Fantastic experience: Dr. Chirag Patel has very good patient rapport. He listened to my concerns (as I had a traumatic experience with my previous dentist) and acted on them. He explained the treatment plan well. The assistants are very reassuring and the receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. This is a clinic with top notch staff.

Positive experience: I needed an extraction, & impression for altered denture. Mr Patel offered early appointments for least inconvenience to me. He & his staff are friendly & informative, and he responded quickly to my request for a follow-up appt. I appreciated his expertise, and recommend this Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this lovely practice for 30 years now. So since I was a teenager! I now bring my 13 and 11 year old children. The staff are so friendly and Chirag Patel is amazing!! He’s so kind and great with the children. He explains the treatment thoroughly, gives the children advice on how to look after their teeth without lecturing them. He also adds a little sense of humour so the children can relate to him which puts them at ease and never makes them dread going to the dentist. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff and Dr Benjamin Poon was very reassuring, friendly, knowledgeable and he explained the treatment options with clarity and succinctness. The only downside was the online link for registration was not functioning properly.

I saw Chirag Patel and what an amazing difference. Honestly one of the nicest most calming people I have ever met, I couldn’t reccomend him more what a lovely dentist. From the moment I arrived I felt at ease and had 6 implants to replace my full upper jaw. Fantastic experience: I had quite a few issues with my teeth. Incorrect leaking veneers and damage due to acid reflex. After a recommendation to see Dr Patel he put a plan in place for me for veneers and some crowns. The experience was always prompt and painless and well explained. My smile is always commented on and I have my confidence back. It was so good that my husband also went to see Dr Patel for his perfect smile. Veneers where needed and whitening for stained teeth. Superb dentist I won't go anywhere else now

The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming and Dr Chirag and nurse Tracey are both wonderful. For the first time ever, I'll look forward to my dentist appointments!

Negative experience: Changed the price when I turned up to my appointment and quoted me 5 times the original price. They also changed my dentist on the day of arrival after weeks consulting with who I thought would be doing my dental care on the day. Awful service and awful communication! Please avoid at all costs.

However, the new ownership has been seamless. Ben Poon - my dentist is fab, as too Poppy - hygienist. Reception are professional and friendly. No one enjoys the dentist… but a visit here is calm and relaxing, and I trust them!

I was worried going in that my teeth would be in worse condition since it had been a couple years since I had been to a dentist.
