Fantastic experience: We have been patients here for 30+ years. George is our dentist, a highly skilled, knowledgeable dentist and always polite and very gentle during treatments. He is very good at listening to any concerns/queries etc. His nurses are very professional and of course not forgetting the receptionists who are so helpful and friendly,. We would not go anywhere else. The whole practice is spotless with hygiene their priority too.

Negative experience: The worst dental surgery I have ever been too. Its far better to go to a lower rated surgery than these guys. They are rude and behave in a very high handed way. Its no ones choice to see a dentist. Only in suffering do most people reach out to a dentist and they know they have you at their mercy. Abysmal handling of patient issues and concerns. Steer clear if you need genuine help. Have no follow up system, dont answer phone calls and then will go ahead be extremely rude to people in suffering. The care is unavailable.

My first visit was with Maria and her lovely assistant Charlie, they were both fantastic. Being a nervous patient they immediately put me at ease by being understanding and supportive. Maria talked me through and explained everything clearly. Vicky my hygenist is fantastic, she did a really great job on my teeth, she is friendly, kind and caring. My experience so far has been extremely good. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, empathetic and caring, and Caroline on the reception was very helpful and kind by sorting out my future appointments.

I did not visit the dentist because my last visit all those years ago left me feeling quite nervous, I'd had such an awful experience. I explained all this to Maria and her lovely dental nurse who were both very understanding and supportive. I, unexpectedly, had a very good experience on all of my visits to Beeches Dental Surgery, even the receptionists were lovely. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the Beeches Dental Surgery enough. It starts with the welcoming lovely ladies at reception, appointments always on time and excellent care. I have had many issues over the years and Dr Darshna and her assistants have been simply incredible. I feel very lucky that my children get to see her too. Negative experience: Disgracing dentists everywhere. I took my mother for an emergency appointment as she'd been in pain for several days. The dentist and practise owner Darshna Patel found the tooth was infected but within 5mins of the appointment told her she cannot do anything and told her to take antibiotics. "£30 for the emergency appointment, thank you very much, goodbye" was the attitude and I expect because such appointments don't make them any cash to care enough. Antibiotics did nothing and when my mother went to an actual capable and caring dentist straight after, the first thing they did was clean the infection. This according to them was common sense. We've had a string of bad experiences from this surgery over the last 10 years. The surgery owner needs her licence revoked for such appalling care and I wonder how the rest of the place is run with such little regard for patient wellbeing. Will be sending a formal complaint. Please stay away for your own good.

Fantastic experience: Called yesterday to make my 6 monthly check up appointment. Appointment confirmation and pre-treatment forms completed by email. Seen by Maria and her lovely assistant at 2:30 today. All well with my selection of 69 year old teeth, crowns and implants. Will make appointment with hygienist when due next month. Try to keep off the cakes and chocolate bars.

After having COVD badly, areas of my gums went blue, she insisted on referring me to a dental Hospital for a second opinion. Fantastic experience: We started using have Beeches Dental surgery after my husbands tongue cancer diagnosis and treatment. Maria has always been so kind , gentle and conscious of my husbands anxiety over this and goes above and beyond to make him feel less anxious and advises him on remedies and treatments for aftercare of his cancer treatment. Maria has organised a new denture plate and it’s the best fitting and quality plate he’s had. Would highly recommend Maria .We wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Maria saved my husband's life.During a thorough check- up,she found enlarged lymph nodes and suggested he contact a doctor. He ended up at the Marsden hospital with stage 4 lymphoma. He is still with us today thanks to her excellent advice. We cannot thank her enough.
