precision, that I was impressed because no other dentist couldn’t do it so far. The Cherry Tree Dental Care Clinic is very well equipped and very well maintained and the environment there as a whole is quite welcoming, nice and relaxing. I would definitely recommend The Cherry Tree Dental Care to anybody and I will continue to go to them for my future treatments even though I live in West London (far away from Kingston) because is worth it! I had my first appointment this week and experienced the sort of check-up I’ve not had with any of the 3 NHS practices I’ve used over the last 40 years. I had grown despondent and felt I was paying significant amount of money with poor outcomes. Fantastic experience: I knew I needed a dentist for ages, I’d mustered up the courage back in a Jan 2020 and then covid stopped everything. I needed a new dentist closer to where I had moved, after researching on line I found Cherrytree dental. I have only had my first assessment appointment but Mila was amazing, she was calm and so reassuring. My treatment starts next Tuesday….. will post another review later. So far…. I give this dentist 5 stars for being helpful, flexible and really calming.

Negative experience: Аз също ще споделя моя опит. Не бих се върнала отново в тази клиника и не бих се доверила на "компетентния" персонал в нея, който гледа на всеки пациент като на кредитна карта и банкомат. Все пак това е хуманна професия и е много грозно да си с болки и прегледа ти да трае 5 мин., а да чакаш 15 мин. да ти изготвят план за лечението. Казаха ми, че ще се свържат с мен, за разговор със специалист, е направиха го едва след 3 месеца. Също другото абсурдно нещо е, предлагане на чистене на зъбен камък и лазерно почистване на канали за предполагаема киста на зъба, само за да се вземат едни 300 лесни £, а дали ще помогне това на въпросния проблем- божа работа! Злоупотребата от болката на хората да се вадят 70£ без никакъв принос от тяхна страна ще го пропусна, все пак го правят във всички частни английски клиники.

Negative experience: Very rude receptionist, my relative book appointment for checkup and hygiene. He paid 70£ for new patient examination, and 100£ for scale and polish cleaning (normal price 60£) he ask why don't you do hygiene with air flow it's cost 120£ and why the price 100? She told him 60 for hygiene and 40£ hygiene demonstration and personalized care advise, and you didn't ask for air flow. Hi was with his relative and they told but he didn't ask for explanation, why he should pay for it.Before you add to patient bill extra charge they should explain for him or ask him if he need to know how he need to brush his teeth. In the end of conversation she offer him refund 40£ but non of his relative can come to the clinic include me . I was very shocked how this poor person can deal with the human. Shame of clinic have staff like this.......

Negative experience: Когато за пръв път посетих този стоматологичен кабинет останах на пръв поглед доволна. Отидох, защото имах болки поради изникването на мъдреца. Направих и снимка, която заплатих. Почистиха наоколо събралата се храна, на следващия час почистихме зъбния камък като ми казаха, че целия treatment от тук нататък, който включваше няколко кариеса (без зъбния камък и снимкага, защото бях платила предварително) излизаше около 320£. Отделно ваденето на мъдреца (долен десен), което струваше също 300£. След което реших да се доверя на зъболекари в Германия, защото там работи майка ми като асистент. Още веднага ми казаха, че всъщност мъдреца, който трябва да се извади пръв и създава повече проблеми е долен ляв. И също така други проблеми като болни зъби или кариеси нямам. Та искам да кажа тази жена, искаше да открадне от мен 300£ (дори повече) и да повреди здрави мои зъби, за да вземе пари.

Negative experience: Had to alter my review, had orthodontic treatment with dr Nadia, although the result was satisfactory the after care was shocking. Really been let down by this practice. My final treatment was completed in November last year, they gave me a plastic retainer which did not fit on my bottom arch, the top arch did fit which was great. I misplaced my retainer and emailed around a month ago to get a reply which stated “ we unfortunately do not have your scans or moulds, however any dentist can provide this” I was VERY shocked at this email, considering I have been visiting this practice for around 2 years and have had fillings, cleaning treatment and full top and bottom braces. I would have expected them to at least offer me to come back in and try to resolve my issue. ( they did eventually) They then replied by saying “ we can send you a new retainer at a cost of £125 but we can’t guarantee it will fit “ which again I was VERY shocked by, I found azal to be very rude and unprofessional in answering my questions. I emailed back around 2 weeks ago... I am yet to receive a reply. I would liked to have known why if you received damaged impressions they were not immediately sent back to the lab for repairs !? And why after multiple digital scans do you not still have any documentation of my very extensive treatment. To summarise I am very let down,disappointed and upset. With how this matter has been dealt with. I am now, after paying south of £5000 along with 2 years of braces and time of work, I am sat with teeth slowly moving back to original position. Shambles and should be ashamed the way you have treated one of your customers.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is lovely, and the dentists are exceptional. I have always been terrified of the dentist and insisted on sedation for every treatment, but I had a tooth extracted here without sedation and it was completely fine. I was nervous at first, but the calm and professional nature of my dentist quickly reassured me. Whenever I felt any pain starting to come back (it was a long and difficult extraction) the dentist topped up the injections. I trust this dental surgery completely and I would recommend it to anyone who is nervous about having work done. I also have braces which were fitted here, and they are very flexible with the appointments, are efficient when it comes to changing wires or tightening, and make me feel like they are just as excited about the progress my teeth are making as I am! Coming from someone who spent 20+ years dreading the dentist, this surgery is an absolute pleasure to visit.

From a normal check up through to my recent root canal filling treatment, the dentist has been excellent! I felt totally relaxed during the treatment. The dentist is always very clean & friendly & keeps track on my ongoing treatment. What is more important - they are not "businessey" dentists.
