Fantastic experience: Great dentist great staff

Fantastic experience: We’ve been with practise for many years now and happy with service and professionalism from all staff. Recently my 4 year old had to visit practise as she had developed cavities. She was very concerned about this visit and all went very well, and now we brush teeth after meals not before as advised during visit. Now follow up appointment in 6 months won’t be as scary for her and she was proud telling everyone at school :) Thank you so much !

Fantastic experience: My first appointment at this practice was an emergency appointment with Dr Murray. I'm a very anxious person and Dr Murray made sure I know what's happening every step of the way and that I was comfortable. Going to the dentist used to be the most stressful thing I had to do and I'd always delay going - not anymore. I actually look forward to my next appointment as I know I'll be completely comfortable and understood. Whole procedure was 100% pain free, didn't even experience any pain after the anesthetic worn off. The girls at the reception are lovely and very helpful. I would truly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: EVERYONE at this practice from Reception, Dental Nurse and Dentist has amazing knowledge of each Patient and treats you like you are a unique individual. They ALL have unending Patience with myself as have memory problems at times which makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. They always keep up to date with our Health/Wellbeing and I have never been in any extreme pain after their skilled Dentisry. Their practice Reception is very modern and comfortable in every aspect. I always look forward to going there on my few visits as they always explain to you what we need which puts our minds at ease.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist for me and my baby. Both Callum (adult dentist) and Stewart (baby dentist) are both friendly and helpful. Both are happy to answer your questions and you feel confident you are getting the best treatment. I’m very particular about who I will go to for my teeth but they do an excellent job here. The hygienist is great too and again very friendly (sorry forget her name). Lovely clean practice and it’s not so much of a chore to go there.

Fantastic experience: I am new to this dentist, and have visited dentist twice now for check up then filling. Friendly and very caring service ( I am a nervous patient). Got a white filling and it looks great. Have also been to the hygienist, first since covid, and she did a great job, my teeth look bright again. In short, friendly experience, quality service.

Positive experience: As a business thats gone all out to be a marketing company using social media and IT to sell cosmetic skin & teeth treatments, I find it incredible that they dont offer internet access to their customers or, as they were previously known, patients. It's either an obvious oversight or a lack of valuing the customer base.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency April 1st with a previous filling falling out and causing discomfort. Contacted dentist at 3 pm and got emergency appointment at 4-50pm. Temporary repair carried out and a further appointment arranged to carry out full treatment. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Though going to the dentist is never high up on my favourite list of things to do, I always feel pleasantly surprised at how nice an experience you get from these wonderful professionals. They are a great bunch who make you feel at ease and put a bit of humanity into the whole experience. I have found my appointments always to be prompt and swift which is perfect for me. The dentist office itself is very clean and comfortable. My lovely dentist is helpful, sweet and treats everyone with manners and respect. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend this great team!

Fantastic experience: I had extensive work done to my teeth including two implants. Callum my dentist was fantastic, from my initial consultation onwards he put me at ease from the start. He also explained my procedure step by step. All the staff are really nice and very professional. A special mention to Jade who always greets you with a smile and was great during my procedure.

Negative experience: Highly overpriced! I dont like to complain, but this isnt the best dentist ive been too. Staff dont mind walking in while your sitting on the chair to talk to the nurses about private things with each other, rather than respect the patient and wait until a more appropriate time. However, at least one good thing is that one of the reception staff is lovely, and treats patients with respect. She is very nice, the nicest thing about this dentist, if the rest of the staff took her example then it would be a lovely practice.

Dr Evans, and Jodie are so friendly and so eager to remove any first time nerves or jitters, as are reception staff Sandra and Nicola and this by far is the best treatment i have ever received and actually sadly enjoy attending because i know i am doing my dental care a great service and looking after my oral health is certainly a priority for me and should be for everybody, Best dentist by far around and would definitely recommend to everybody to use this Dental Centre!
