Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today to have my smile white retainers fitted. I was seen to promptly and everything was explained in full before the procedure began. Aftercare was explained and I was asked if I had any questions. Overall very pleased with my experience.

The service is efficient, and the staff is consistently helpful and understanding. Anthony Leyson is an incredible dentist—professional, thorough, and truly dedicated to his patients. The hygienist is equally exceptional. I never miss an appointment, thanks to their timely SMS reminders and the ease of adding appointments to my phone's calendar. I also appreciate the notifications they send when it's time for my routine checkups. Overall, St. James Dental Practice is the best dental practice I’ve experienced in years!

Fantastic experience: Had a toothache and no registered dentist. Rang around to see if I could get an appointment to see to the issue and St Jame's Dentist was the only practice that would give me the time of day. Initial ringing trough to the receptionist who was most polite and actually seemed to care about my plight and managed to fit me in with an appointment. On the day went to the practice and again the receptionist was most helpful and the dentist was excellent. I had to have my tooth extracted as it was decaying but no problems with the dentist being most efficient and talked me through each procedure to put me at ease. In conclusion would throughly recommend St Jame's Dentist and am just waiting to to sign up to a dental plan which for the initial plan was quoted just over £10 each month. Compared to other practices really good.

I walked in without an appointment, and within hours, my pain was gone. The staff were kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Huge thanks to the dentist who extracted my tooth — a real lifesaver! Highly recommend this clinic. Best dental care in Swansea!

Fantastic experience: The dentist was lovely, they where very accommodating. I have a massive phobia but their slow and calm process made it more relaxed, I was able to have my first treatment in 3-4 years.

Negative experience: Would give ZERO if I could. Paid a deposit 4 weeks prior to appointment. Appointment cancelled by THEM 3 hours before my appointment. 6 weeks on, still have not received my deposit back despite numerous emails and phone calls. With no response from the surgery. Had to take this up with my bank. Don't go here!

Negative experience: Avoid! Started a root canal treatment on me when I thought I was going in for a filling and then removed me from their practice when I questioned them. SCAM!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Had extensive restorative treatment due to advanced tooth wear with Dr Oli Stew. I'd hated visiting my previous dentist but somehow the time spent in the chair with Oli flew by. We did a couple of long sessions (my choice), but the results are worth it. For the first time in many years, eating is a joy again. The pain of sensitivity has gone away, the worry of further tooth deterioration is largely removed and I now have the confidence of a perfectly restored smile. I can’t thank Oli and the team at St James enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing amazing surgery! From the receptionist who went above and beyond to help me with my problem to the dentist Tony who fitted me in at short notice for a tooth extraction. Talked me through everything that he was going to do and made me feel completely at ease. Lovely clean surgery , welcoming atmosphere. Very happy with the price of the extraction. Would highly highly recommend this dentist.
