Fantastic experience: I had a really lovely experience during a not so lovely treatment first thing this morning. The lady on reception was warm, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable which filled me with confidence and reduced my anxiety. Everyone I interacted with today listened without interruption, which made me feel respected. The dental nurse was a particular highlight for me - she interacted with me at the right moments, she was quick to follow the dentist's instructions and communication between the pair of them was calm and flowed. I don't know if this is her own personal touch, or something the dental nurse has picked up through experience and training, but I found it helpful when she was tapping my shoulder to distract me when the anaesthetic was being administered, I've never had that before. I am quite an anxious person in general, an overthinker, so all of these encounters really helped me to relax and feel at ease in the chair. I have been with this dental clinic for several years now. Aikusa took over a few years ago and it took me a while to build trust in her, but every procedure I have had with her over the years now has been thorough. I have felt well looked after in her hands, and well informed. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever had. She is so friendly, professional and thorough and always checks you are ok and puts you at ease . She always makes sure you are happy with what she has done and she did an amazing job with my teeth . I had composite bonding done and I don't know how she did it but she made them look so natural it made such a difference to my confidence and smile ! Thank you so much! The reception staff are also so lovely and friendly and you always feel like nothing is too much trouble if you have to change something. Would highly recommend this dental surgery they are the absolute best .

Fantastic experience: I recently had to obtain an emergency appointment with a dentist, i phoned 111 and went through all the procedures and phone numbers they gave me, but could not get in anywhere. my friend told me to try Cottage dental practise in Wootton Bassett , They managed to give me an appointment for 4.0pm that day. when i arrived everyone was very polite and sympathetic, Dr AiKusa was very professional and caring, and treated me with anti Biotics and even though they could not do an extraction, they referred me to the Swindon Dental Anaesthetic Clinic, where i am now awaiting to have my tooth removed. Thanks to you all at the Practise.

I was so nervous as had a bad experience in the past else where and they made me feel soo relaxed. Fantastic experience: I had the best dentist experience there today. My filling came out so I was worried and stressed. The first dentist I called couldn't get me in at least for 2 weeks but Cottage Dental booked me in the same day. The receptionist was friendly and caring which helped me to relax. I was seen by Dr Aikusa Hacatrjana who is the best dentist I have ever had. So gentle, calm, knowledgeable and clearly an expert in this line of work. She was perfectly in tune with my body language; giving me lots of breaks to swallow during treatment and checking if I was ok. She gave me thorough explanation of what was happening next and how I can look after my oral health going forward. There is a screen to look at for relaxation, calming music and the spot lights with gentle rainbow reflection around them which I liked. I will be moving all of my family to this practice, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I needed stabilisation treatment and am so grateful that I was able to get help from Cottage Dental Clinic. It's by far the best dental treatment I've ever had. The practice is clean and welcoming. I was lucky enough to have my treatment done by Dr Aikusa Hacatrjana who is the friendliest, most patient, and kindest medical professional I have ever come into contact with. On top of it all the receptionist is also very friendly....which I have never experienced before with dentist practices. Thank you to the whole team who carried out my stabilisation treatment. I have gone from looking like I had Shane McGowan's old school teeth to a normal smile, and I'll be grateful forever.

Fantastic experience: My family moved to this Clinic after covid. The care here compared to previous dentist is far more advanced for example, i had xrays taken giving the dentist a complete mouth scan. Previously i haven't ever had an xray. The staff are very friendly, attentive and answer my questions in detail. After a small treatment i had the Dentist phone to ensure i was happy with the care i had recieved today. I would highly recommended Cottage Dental and Implant Clinic to anyone!

Fantastic experience: After Covid I was removed from the list at my dentist without notification, only found out when I was in agony with toothache, had to ring 111 and luckily they sent my details here at cottage dental practice. Very professional Doctors and nurses, they know exactly what they are doing, staff in general very friendly. They are organized with the appointments. Fantastic experience: An emergency appointment was made for me at cottage dental and implant clinic. I was a little apprehensive as never been there and knowing I needed two teeth extracted not pleasant. I was greeted by a friendly team reassuring me. Explaining what was going to happen and if I felt pain etc to let them know. The communication with the receptionist until an appointment with the dentist was excellent and smooth, and there were no dramas! Dr Aikusa is cordial and welcoming, so as the dental nurse Liberty, you immediately feel at ease at the dental practice. Dr Aikusa is a great professional and was happy to complete my Invisalign treatment (which I've started overseas and other dental UK clinics refused to do). I am so thankful for that! I wasn't afraid to waste time coming from Oxford to Swindon, as it is very difficult to find a similar dentist. Dr. Aikusha is very friendly. She will not only cure your teeth, but she will also make sure that after her you will not walk without a smile. I advise everyone to visit this clinic, because you can not only cure your teeth, but also come for advice about cosmetic problems (close the gap between your teeth, whiten your teeth and many other treatments) Thank you

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience for me and my fiancé. Our dentist, Dr. Aikusa Hacatrjana, was very patient with us both and did everything to make the experience stress free. We had plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and had lots of advice - the fact that the dental chair has a computer screen in view so you can see everything the dentist is looking at was a massive bonus too - didn’t feel cheated or misinformed which has often happened to me in NHS practices before. Personally I’ve been trying to find a non-NHS dentist that isn’t just trying to rush me out of the chair, and Aikusa definitely made us feel like we mattered as customers and gave us all the time we needed for our appointment. Prices were also very competitive, so will definitely be coming again!

They're always very good at making you aware of the condition of your teeth and I'm never left unsure of what I need to do to sustain (or often in my case improve!) my dental and gum health.
