Fantastic experience: I wanted to just say thank you to the lovely team at the dental surgery. I have been coming for years for various different procedures. I have always seen Priya and she does wonders for my teeth. The last two years she has done Botox for my TMJ. I am an avid teeth grinder and have suffered for so long with tension headaches, sore neck and shoulders. The Botox treatment is the most exceptional non evasive procedure I have had done. That combined with my mouth guard offers me such relief. Cannot recommend it enough. Priya is brilliant and I cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I have just had my first Botox treatment with Priya at Kingston Hill Dental Practice, and I am so so happy with the results! As it was my first treatment, Priya listened to concerns that I had with the lines on my forehead and explained what could be achieved with Botox. Priya also took the time to discuss the treatment in detail and the post-treatment care that I needed to follow. The improvements I have seen following my first Botox treatment have gone above my expectations and I am really pleased with the result - I even have my next treatment booked in.

Linda my dentist has been amazing helping me with complex issues. I’ve also recently had botox injections in my jaw to prevent my teeth from clenching. Negative experience: No sense of service. Unhelpful and money mlnded. Walking in is like lamb being led to the proverbial alter. Dr after your wallet and you are just pounds walking in not a person. Had a cotton swab left inside my filling once.

Negative experience: Receptionist was rude - asked if they were accepting NHS patients as I had a baby recently and I was told no in an unnecessarily rude manner. Won't be registering as a private patient after my exemption ends.

Fantastic experience: As someone who’s had a phobia of dentists for decades (due to previous experiences which were bad) and whose teeth weren’t in great shape, this dental clinic (and specifically Dr Linda Cartwright) came highly recommended from my parents (who’ve been patients here for almost 20 years). Linda (usually with her wonderful assistant Kelly) have been a Godsend for me. Their patience, understanding, gentleness, care (and of course their impeccable professionalism) have enabled me to undergo dental procedures I never imagined I’d be able to do, from root canals, extractions and now to considering implants. I honestly can’t praise Linda enough for the care and support she has given me (and my parents), and am immensely grateful to her and to the clinic in general (everyone at reception, on the phone, dental assistants, hygienist). Thank you Linda and Kelly and thank you everyone at Kingston Hill Dental - I actually look forwards to seeing you all every time I have an appointment :) - I highly recommend this clinic (especially to anyone who’s scared of the dentist!)

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Kingston Hill Dental Practice. I arrived at the practice a few years ago in a stressed state after Invisalign orthodontic treatment carried out by a dentist at another surgery (rather than an orthodontist) had left me with no bite whatsoever on my back teeth. Gavin Mack, the practice’s hugely experienced orthodontist, was incredibly reassuring and calm, and put so much thought and consideration into restoring my bite, taking into account my individual situation and preferences regarding orthodontic appliances, and the fact I had already been wearing braces for nearly three years. I felt confident in his clear expertise from the start, and he skilfully and patiently adapted my treatment en route as necessary, and according to the natural movement of my teeth. If I was worried about my teeth, retainer or button attachments etc nothing was ever too much trouble for Mr Mack or the staff at this wonderful practice. I still visit occasionally for an orthodontic check-up/minor retainer maintenance, and I have also been seen by the dentists here - and the treatment is always the same - expertly skilled and friendly, and at highly competitive fees. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to fit you in for appointments at short notice wherever they can. Nothing is ever too much trouble for anyone. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: As a family we've been with the practice, and Linda as a dentist, for over 25 years and all the team are incredibly friendly, caring and efficient. Linda takes the time to explain treatments - we completely trust her judgement and professionalism and know she will only do work that's needed, and do it well. It's much easier going regularly to the dentist when they're all so nice!

Fantastic experience: The Best Dental Practice that this 50-Year-Old Patient has Visited. In my 50 years I have been a patient to a lot of different dental practices, and to be honest, although, I weirdly like going to the dentist, I never really took too great an interest in the work being done, I was the patient and he, (nearly all of my dentists were male), was the expert, so I never questioned what was being done, and, as a result, I was quite disengaged with the work being carried out inside my own mouth, the results were never going to be great! Then I visited KHDP…. I was lucky enough to get an emergency appointment after a dental veneer had come away, and I was also lucky enough to be given that appointment with Sarah, (I suspect that all KHDP dentists are equally good!). Anyway, by the end of our first appointment, I had a veneer refitted, was shown how to correctly brush my teeth, (yes, for my life up to this point, I had been doing it wrong!), and after an assessment of the condition of my mouth, I understood what needed to be done to improve my dental health. For the first time I had a vested interest. During Lockdown, Sarah, Charlotte, (the Dental Hygienist, who just like Sarah, is brilliant at her job!), and I focussed on improving the health of my mouth, and these improvements in both tooth and gum, although still ongoing, are great! As lockdown eased, we looked at focussing on the aesthetic. Sarah had developed a plan that would give me a smile that I would happily share with everyone that I would meet. I must be honest, although I understood everything that she planned to do, I really could not see how it could be achieved. We began work on the top teeth, and to my surprise the results exceeded all my expectations… there was no way, despite her abilities, that she would be able to pull off a similar success with the wonky tombstones, and broken bits of chewing gum that lined my lower gum… I could not have been more wrong! I now have a smile of which I am confident: You often hear of people smiling from the mouth but that smile not reaching their eyes. I was the opposite! It is difficult to keep your mouth closed when you are feeling happy… now, I no longer have to! Thankyous to Sarah and Charlotte for all your work, and to Jenny for arranging everything.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been with Dr Priya Virdi for over 8 years I have always been very happy with her work. In addition to routine checkups, Priya has done impeccable work on a range of things, including front teeth fillings, placing a crown and a tricky back tooth extraction. Priya has also given me very useful prevention tips, which helped me to improve my general dental health.

