Fantastic experience: I had a great experience over the course of more than a year doing Invisalign, dental implants, and composite bonding. Haroon always took time to explain each step, which put me at ease and made the whole process feel much less stressful. All of the staff are consistently helpful and supportive, and I'm really happy with the results!

Fantastic experience: My first time at Trusmile was greeted with a very polite receptionist, Elle. The practice is clean and tidy! I had my first hygiene appointment today with Alina, she was very welcoming, put me at ease as I was nervous to have my first hygiene clean, she made me feel comfortable and was full of helpful information. Alina explained in detail what I need to do and what I can do to prevent unwanted surprises. The dental nurse Ayshea done an amazing job! Overall very happy with how today went, have rebooked another hygiene clean in march. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is not easy with going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am always terrified of going to the dentist and avoid them when ever I can. I have to say on this occasion I felt at ease from start to finish, there wasn’t any pressure to have the treatment, the consultation was free of charge. After meeting the dentist I decided to have my first implant at a cost I considered reasonable. Haroon Shiraz is excellent, he was friendly and so knowledgeable about his profession, I could tell from the result he took pride in his work. for the first time in my life I had a pain free visit to the dentist. I would highly recommend this dental practice, I will certainly be using them in future.

Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research before electing for a dental implant at TruSmile Dental. I concluded Dr Sheraz at TRU was the best specialist available in the Basildon area. The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. Dr Sheraz is experienced, highly skilled and a great communicator who explained everything from start to finish and reassured me. The support staff are brilliant it felt there was an experienced team working together all the way through. I suspect there may be cheaper places to have implants fitted but I very much doubt you'll find better!

The premises are beautiful, modern and clean the girls on front desk are so kind and helpful not a question to big or small they will go out their way to assist you with and the experience and knowledge of the actual team is brilliant ! Fantastic experience: Everything went smoothly, I was seen on time and was welcomed by the receptionist and then Dr Haroon. I went In for a general check up and after some scans I was advised by Dr Haroon that I may need a filling and he sorted it for me stright away no pain no discomfort at all. Would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Great experience getting treated my Dr Haroon, the whole team was very welcoming and respectful, I was a bit nervous but they made me feel very comfortable, the work was very professional and I didn’t feel any discomfort throughout even though the treatment took around 45 mins, very happy with the end result. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed my Invisalign treatment at TruSmile Dental Practice with Dr. Haroon Sheraz, and I’m extremely pleased with both the results and the overall experience (the before and after pictures speak for themselves - I love my smile now). I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering Invisalign! The reception team has always been friendly and flexible, making it simple to arrange appointments around my busy work schedule. Negative experience: Dentist Haroon is very rude and pathetic. Threatening patients of being taken off the nhs list even though I pay for my treatment. What a waste of space. Would not recommend Also Dentists are not doctors.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, I'm one of those who are nervous and also embarrassed by my teeth. I plucked up the courage as I needed a tooth removed. I can't tell you enough at how grateful I am to Chhaya Chauhan for removing my tooth and also for making me feel totally relaxed and comfortable. She has a lovely, kind, caring manor, which puts you at ease straight away. Thank you so much. The receptionist who's name I didn't get, was also very kind and pleasant.

Negative experience: Very poor! My partner is extremely nervous about the dentist and this place has made things worse! Booked an appointment off the back of good reviews online, only to be extremely let down and left having to pay £65 for a check up and never even told what she needed to have done! Left to wait over half an hour for the appointment, no follow up care and extremely rude dentist who made my partner feel very insecure despite saying she was nervous of dentists. Cheers guys we won't be back Just to add to this I have tried to call today - 24th July, to speak to a manager but, have been told there will be no-one to speak to until October. I would like someone to call me as soon as possible to refund the amount we were charged, as you have stated that this isn't your practice pricing. The appointment wasn't under my name, it was under my partners name. Please call me back to speak about this issue.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bibi done an amazing job on my little boys front tooth that he chipped , you can hardly tell that his tooth has been filled . Dr Bibi was very informative about the process and took her time to reassure my child as she noticed he was a bit nervous. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cracked my tooth 3 weeks ago. I contacted TruSmile and was offered a very quick appointment, which I couldn't take up because of holiday plans. I went in today, fully expecting a brief assessment/ need to book a further appointment for treatment. Instead I was treated immediately, to avoid the possibility of infection/ unnecessary pain. The dentist explained each stage of the treatment clearly and compassionately. She fitted in my treatment around other patients she was seeing. The treatment was completed, which included an extraction, and I was given a clear, written post-treatment care plan. I cannot speak too highly of the care that was given to me this morning, both by the receptionist and the dentists. I also received a follow-up phone call from the dentist this afternoon - just to check I was okay. Excellent! 10 stars.

