Fantastic experience: Went for my hygienist appointment today and was greeted by the lovely practice manager Helen who greeted me in the newly refurbished reception/ waiting room which is a great addition to the practice. Very professional treatment by the hygienist Priyanka assisted by her dental nurse Kemi who was very polite and proficient. Very pleasant and calming treatment.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever, loving the new decor Always make me feel at ease especially as I am a nervous patient and not always been good at dentist visits in the past.

Fantastic experience: I'm a South African who recently moved to the UK and was a bit nervous to find my "new local dentist". From entering the building, I was welcomed with a big smile and a friendly face at the reception. The dentists and his assistant were extremely kind, caring, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything in such detail and made me aware of everything they were doing as we went on. I am happy to say that I have definitely found my new dentists, and dental practice. I would highly recommend Ellesmere Dental Practice to anyone, even to family members.

Dr Kumar was brilliant at explaining what was going to happen before the procedure and whilst conducting it, kept me informed of his actions and what was happening. Also, a special mention to Helen who went above and beyond to try and get me an emergency appointment within a tight timescale. I have heard Helen on the phone try to accommodate all of her patients requests and if she is unable to there and then, she will revisit the request afterwards to see if the situation has changed. Having needed a few appointments recently I have been seen by both Mr & Mrs Kumar and they are both excellent. They are professional, and extremely kind, caring and reassuring. Katie, the dental nurse is lovely, as is Helen in the office who is really friendly and does a fantastic job. An excellent team.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Mrs Hunter, dental hygienist. She was very helpful, checked everything, diagnosed an infection in a gum below a particular tooth, recommended treatment and showed me how to clean round that gum and how to use the interdental brush of the right size. Gave me the brushes so I can try them and buy my own. If the treatment doesn’t improve it she advised me to see the dentist. Really positive visit, I feel more in control now.