Fantastic experience: Priya has done my botox for a couple of years now and I am a very happy customer. A few months back she was fully booked and I was in a bit of a rush ( my mistake!) so I booked with another practitioner, who was also a dentist, thinking it wouldn’t make a huge difference. Well, I was wrong. I was left with bruises all over my forehead and around the sides of my eyes- something that never happened before with Priya because she is careful enough to not use the same needle for all injections. This other dentist did not explain much at all, didn’t discuss the treatment or take into consideration my facial expression. She didn’t offered a follow-up appointment either- all the things that are routinely done by Priya- it was literally a 5 minute job, but I guess sometimes we take things for granted and don’t appreciate how important is to find a practitioner that is professional and thorough, until we have a suboptimal experience. I am now forever Priya’s customer! Not only she is the best professional achieving excellent results, but she is also polite and takes her time explaining and discussing the treatment ( it doesn’t matter you are not a first time customer). Another fact about Priya professionalism is that every time I meet her, she mentions her plans for expanding her knowledge and increasing her learning of new techniques, which is key for healthcare professionals. Oh, and she is also a Botox trainer at Harley Street. I would wholeheartedly recommend Priya for anyone thinking in having an aesthetic treatment, you will be in safe hands!

Fantastic experience: The team at Kingston Hill Dental Practice did a great job of looking after me when I needed some emergency work done and follow-up visits to complete my treatment. I tend to be a nervous dental patient but Priya & her colleague Kelly took excellent care of me, keeping me informed of every step of the treatment and ensuring I understood what to expect. They did their best to accommodate my tight timelines as well and fitted me in whenever they had a cancellation. Really appreciate the work that they did as I was in significant pain before their treatment and quickly recovered afterwards.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would! They were completely useless. My son (3 years old) has a dental emergency and after describing the situation on the phone we were booked in. They looked at my son and did absolutely nothing. The dentist (Sarah) said it was too difficult to look in his mouth. She referred us to the hospital because she can’t deal with children. They made us pay after a 5 minute appointment and sent us on our way. If you looking for a dentist that treat children look further.

Negative experience: Granted I was 15 minutes late and I missed one appointment last year due to being stranded abroad due to COVID. I am not sure if this was the reason or the orthodontist Gavin is possibly racist, I am a Black Woman. I was told by a previous orthodontist Stephen Powell, Gavin would finish my treatment which I had paid in full with Mr Powell. Gavin also assured me of this in my first appointment with him. However yesterday was exaggerations by Gavin of me being 30 minutes late, multiple appointments being missed, him telling me my teeth were fine (I thought it should me deciding if I am happy with MY teeth?!), giving me every reason why I should find another orthodontist and to the icing on the cake he would not be sticking to what he had verbally agreed to and would turn back on his word and start charging me to finish my treatment. He was extremely dismissive, barely answered my questions and rushed me out the door. Any other black people receive this kind of treatment?

Negative experience: This practice is being advertised on NHS website as accepting NHS customers, so is their website, but when you call to book for an appointment, the lady very clearly says "we are private only". Unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: My family have been with the practice for over 15 years. They are definitely not the cheapest but we're all very happy with the work done over the years, and the fact that everything is guaranteed. My wife's just ssen Priya to have her front teeth built up and she's really pleased with the results.

