Negative experience: When there to book an appointment for my teeth and the receptionist is so rude and least interested in providing proper information and it seems like they are very busy and they don't want more patients to be looked at. For future, i would advise them to first find out proper information from the client on what they want and then provide information accordingly in a polite manner without any assumptions. I would not recommend them to be honest.

Fantastic experience: “EXCELLENT DOCTOR” I consider myself extremely fortunate meeting Dr. Monika. I have struggled with moderate acne scarring for almost 15 years. I have done numerous fraxel, various lasers, few dermabrasion, used Retin-A and sadly never felt my skin looked better in the long run. When RF Microneedling came onto the scene I tried and while I liked it I was still frustrated that I haven’t achieved the same amazing results as others had. Once PRP Microneedling was introduced I tried that too and while I healed more quickly and initially like the way my skin looked it didn’t take long for me to be left with that same dissatisfaction. Enter Microneedling RF. “FINALLY” - shock, disbelief and the worm feeling that finally someone understand what goal I want to achieve didn’t happen until I got to Dr. Monika clinic. She came across as experienced, knowledgeable person and has awareness of new technologies and devices. She know how important is to personalise treatment to customers expectations and most important what results can be achieved. Doctor Monika telling the truth straight in the eye without lying, neither psychological nor financial stretching. Post treatment for the first time I saw a result that amazingly shocked me. I could not believe to see on my own eyes realistic improvement. You often find that the doctors sees improvement and we not, felt disappointed and financially strained. Excellent Doctor! Excellent Woman! Excellent character and charisma and at the same time extremely professional! Great bedside manner, answered all my questions, never in a hurry, and she gives her patient her full attention which is a great asset.