Negative experience: I recently joined this Dentist and they have been great. They keep to their appointment times and are very informative on any treatment that is needed. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. 2 year update: I arrived for a booked appointment 2 years and 2 months after the first review, to sit in the chair and after confirming I needed root canal treatment on an infected tooth, I was told I was off their NHS book as I hadn't visited in two years (during covid) I was warned of the dangers of not getting the infection treated and then told I either had to pay for private treatment or find another NHS dentist which I would struggle to find as most places aren't taking on any NHS patients. Why they let me book the appointment in the first place I don't know. I feel like this dentist is more about making money than helping people.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely friendly practice . All the staff are so welcoming and make you feel at ease and so comfortable . I was a very nervous patient after having an awful experience. It took me 5 years to get the courage to phone to register with a new Dentist and I’m so relieved I found Tru Smile . From the moment I spoke with the receptionist to register I felt so comfortable . On the day I arrived I was greeted by such lovely staff and they were aware of my nerves and did everything possible to make me feel calm . I felt in very safe hands . I’m now die back for my third visit next week in as many months , nerve free , which is something I never thought possible . Thank you so much for all being so lovely xxx

Fantastic experience: Clean and well run practice, have been here for my routine checkups, teeth cleaning/plaque removal, a root canal and one filling.. I had to have a filling in my top left canine which had decayed, the x ray showed the tooth left just before the root was exposed was as thin as a piece of paper...I was very concerned that any dental work would break the fragile tooth completely but Chhaya managed to operate with the wafer thin dentin that was left, and build up a filling which has remained rock solid ... I would highly recommend her for dental work

Negative experience: Had an appointment booked for 10:20am got a phone call at 10:00 saying it was cancelled due to sickness, why didn't they phone first thing, took a day of work for nothing, terrible service !!!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, highly recommend. I had internal bleaching on a tooth that had darkened over time due to a root canal. The results are amazing and I couldn’t be more pleased. The dental practice is excellent, great customer service and the facilities are great (love the tv on the ceiling to enjoy whilst the work is being done!). The dentist was lovely and explained everything really well, being very clear on the results I could expect. Great experience and will definitely use them again

The staff and so welcoming and professional and put me at ease straight away. The surgery is lovely and bright with relaxing pipe music and even a tv on the ceiling you can watch while having your treatment. Negative experience: Had appointment booked for over a month due to covid.was told that they are taking NHS patients by the receptionist(who was lovely).arrived to my appointment and went into the dentist room.dentist checked by teeth and told me that they are not taking NHS patients.So a month later and still no treatment plan in place.was just told to phone all the NHS dentists to see if they could take me.had I have been told sooner I could have been treated by now.i feel that it is a lack of communication and not the service I'd hoped for.The 1 star is for the kindness of the receptionist when I arrived for my appointment.very accommodating. Clearly not the case though for the actual dentist who saw me

I came in for a general check up with a view to either getting braces or Invisalign. They gave me clear options, helped for me to decide what was best me and helped get my teeth into the best condition possible in preparation for straightening. I have now started with Invisalign, the process and details of how it worked were explained to me and the staff have been incredibly understanding and supportive! Fantastic experience: Professional work and friendly service. Also, I was struggling to get an appointment with local dentists during post-lockdown COVID to treat my cavity, Trusmile were able to give my tooth another chance before it was too late.

Fantastic experience: Really put me at ease! I am extremely nervous patient and do not visit the dentist very often. However, Dr Chauhan and her assistant did not judge and were very understanding, kind and did their best to put me at ease. The receptionist was very pleasant and the surgery itself is clean and adhering closely to current Covid guidelines. Everyone seemed so nice and compassionate that, despite my phobia I’m actually rather sad that they are currently unable to provide my treatment on the NHS due to the current Covid climate.

All procedures are explained clearly so you’re prepared for what they’re going to do and they make sure you’re as comfortable and pain-free as possible throughout.

Fantastic experience: This is a really good dentist practice, very clean, efficient and friendly. Not too expensive and very thorough, I had two fillings which didn’t hurt and were done very fast and looked good too. The dentist also picked up a tooth abscess which had been missed by my previous dentist. Very happy and will be returning :-)

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault the service. I was a new patient and they fitted me in over the Christmas period and treated my broken tooth. I have since had a check up this year when other people could not get dental appointments. I have also seen the hygienist. I have always felt safe there in the current coronavirus environment.