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for a while I was slightly apprehensive about my visit, especially with the current coronavirus situation. However I was dealt with the utmost professionalism and at no point did it not feel safe. They had a really good system in place and all the staff were friendly and beyond helpful, which is definitely reassuring at a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have a dentist at the end of the street where I live. It's the same price as Kingston Hill Dental, but I still choose to travel 40 minutes to Kingston Hill Dental instead. I've been a patient for only 2 years and I've only ever visited 4 or 5 times, so it's really lovely to be recognised by the receptionist Jenny whenever I visit. She must see 20 different people a day and with 12 months between visits. I always think "how does she remember me?" Very welcoming place. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dentist for over 22 years and have always found the advice and care is to an incredibly high standard. More recently I treated my lockjaw and bruxism with botox which has helped me significantly, I no longer/seldom experience jaw locking and have had no pain since.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency treatment earlier this year and Priya (and the team) have been so efficient and speedy in getting my teeth sorted! Priya talks through everything she's doing and is really transparent with what comes / how to take care of my teeth in the best way. I was quite worried about getting treatment during this pandemic but there are great precautions in place (good email communication on sanitisation and timings) and everyone from Priya herself, to the reception staff have been so proactive in ensuring I feel comfortable – not to forget, the practise itself is SUPER clean which makes attending even more pleasant.

I had waited for a few months with horrendous toothache and the receptionist I spoke with was extremely helpful and so kind. I’ve had a fear of the dentist for several years now partly why I’ve needed the recent treatment from not going to the dentist regularly. I became a new patient with Dr Priya Virdi and I honestly cannot thank her and the team enough for the care, patience and support they have given me the past few months. Priya is an excellent dentist, talking through all the treatment and payment plans thoroughly before putting a treatment plan in place. Not only considerate and passionate within her work, Priya is attentive and understanding of my anxiety and nerves and makes me feel so calm and reassured whilst in the chair. Fantastic experience: Teeth whitening course and six fillings (replacing 25 years of coffee and red wine) recently carried out with a minimum of fuss, and fantastic results. Felt very safe, including full PPE. Priya helped me learn how to smile again!

Fantastic experience: We have a great visit with our local dentist Priya, upon arrival we buzzed and waited to be let in to keep social distancing. After confirming our general health in regards to COVID , my daughter was taken through and I was given a face mask so that I could be in the room with her. The practice was extremely clean and hygienic. We felt very safe having treatment. And as always we revived quickly dental care.

Fantastic experience: Another fantastic appointment today as always. The treatment that I require was explained in full and estimates for the treatment up front. After not visiting the dentist for some time after my life was flipped upside down due to the loss of my mother I have a long list of treatment required. Priya went through the list of treatment I need and estimates for all of these treatments. After seeing the amount of treatment that I require and estimates for the costs of this treatment I did contemplate moving to another dental practice as an NHS patient. However, Priya has completed various fillings for me in the past and if I need them done then I trust her and the team to provide the excellent service I have come to expect. Realistic solutions were recomended by the team at the practice for the costs and they are all very honest when it comes to answering any questions. I won’t lie, I have never looked forward to dental appointments. But if anyone is going to stop my fear and complete the work I need then Priya is the person I want doing it. Covid 19 update: 2 years on from the above review and the service is still impeccable. I had some issues with a filling over lockdown and a few chip’s in my front teeth meaning that I wasn’t able to smile without feeling self conscious. Priya and Kelly (wearing appropriate PPE) set to work on getting my smile back to full sparkle. My glistening smile hasn’t left my face since exiting Kingston Hill this afternoon (me smelling of hand gel). My renewed smile makes me feel empowered and thanks to the work that the whole team at Kingston Hill do, I feel able to smile with confidence.

Fantastic experience: I had 1ml of lip fillers with Priya done a few weeks ago. I am so pleased with the results of my treatment and Priya is brilliant. I was nervous at first as I don't like needles and was scared of getting the "duck lips" look, but she put me at ease, answering any questions I had. My lips look really natural as she uses a unique technique and does the treatment gradually over 2 sessions to create a subtle look. I love my new lips and I highly recommend kingston Hill Dental Practice if you are considering having fillers!

Having read reviews on Dr Priya Virdi I decided to go to her and thank god. She inspected the tooth thoroughly on Tuesday and advised that the tooth had to come out and had me booked in for Thursday her tooth extraction was quick and painless. Will be going to her in future. Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to Priya for lip fillers and she’s so amazing at perfecting the look you want. I wanted a natural look with just an enhanced shape and that’s exactly what I got! She ensures the look you’d like would compliment your face and doesn’t overdo the filler. I would 100% recommend her and would never go to anyone else- you’d be in safe hands!

