Three sessions later am proud owner of a high tech metal denture plate . The whole experience was calm and pleasant. Said was very professional and knowledgeable and his advice worked well. Negative experience: Took me a while to do this as I was trying to make sure I was objective and not unfair. Had a crown drop out a day prior to travelling to uk ( December 24 ) and was staying locally so a natural choice at Helpston. Charged just short of 200 pound for refix with X-ray and clean I didn't ask for. Got the usual non guarantee of the work as it was an old crown which I accept . Lasted 1 day and fell out. Also got the patter about how much was needed to fix my whole teeth. Thousands of course. Accepted the poor result with disgust, filled in straight away their politically correct link on how my treatment went. No response except standard online request to make another appointment and contact . Wasn’t going there again for sure. Wouldn’t be learning any lessons . When a crown all be it an old one lasts one day it’s enough evidence to stay well clear . Returned to my abode in Portugal to remedy my small dental problem at a very reasonable cost . It’s still in place. On the positive side here, the reception lady very good and the waiting room was lovely , Would have to be wouldn’t it

I feel very lucky to have Conor as my dentist and his lovely supportive dental nurse, reassuring me all the way . This is the first positive experience I have ever had with dentist. Fantastic experience: I was very nervous having never had a crown fitted before but Dr Moussa put me immediately at ease. He explained everything that he would need to do and continually checked how I was throughout the procedure. Fantastic experience: My Bupa dentist stopped NHS patients, on friends recommendation joined Meadows Dental Care at Helpston. Found them friendly and welcoming , Mr Said my dentist calmly went through treatment plan needed , no pressure , gave me my options, I decided the course of action and treatment that suited me and wanted. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I took my 4yr old daughter for her first check up, they were very good with her, friendly and explaining what they were doing how and when they would do it, stickers were given which were 5 stars in her book! she left feeling very happy and proud of her healthy teeth. She keeps asking when she can go back. highly recommend

Negative experience: I chose this practice because they market themselves as being stress free and good with dental phobia. Although some individual contact has been good, Overall this has not been my experience.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient to Dr Said Moussa at Meadows Dental Care, Helpston, Peterborough - and aren’t I the lucky one! Dr Moussa took time and patience to explain the procedure I required. Part of that procedure was to remedy some chipped teeth - he worked as an artist at an easel, perfecting his portrait (my teeth), returning to adjust and improve his masterpiece (my teeth!). I’m absolutely delighted with the results, with the respect and professionalism afforded me by Dr Moussa throughout and that I’ve been fortunate enough to encounter the true professional that is Dr. Said Moussa.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking. Misinformed of prices prior to treatment. They couldn't admit they were in the wrong and tried to blame us! Unbelievable. Kate who is a nurse at the practice was particularly hostile, aggressive and unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for over 10 years and all the staff are lovely, especially Vonnie and I have always felt at ease with all the dentists, hygienists and dental nurses when i’m in the chair. I have received some excellent treatment here over the years including an extremely well fitted implant and the aftercare has meant that it is still in tip top condition! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from very severe dental anxiety after some fairly traumatic experiences as a child and in my teenage years at the hands of various NHS dentists. The private dentist I had used for over 20 years who I did feel comfortable with (I did a 300 mile round trip to see him) retired back in about 2010, and since that time I have not found a dentist I was comfortable with. Due to an infection under my tooth I was in a lot of pain and so phoned up on Friday to see if I could see a dentist. I was offered an appointment on Monday afternoon with Connor. Connor is excellent Dentist who takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and find out about why you have dental anxiety. The dental nurse is also excellent. The tooth had to be extracted, something I'd only ever had done before under general anaesthetic. Connor took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the whole procedure and offered to extract the tooth the same afternoon. The other thing that's important is that he listens to the patient, anaesthetics wear off very quickly on me and so when I went back in and said that I thought it had worn off, rather than the normal attitude which is its in your head, which I've had many times before, he checked and found out that it was wearing off very quickly and made sure it was correctly anaesthetised before removing the tooth which was done completely painlessly. Then he took the time and trouble to show me the x-rays, explained why the problem it happened and explaind the after-care needed. I do need to have other small amounts of remedial work done on my teeth (there is 14 years of neglect to take care of!) and I now feel comfortable enough to go back to Connor and the surgery and have the treatment done, having now found somewhere that's happy to work at the patients speed, not the speed the surgery wants to work at. The good news is, it's now only a 30 mile round-trip to see the Dentist! They also made my other half very comfortable whilst he was waiting for my treatment to be done, including supplying coffee to keep him happy. He had to drop me up there as I don't feel happy to drive after I've had an aesthetic. The other thing that was nice was, he was not judgemental about the large gap in time between visits to the dentist as the last dentist I visited was. I would thoroughly recommend the practice and Connor in particular.

