Fantastic experience: I first came to Solutions Dental Clinic in April this year as I had had a bad experience having a tooth out somewhere else in Febuary and was told I would have to have another operation to be able to fix some new dentures in. Lee was amazing and said he could do me some dentures without any operation! As you can imagine he and his team did a wonderful job and I now have a good mouthful of teeth, so am delighted!

Fantastic experience: Was frustrated at trying to find dentist in Portsmouth...took a chance and travelled to Winchester to Dental Solutions. Met Lee and was the start of life changing treatment for me. The care from everyone at the practice right down to the receptionist is amazing. Kate made me feel at ease with her calm reassuring nature and treatment was less painful than expected. Not quite finished my journey yet but am very confident going forward.

Negative experience: I would generally describe the service at Solutions Dental as very good. However, recent experiences have left me, frankly, baffled. The charging structure—if there is one—remains a mystery. Figures seem to appear from nowhere, as if entirely imagined. Today, my partner travelled 15 miles for a hygiene appointment, only to discover that some essential equipment was out of order—and that this was known well before his scheduled visit. Yet: 1. No phone call was made in advance to let him know. 2. A partial clean was offered, but at the full price of a complete treatment. Understandably, my partner declined. He was then offered a replacement appointment for next week. This is curious, as whenever either of us tries to book a routine appointment, we are told the earliest available slots are several weeks away. Sometimes later still. To add to the confusion, my own postponed appointment—confirmed just two days ago as being on 13th November (allowing for a holiday period)—was suddenly offered for next week too. After many years working with businesses on brand clarity, messaging, and customer experience, I know how damaging inconsistencies like these can be. If Solutions Dental were actively trying to part ways with two long-standing, loyal clients of their premium service, they could hardly be doing it more effectively.

Fantastic experience: Just had dental implants 5 days ago. I was so petrified of the dentist to the point I wouldn’t sit in the dentist chair for ages. When I stepped in solutions dental clinic it was like walking into a family. They were so supportive and listened to everything I said. My confidence had gone. I used to talk with my hand over my mouth. I could never smile, I didn’t think they would be able to get it back. I was even thinking about turkey teeth but heard so many bad reviews about it. I had loads of appointments with Lee and the team. Day of the surgery I was so nervous but Lee and Sami went above and beyond, I woke up feeling like a different women. Fantastic experience: My front teeth were on a bridge that had become loose. I went to my Dentist in Salisbury at the end of November and was told that the Dental Laboratories would be starting to close for Christmas and to make an appointment in January I was worried that I would lose the bridge over Christmas. I looked online and found Dental Solutions that could replace my teeth within 24 hours as Dentures ect are made on site by Lee. He was brilliant I had the impressions taken on Monday and had my new teeth fitted on Tuesday. I don't know of anywhere else that can provide this service apart from London. On Monday I saw Lucy for a consultation and examination. She explained everything to me and the cost then removed the bridge on Tuesday ready for my new denture. She was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Really pleased excellent fit no problems at all I would definitely recommend Dental Solutions.

Dr. Kate and the team were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive from start to finish. Like many, I was nervous about undergoing a root canal, but Dr. Kate explained every step thoroughly, making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed. The procedure itself was much smoother than I anticipated; Dr. Kate’s skill and expertise truly put me at ease. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I was very apprehensive about getting a lot of work done on my teeth, they were in a very poor state and I had bad experiences with dentists in the past. Fantastic experience: I have just come back from the quickest painless tooth extraction performed by Kate. I had horrible toothache for days and made an emergency appointment. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist after a very bad experience somewhere else but Kate and her assistant were so kind and patient with me throughout , Xrayed the tooth and talked at length through my options .. root canal or extraction . I’m happy we chose extraction and although not a pleasant procedure especially on a large Molar , I have never experienced such an easy quick pain free procedure. Fantastic experience: While cruising the British Isles my lower dentures snapped. I contacted Solutions Dental Clinic and arranged to see Lee Butler immediately upon my return. He provided me with a temporary fix but, since the dentures originally supplied by Lee were now over ten years old, we agreed that it was time for a new set. I collected the new ones today and they fit perfectly.

