Negative experience: We visited Aromaden Dental Practice on 1 November 2025 due to an urgent Invisalign issue. My wife had started her Invisalign treatment abroad and needed an attachment fitted locally as travelling back to her original dentist was not possible. From the beginning, we clearly explained our situation to the receptionist and Dr. Nik, including that we planned to claim the cost through our private insurance. We asked for the price in advance but were told it could only be discussed during the appointment. At the visit, Dr. Nik began preparing for treatment before confirming the cost, and we had to stop and ask. We were then informed the fee would be £350 (for approximately 15 minutes of work). We again asked whether this would affect an insurance claim and were reassured that it “shouldn’t be a problem.” Only after payment did we learn that an IOTN number is required for orthodontic insurance claims. When we contacted Dr. Nik, he explained that he is not a specialist orthodontist and therefore cannot provide an IOTN number. This important information was never mentioned before treatment, despite our repeated explanations about insurance. Following this, we had to call and email multiple times just to get a clear and direct response, which was very frustrating. Overall, this experience showed a lack of transparency and poor communication, leaving us unable to claim the cost. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Aromaden highly enough. From the first consultation to a Pain-free appointment all carried out with the most professionalism.

Positive experience: Very good dentists but at reception they charged me twice for a cleaning. They then said they would reimburse me and it would take 5 working days. However I had to call them again and they said that they forgot to reimburse me so I have to wait another 5 working days.

It’s basically impossible to get nhs dentistry I feel that it is an essential expense. I trust the Aromaden dentist 100% and my teeth are doing great.

I’ve just had my initial hygiene appointment with Bev, as well as received my trays, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Bev was AMAZING – she paid attention to every detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience with Dr Kaveet at Aromaden Dental practice in Teddington. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but since attending this practice my whole take on going has changed. I first attended the practice in January and began my Invisalign journey in April. I had a tight deadline to meet as I had celebrations coming up in October so I was worried my Invisalign process wouldn’t be completed in time but Dr Kaveet always found time to reassure me and we even had time to fit in composite bonding! The whole experience was amazing and I’ll be forever grateful for Dr Kaveet giving me the smile I always wanted! I also want to thank Vicky for helping me with all my appointments and scheduling them in and around my work time. All in all a great experience :)

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been using Aromaden for more than 20 years and have always had really great service here. I have never felt pressurised into having any treatment and feel that I can trust the dentists to only give me treatment I need. The new GBT hygienist treatment is amazing - such an improvement on traditional hygiene treatments! It only takes about 30 minutes and is almost pain free! Aromaden are not the cheapest dental practice but you get what you pay for.