Fantastic experience: I came to meadows for a routine check, with the staff all being abundantly pleasant, always ensuring I was comfortable, offering friendly chat whilst still remaining utterly professional. Lauren who was the dental nurse who assisted in my procedure was lovely, bringing a sense of calm and assurity the whole time. While not one for enjoying dental procedures, I look forward to my next check up, thanks to this wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Kelly @ Meadows Dental Practice from a Practice in Grantham, I am very nervous of the Dentist normally having all work under sedation, Kelly has managed to do all work required without any sedation and I finally feel although nervous sedation isn’t necessary, if you’re a nervous patient go see Kelly

Fantastic experience: As an adult, who had neglected their teeth for the most of their adult life, finding this friendly dental practice, virtually on our doorstep was fantastic. From being a bit apprehensive at first about opening up my mouth to a “stranger”, to now, where I have no hang ups what so ever about going to the dentist. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted with a cheerful hello, sit in the comfy waiting room, until collected by Lauren, Ronnie or Kate the nurses and led through to the treatment room to be greeted by Kelly the dentist. Now my gaps have been filled, missing teeth replaced and lower front teeth have new crowns, with a natural colour, that matches perfectly the teeth on either side. It hasn’t been a quick fix, because of what they had to work with, but time was taken to slowly go through the stages. When I first went there Kelly asked, what I wanted to achieve? I said to be able to smile, now I am, thanks to Kelly, Lauren, Ronnie and Kate, and of course the dental lab for their work. Now all our household go there, and are happy with service received. Neil

As a dental professional I was keen to join as a patient having been lucky enough to witness the skills of; Dr Kamran, Dr Kelly and Joanne at other practices. The Practice is bright, clean, homely, welcoming and offers plenty parking for me to commute the few minutes from my home in Peterborough. I am booked in for my next appointments on Thursday :), this is for cosmetic filling on a lower tooth and some exciting anti wrinkle injections (Botox). The staff are very knowlagable and work well to be friendly and approachable to nervous patients :). Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Unfortunately disappointed with latest treatment. Lack of communication from dentist regarding a treatment plan and his availability. One implant has since broken off leaving the screw embedded in my jawbone. Obviously not a good outcome.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient of the team since the mid eighties, which of course includes their two previous locations. With not living in the UK it was becoming increasingly problematic to continue being a patient so it was with great regret that I had to cancel my membership. I would however like to state that during those 30 odd years I was delighted with the oral care I benefited from. Their premises in the small village of Helpston is only a few years old and for anyone who is a little apprehensive about dentistry will find it most relaxing environment, together with a team that really cares about ones oral health and comfort. If I do actually return to the UK, I would seek a renewal without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: After some years of not visiting a Dentist and losing my place at a previous Practice, I contacted Meadows Dental Care fully expecting to be told I had to join the waiting list for months, if not longer. On the contrary, appointment made which went smoothly followed quickly by a second and third. My dentist and her assistant were friendly, professional and the work done was excellent; my costs were not as expensive as I imagined they would be so less painful all round. The Practice overall is friendly, comfortable, clean and efficient which leaves me in no doubt that I would have no hesitation in recommending the Practice to anybody else looking for or needing dentistry work.

Negative experience: I phoned for a quote to just replace a loose filling, then after the treatment, asked to pay a lot more. When I queried this with them they weren't prepared to honour their quote and couldn't give a valid reason for the excessive charge, so won't be going back there again!

Negative experience: Very poor treatment and denplan a waste of money. I changed dentist and they were extremely critical of the treatment given by Meadows. Very poor treatment and I have been left with dental problems I am now having to live with.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous dentist and I am a really nervous patient. It is private so costs are pretty high, I'm still trying to save the 3k I need for my treatment but if you can afford it they are great. I will definitely go back when I raise the money as I need the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I suffered an horrendous injury due to working on Nightclubs involving a knuckle duster. I had visited multiple dental treatment facility's met with pain, long intervals between appointments, disappointment and terrible unfinished work. I made the decision to spend some money on treatment to help my mental health and to help me smile once again. I wasn't disappointed, Kam was superb throughout the entire thing from fitting temps on short notice so I could get married with a smile, informing me of every step and always taking my opinion into consideration, upkeep between appointments and all the way to my beautiful smile I have now. Katie and Bonnie are fantastic nurses and its always a pleasure to walk in and see these two smiling, willing to have a laugh and do such a great job. I can't fault any of the people that work at Meadows, its a great team. I absolutely adore my new smile and would recommend this dental practice in a heartbeat. Thank you again for restoring my confidence to actually smile when the photography says so.