Fantastic experience: I have worn dentures for many years and the ones from Solutions Dental are the best I’ve ever had. Lee made such a good job of the fitting that I didn’t have to return for any adjustments and in the two years I’ve had them I’ve not had any mouth ulcers or sore gums. Fantastic experience: Having produced my previous 2 sets of dentures, Lee had my complete confidence. I therefore had no hesitation in consulting him regarding replacement dentures. The initial consultation with Lee established that in addition to requiring new dentures, my own existing teeth were severely worn down. After a further examination by Lucy (a practice dentist) and Lee, and having been asked what outcome I wanted to achieve, I was presented with 3 options together with an estimation of the costs involved. I elected to have my own existing teeth built up combined with a set of completely new dentures. The dental work was carried out expertly with the utmost skill and care by Lucy over a number of appointments. The dentures themselves were produced by Lee and reflected his evident expertise and experience. Throughout the process I was welcomed cheerfully and made to feel at ease by everyone. Fantastic experience: My teeth needed sorting after not going for over 10 years , mistrust in dentists , bad experiences, but having a crown come off I knew I needed to do something, Kate has been patient as I am 55 and I seem to turn into a 5 year old at the dentist , 3 teeth out , root canal work and new crowns I’m nearly there , I can now walk in alone , have treatment big achievement for me but I couldn’t have done it with out the support of the guys at solutions xxxxxx

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist in over 15 years as I am petrified off them, but a crown I have on my front tooth came very loose & I couldn't get into a NHS dentist in Andover where I live till next week, as my friend goes to this dentist she rang them & asked if they would see me, they said yes, much to me being petrified I went & I was upset & crying but everyone I saw, was so lovely & caring they helped me & I had to go back the following day as Lee made me a plate with 2 teeth on overnight, he is marvellous & so caring, I cried with excitement & was so happy when he put the plate in as I could smile again, something that I haven't done for years as the other gap was visible but not now, thank you so very much to everyone who helped me, Lee, Kate & receptionist Holly, the service & care was fantastic & I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I hope to be visiting them again to have treatment.

Fantastic experience: I initially came to see Lee after a very negative experience at another practice. They were worse than useless and I came away with partial temporary dentures that I think I could have done better with Polyfilla. I saw Simple solutions on Facebook and booked a consultation. Wow! what a difference, I explained my situation and my mouth was thoroughly examined, X-rays and a scan. It was explained to me the various options and costs and what would suit me best. All through the various stages I was treated with care and complete professionalism. When I eventually received my new partial dentures I was completely blown away with how they looked and fitted. Lee is a master of his craft without doubt. I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: on behalf of my wife Ann Smith. Having initially had my dentures fitted by Lee many years ago and been very impressed with them, I decided to return and get an assessment. It was decided that I would benefit by having new dentures as my profile had understandably changed over the years. As before, there followed 4 visits to get impressions etc. and of course the fitting. I returned just once for a final adjustment. I am thrilled with the result and the fact that several close friends did not know I have dentures, says everything about the expertise I received.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service and treatment. Kate, dentist, made a brilliant job of teeth filings and scale and polishing. She was gentle and took her time. Had new denture made, had a few visits until Lee was happy all was good. I cannot fault the service at all, would highly recommend for anyone nervous or suffering with badly fitting dentures.

Fantastic experience: First class experience from everyone concerned in my implant procedure. Complex treatment plan (Zygomatic implants) overseen and surgery completed painlessly by Guy McLellan (Maxillofacial surgeon), the ongoing treatments and hardware construction managed and completed by Lee at SDC. This in itself was a terrific feat of dental cosmetic engineering and at all times Lee offered a top drawer level of professionalism and patient care. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee, Guy and their associates for this cutting-edge dentistry.

Negative experience: Daisy and Josh are amazing and cannot fault them. However how the practice is run is a joke. I have had x2 appointments cancelled on me by them which has made me cancel other dental appointments because I cannot get them done without this work being done. I am highly disappointed and would strongly recommend going to another private practice.

Fantastic experience: Kate is delightful, I live in Poole Dorset, and Kate saw me as an emergency appointment when I needed a filling, although it takes me over an hour to get to her she’s now become my regular dentist because she’s so good, gentle, and doesn’t make me feel at all nervous. she’s fantastic, the best!

Fantastic experience: Wish I'd found Lee Butler years ago. Having decided that I didn't want to have implants I was referred to Lee by my dentist. At last a true professional who has been able to fit both top and bottom dentures perfectly for me. A great practice that can provide total care for your teeth by providing regular check ups and hygienist appointments by great professionals.

