Fantastic experience: I saw the two Lucy' who were both as efficient and professional as always. The practice was welcoming and the treatment, including a repair which was not pre-booked, all seemed first class. I shall be back in six months!

Fantastic experience: I was offered an appointment the day I phoned with a painful tooth that had a long history. Dr Tancock recommended an extraction. I was nervous, but she did the procedure with no pain and a lot of thoughtful follow up info, brushes, toothpaste etc. I haven't had any problems since. This is why I love the Fountain Dental practice!

Fountain also treat my mother who has dementia and is housebound and everyone has been amazing, supportive and able to treat my mothers problems teeth with succes a few times now, I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: this is the best dentist I've found. and as a result, I've been using them for 10 years (2014). Dr Lucy Nicholls is not only kind and considerate (and i believe very caring) but is although a very throughout dentist. any problem i have had with my teeth (and i've had quite a few because of the lockdowns) has been explained in great detail and depth as well as performed to a genuine miracle standard. not only will i never use another NHS dentist, but i cant see myself using another dentist in general. I really dread the day she retires. Thank you again Dr Lucy Nicholls for giving my life back free from ALOT of pain and unsightly cavities.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed at my recent dental checkup, at The Fountain Dental Practice, by the professional and considerate attention to detail. Dr. Tancock’s thoroughness, in doing a comprehensive investigation by confirming my full health situation and also a meticulous inspection of every tooth. She also took X-rays, as a precaution which would show up anything needing attention. This is a very proficient, caring and friendly practice with the highest standards of hygiene.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with a sore mouth and I was given an appointment quickly. Dr Caroline Tancock was excellent. When I rang up to book the appointment her receptionist talked the issue through with Caroline and rang me back with some things I could do to relieve my discomfort. This was really helpful. On the day she thoroughly checked my mouth and spent time firstly reassuring me that there was nothing sinister and then giving me things to do to prevent it happening again. Top work!

Negative experience: Should be zero star. I had bad experience with worst results. What they care about is money. They even shamelessly asked me to pay for their PPE . The work done here is suboptimal, it made no difference to my existing problems. They don't have the skills to fix my problems and keep me uninformed. When you question them, they deny everything. They completely waste my money and TIME. I would NOT recommend this practice at all !!

Starting with a warm welcome, I felt very comfortable as a new patient to the practice. The surgery and waiting areas are very clean and all staff are following the necessary COVID-19 protocols. Everyone there is always welcoming and pleasant. The dentist understands how you might be feeling and puts you at ease. I no longer have a dread of a visit to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been visting the Fountain Dental Practice since we moved to New Malden over 20 years ago. The service is always friendly yet professional. My children have seen the lovely Dr Nicols since they were small and one of them is now grown up but continues to visit when home from uni. Dr Tancock has almostly completely cured my fear of the "dentist" and I always feel in safe hands in the chair. Time and care is taken in making you feel at ease which is great for nervous patients. Fantastic experience: I have just finished orthodontic treatment with Dr Lucy Nichols at The Fountain Dental Practice and am pleased to say that I am extremely happy with the results! I went for the 6-month smile which is basically white/clear train track style braces that work over the period of around 6 months. I would highly recommend this dental practice for both ordinary dentistry and orthodontics as every member of staff is friendly, welcoming and they really make you feel at ease (a very important aspect of a visit to the dentist I think!) and the surgery itself is clean and modern with up-to-date equipment. Oh and I love the travel-size free samples on the desk at reception! Very handy.

Fantastic experience: After I had chosen The Fountain Dental Practice they provided a slick and professional service from start to finish. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the surgeon herself, putting me at my ease and explaining the whole process, both initially and then as we went along. Surgery visit timings were always made to suit me and not them and they gave me the feeling that I mattered and was important to them. The surgery itself is slick, modern and very relaxed and I always felt that I was in capable hands. My dental surgeon, Dr. Lucy Nichols is clearly a dental perfectionist and clearly proud both of the work she does and the reputation she has established.