Fantastic experience: I have been considering botox for quite some time now and I take everything invasive very seriously.  I also take my wrinkles very seriously too hence why an opportunity to see the procedure in all its glory was too good an opportunity to miss! I was possibly naive in thinking that I would be one of those women who age amazingly especially as my skincare regime and product expenditure is extortionate compared to most women I know. But this is not the case as I'm nearly forty and my fine lines are obvious wrinkles actually. So I attended the Aethetic evening at Kingston Hill Dental Practice (also my dentist) Priya Virdi doing the demo and answering questions.   It was wonderful to be offered refreshments as I entered...oh and Prosecco!  I felt relaxed and happy to see many other ladies who were all so 'normal'...I guess we are all there for the same reason and I suprisingly felt supported. Priya talked through the procedure very clearly and openly, she was warm and made me feel comfortable. All the questions I had were answered professionally and precisely (even any silly ones weren't dismissed). After all Priya is a dentist and understands every muscle in the face...she even had a poster of the human face and muscles which was very helpful. This I feel is more important than watching the botox injections themselves. This is because watching the injections was actually not so bad and the model in the chair was very relaxed throughout the procedure. " I could do this, it's not that bad" is surprisingly what I thought. The needles in my overactive imagination were not what were actually being used. The needles were so fine, nothing like what I have seen at a doctor's surgery for a flue jab....phew! Priya was relaxed and talked us though the demo effortlessly. After the demo we were able to ask further questions and it was nice to talk to the other ladies too.  I departed with an appointment made and a goodie bag with some super samples! I have since had my botox and wonder why I didn't do it sooner! A live demo where you can talk to a real person  instead of just watching YouTube videos is a very different experience.  Botox may still not be for you but a demo like this will beat any review and stop you wondering either way. I may be confident about Botox but I would not risk seeing anyone apart from Priya.  It is a 'big deal' and should never be considered in the same category as a facial at a beauticians as unfortunately it increasingly is.  But no facial or moisturiser could give you such spectacular results!  So hurrah for the Aethtetics live demo....I would still be trying make a decision if I had not had the opportunity to see for myself. Fantastic experience: Both my girls and I go to Kingston Dental for our dental needs. Its clean, super friendly and conveniently located. We see Dr Priya Virdi. She's very patient and makes us feel at ease. I've never had grumpy children after a visit to her. She actually took time out to show my girls how to brush their teeth properly. Negative experience: On their website, it says they accept NHS patients but they do not have a form online to register. When you go there, the receptionist gives you a form to fill. And when you are already on the chair ready for the dentist to examine you, they inform you that the examination costs £49 and the x-rays £15 each. When you ask if that money can be covered through NHS the dentist replies "Err....we don't really do that here....and besides you registered as a private patient today". I thought maybe I have to pay the amount of money that day, but the actual treatment might be covered through NHS. And even after the examination, she made a medical plan of how to process the treatment, where of course I had to pay £75-£130 for each filling...And again I asked if they can do that through NHS and the dentist said that the materials they would use wouldn't be of a good quality and they don't accept NHS patients. So I paid a lot money, just to get examined...when on their website clearly says they accept NHS patients. Such a same, I feel so bad and in pain because my teeth needs treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had my lips done recently by Priya. As I am a very nervous patient, I wanted to have them done by a gentle and caring professional like Priya. She took her time to go through the procedure with me and all my concerns and questions were answered. I was reassured and happy to go ahead. I experienced a relaxed and pain free treatment as Priya numbed me up in advance. I strictly followed her advice after the treatment. Although I was expecting a lot of swelling after, that wasn’t the case at all. I even felt comfortable enough to pick my children from school a couple of hours later. Priya booked me a follow up appointment in 2 weeks.I am very pleased with the result. My lips look symmetrical and very natural. Thank you Priya !

Fantastic experience: I have been so impressed with the care I received from Priya and the team at Kingston Hill. I slipped, fell, and broke a large part of my front tooth one evening. I hadn't had a regular dentist since moving to Kingston. Within a couple of days I was able to get an appointment at the practice and Priya rebuilt it, as well as providing great aftercare and advice for other oral injuries. Within a week, she had also repaired some other damage and restored my smile to a point better than it has been in several years! So impressed, and very happy with the work and attention. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Linda Cartwright has been our family dentist for over 20 years and we cannot praise her highly enough for her dedication and professionalism. Linda is exceptional. She is relaxed, caring, and thorough. For those of a nervous disposition (me), she is patient and gentle. There is no unnecessary treatment. Any problem or procedure is fully explained and there is no doubt we enjoy the very best treatment. It is testament to Linda’s care that, whilst no longer living in the area, we travel miles to see her and consider it our good fortune and privilege to have her as our dentist.

Fantastic experience: This is a very friendly and welcoming surgery. I have been seeing Priya for both my teeth and facial aesthetics. Priya is very professional and very thourough. I cannot imagine putting my teeth or face in the hands of another any more! Priya has always given me good advice regarding any facial aesthetics I have had be it lip filler or botox. She takes great care in her work and the results have always been amazing! Priya also corrected a previous lip filler disaster (I had been silly enough to put my lips in the hands of a beautician instead of a doctor). It is very difficult to find someone who is truley passionate about their work and also care so much for their patients. I would not hesitate to book a consulation and you will know exactly what I mean.