Fantastic experience: Having suffered with my teeth for years, despite numerous, regular trips to the dentist, I decided to see Mr Butler with a view to having the offending teeth removed, and to have a plate fitted, as he had attended to my mother approx 20 years ago, when she was well into her eighties and needed new false teeth. He made a fantastic job of them so he was always going to be my first choice if I was in that situation. After an oral examination, Lee was reluctant to remove my teeth and recommended an appointment with Kate. An Xray revealed an infection and just one tooth needed to be removed. Not only am I now pain free, but Kate also did an amazing job on a front tooth which had broken in half vertically. Thank you both. Will see you in the summer

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dentists! I went from crying in my first appointment as I was so nervous and had wound myself up, to turning up to appointments with no second thought about it. Josh had all the time and patience for me and made sure I was OK through every step. I had a lot of worries about having problems after treatments, but me teeth feel great and feel better than before. Josh answered any questions and concerns very quickly.. even getting back to me on weekends. Fantastic experience: I had a full set of dentures made a few years ago and could never get on with them so stopped wearing them, i suffer from an horrendous gag reflex. So i went to SDC in Winchester to see if they could help me over come my reflex for i really wanted my smile back and to feel more confident when talking to people. Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with my journey, the process and final outcome thanks to Solutions Dental Before coming to Solutions Dental I was a total dentist phobic. So scared of everything/anything to do with my teeth, I was out of control and so were my teeth. Many of them had broken off, shattered and become infected. The awful and often painful state of my teeth was ruining my life. Sadly I was too scared to do anything about them due to previous bad experiences with dentists, except watch them get worse and suffer great pain! Then I saw a large advertisement in the local paper for Solutions Dental. It’s fair to say mustering up the courage to contact Solutions Dental went on to profoundly change my life. From the first conversation through to the completion of my treatment my journey with my Solutions Dental team has been amazing. I have always been left feeling at ease, fully informed, safe and in competent caring hands. I received all the answers to my questions and information I needed during my initial conversations with Debbie in reception. I then went on receive fantastic treatment at the skilled hands of Lee and Sammy, and not forgetting the great ‘bedside manner’ of the anaesthetist nurse! It’s been a slow process because of several complications - an infection was discovered behind one of my front teeth after extraction which delayed the full set of implants being fitted. I then had a fall which caused considerable damage to both the roof of my mouth and one of my implants. Lee has been so patient, he never gave up on me or charged any additional fees for the unexpected treatment and additional procedures. I really can not praise or thank him enough. I am now the very proud, happy and comfortable owner of upper implants which look just like my natural teeth did when I was in my thirty’s. I have also had removable dentures made for my lower jaw which are equally as fantastic. Hopefully I will be able to upgrade these to implants at some stage. Solutions Dental have definitely given me a smile I am proud of and reignited my confidence. I could not be happier or recommend this team enough. They are true miracle workers. Thank you Caroline S

From the moment I met Josh until my last appointment ( in this particular process ), I experienced nothing but the very best care, attention to detail, and first-class customer service. Josh is an extremely talented dentist and an absolute gent to boot. Special mention to Bonita too who is an exceptionally talented nurse with an innate ability to put one at ease. They both did a very very very top rate job and not only transformed my teeth but my confidence and also my general oral health. I had the misfortune to break a filling during lockdown but Josh and Lee had the right Covid protection equipment to be able to conduct the repair work safely. Fantastic experience: Solutions dental clinic. Winchester. I needed my teeth sorted out, previous dentist had removed a few teeth and suggested a denture, but no real plan. I recognised the surgery did not have any in- house back up... .So.... Here at this clinic.. The treatments and solutions are sorted on site by experienced professionals. It is a rare thing indeed to find someone who will be a delight to engage with whilst they are also wreaking a complete transformation in your appearance for you. I went to him on my wife's recommendation and he confirmed I needed very significant work to rectify severely ground-down teeth. A big molar to be dug out from under a bridge Two amalgam removals and another two big fillings! Daniele and Binita as the dental nurses. Fantastic experience: Simply the Best! If you’re looking for a dentist who cares about your teeth and has the skill and expertise to fix them when necessary, then look no further than Dr Ed Gazdov. He really is the best. My journey to Solutions Dental began when I had toothache in a lower molar. My private-practice dentist examined it and proclaimed that it was too decayed to save and it would have to come out. I was shocked: hadn’t I been paying her for 12 years to help me look after my teeth and to avoid such drastic action? And so I began my search for a new dentist and found Solutions Dental and Ed. When he said that he could save my decayed tooth, I knew that he was the dentist for me. Initially he performed root canal treatment on the tooth, followed by a periodontal clean. When these did not succeed, Ed undertook an apicoectomy through the gum. All the treatments were thoroughly explained to me and all my questions answered. They even played personalised music to help me through the long procedures. And it worked. My tooth is fixed and healthy and pain-free! I’m really delighted, and soon will be undertaking treatment on other needy teeth. In addition to Ed’s expertise, Solutions Dental is a really pleasant place to visit. Lee, Ed and all the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble. I just wish I’d found them earlier.
