Fantastic experience: 5 star rating. Had an appointment with Dr Kirsty Whyte. Was so nervous and fearful and especially worried after some years of neglect with my teeth. Kirsty is fantastic, keeps you calm and relaxed, is very reassuring. Explained the X-rays to me clearly and left the surgery much happier about what treatment is required.

Negative experience: I am a very anxious person when it comes to needles. I feel there is a need to be provide more support and input with regard to managing people who have dental treatment and there phobia/fear of pain/needles/sensitivity. It's a struggle in today's climate to get a dentist so that adds to the additional difficulties of getting treatment/checkups on a regular basis.

Sim and Lauren explained everything they were going to do, kept chatting throughout the procedure to keep me occupied and were just amazing. Fantastic experience: Breeze always provide excellent service at Cowdenbeath. Although we live in Dalgety Bay, our previous dentist, based in Lochgelly, moved to Cupar. We wanted a local dentist who took NHS patients. Our local dentists had waiting lists lasting years. A family member who was registered with Breeze, told us a new dentist had just joined and they were taking on new NHS patients. Smruti Balkur Shenoy is now our dentist and she is first class and a highly rated professional.

Positive experience: Practice itself is probably ok, but they have continues problem with dentists. I was directed there by NHS with tooth ache which until today is not permanently resolved. Since I started going there I was treated by 3 different dentists. Every one of them was doing some temporary work on my tooth, and I was charged for it, and multiple of my appointments were cancelled during the course which I believe caused further deterioration and damage in that tooth. I meant to have a filling done, this was cancelled. Then it was too late for filling due further deterioration, so next dentist decided to do crown on it. These appointments was cancelled too. On last visit I was seen by somebody else and was told that it is too late for that too now, so I'm not sure what is it going to be. Staff overall is very friendly and helpful, but constant dentists rotation is a bit frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Breeze is a fantastic dentist. Very professional. Very helpful and accommodating. At no point in my treatment plans did I feel concerned. I'd happily recommend them. One the best dentists I've been too.

Negative experience: Can't get parked anywhere near my street, because Breeze seem to think it's some sort of employee only car park. Doesn't help that half them can't even park straight, or park a their matchbox car without using 3 spaces, absolute joke. A follow up to this joke, their employees will literally ignore the designated parking spot to take up spaces for residents in the street. Completely ignored my last complaint and that's fine, I'm expecting to be ignored again however, I'll just be passing on the footage of your employees on their phones driving to the authorities failing a response.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t advise going here, if you value your dental health and sanity. Dentists are fantastic - very helpful, kind and understanding, but, unfortunately you only get to see them if you can get past the receptionist, who is absolutely foul. I have called week after week and have been met with the answerphone each time. This was undoubtedly preferable to having to deal with the hound from Hell at the desk though. “Urgent treatment” waiting times are apparently 4 months. The practice manager managed to secure a review for me which was great and within a week, however it’s not going to do much good if I had went to the review, then had to wait months for the treatment itself. New Row dentist are taking on private clients, and have very fast turnaround times (as demonstrated with my own care). Do yourself a favour and book in with them.

Fantastic experience: Breeze Cowdenbeath. I have had Dr Rebekah Byrne as my general dentist for a little over a year. My teeth were in bad shape and through her support she has managed to turn around the health of my teeth dramatically. She also referred me to the dundee dental school to begin work on restorative dentistry. She then referred me to her college Dr Fraser Tait who has worked with me for some time after on continuing my restorative dentistry work and aesthetics of my teeth and has completed composite bonding work working closely with me to get a look, colour and style of teeth that he and myself would be happy with and I am amazed with the results. Would highly recommend both Dr Byrne and Dr Tait as well as the whole team at Breeze Cowdenbeath who supported all of my many procedures over the past year and a half.

My dentist R Byrne has always put me at ease by explaining every step of my checkups. Never had reason to feel anxious about attending an appointment.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I have been too. “This will feel like a little scratch” - and it really did just feel like a little scratch. They are patient and knowledgeable, but most they looked after me really well. What my previous dentist failed to do in two years they managed to fix in less than a week. Kudos to all staff at Breeze!
