Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Medic In Clinic and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The clinic is very clean, the team is incredibly attentive, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t just a routine hygiene appointment they also helped fix a problem I’d been dealing with since orthodontic treatment at another clinic. For almost two years, a rough spot had been constantly scraping my tongue and bothering me. They took the time to smooth it out properly, and now it finally feels comfortable again. A huge thank you to Ineta and the hygienist for being so kind, professional, and caring. I’m very grateful for your help and would definitely recommend this clinic ❤️

Labai maloniai nustebino personalo švelnus ir profesionalus požiūris į mažametį – gydytoja mokėjo rasti tinkamą priėjimą, viską paaiškino ramiai ir neskubindama. Patiko tai, kad dantų nuotraukos nebuvo siūloma primygtinai daryti, nes gydytoja matė, jog šiuo atveju to nereikia. Vaikas išėjo patenkintas, laimingas – o kartu ir mama ramia širdimi. Kainos tikrai priimtinos, kokybė bei aptarnavimas – puikūs. Rekomenduoju šią kliniką.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank you and I really recommend this clinic. The reception has a great atmosphere where they will always provide information on all questions, the nurses and doctors do their job perfectly, the clinic is hygienic and spacious, and the prices are affordable for everyone.

Negative experience: Disappointing experience. I went in for a hygiene appointment that cost £120, expecting thorough care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience was far from that. First, I had to wait for an entire hour past my scheduled time with no apology or concern from the staff about the delay. When I was finally seen, the hygienist completed the session in just 25 minutes, which felt rushed and not worth the high price tag. There was a clear lack of respect for my time and money. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others.

Fantastic experience: had an absolutely outstanding experience from the very first phone call. The clinic was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful- they even called me before my appointment to make sure I knew where to park. That small gesture made a big difference during a stressful time. When I arrived, the clinic environment was warm, friendly, and caring, and I immediately felt reassured. I was seen by Dr. Agne and her assistant Andzelika, who both went above and beyond for me. They managed to fit me in last-minute for an emergency appointment and made what could’ve been a traumatic experience feel calm, safe, and pain-free. They explained everything thoroughly, gave me great advice, and constantly checked on how I was feeling. They even spoke to me gently throughout the procedure, which helped keep me calm- and most importantly, I didn’t feel a thing. This was hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had, especially given the circumstances. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr Agne, Andzelika, and the entire team for their care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. I honestly couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly. Thank you again for everything!

Fantastic experience: 100/10 couldn’t recommend this dental practice more. All staff members are friendly and accommodating. Went in for a checkup and was given a clear treatment plan that has went very well. My teeth felt sensitive after a treatment but that was taken care of and the sensitivity is all gone! Seriously the best dental clinic in Grays.

Fantastic experience: I want to say a big thank you to Kristina for my mouth hygiene treatment today. I’m usually very afraid of this procedure, but she was absolutely lovely—attentive to my needs and very understanding of my fear. Thanks to her patience and detailed explanations, everything went smoothly. Of course, this isn’t my favorite procedure, but it’s necessary, and she made it as comfortable as possible. I also want to mention the receptionist, who was so lovely and polite. From the moment you call to book an appointment to the time you visit the clinic, she creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that you feel at ease right away. I highly recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: In 2022 years went in Medic In with toothache. I was not given any detailed information about the options I have to heal this tooth and the only thing I was offered was to have root canals ,which I did.After the procedure I continue to live with pain in this tooth and I had to contact many other specialists to understand what is going on and to continue the treatment.In Medic In it was not offered to me a crown or any other option to deal with the problem, only a root canal, which turns out to be a very problematic procedure and not always successful.This was not explained to me!To be completely honest, all the doctors say that the canals are filled perfectly, but I live every day with pain in this tooth And I have £1,000 worth of endodontic treatment coming up.The other very big problem I had with this dental clinic is that I replaced a filling on a front tooth And as a result of which the filling was made so that my front tooth became transparent Which left me with a very unpleasant feeling and I had a situation where I was crying in the clinic and the real solution they could offer me was to continue to put a filling in the back but since my bite It is very dense and the filling became very high. After that I went several times for correction. During one of these corrections, the dentist, while fixing my tooth, slightly rubbed her dental drill and cut part of my front tooth by mistake. And so, as a result of my treatments i Medic In I ended up with painful dead tooth and transparent and shorter front tooth NOT HAPPY AT ALL! They may have had patients with successful treatments, but I was not one of them

Negative experience: worst experience ever! they filled the child's teeth twice, I paid £260 only for 2 fillings that fell out after a month and a half! and they don't have child insurance! and what does this mean that I pay £140 a month for a seal? teeth that didn't do anything hurt even now! it is not normal to pay £700 and still have pain and broken teeth!!!!

Negative experience: Tai ivyko keletas menesiu atgal ,bet kadangi buvau per daug uzsiemusi negalejau parasyti sito review, bet nutyleti taip pat negalejau. Jiems svarbiausia pinigai, ne pacientai. Nesutikau su jų nuomone - buvau išmesta iš dantų klinikos - pasakė kad šiuo momentu neturi laboratorijos kur gamina dantų protezus, nors savo Interneto puslapyje skelbiasi, kad dantys protezuojami. Aš kaip tik ir buvau pas juos dėl to pasitikrinti, nes turejau skausma po sena dantu karūnėle. Prieš patikrinimą, kuris buvo mokamas (£50) jie nesakė, kad negalės padėti, nes neturi labaratorijos, bet kai pasakiau jiems kad buvau be priežasties nusiųsta pas dantenų ligų specialistą, ir tas man kainavo dar £150, jie pasielgė švelniai sakant negražiai noredami manimi atsikratyti nes nepatiko mano replika . Taip galų gale sumokėjus £200, negavau jokio gydymo ir buvau priversta pradėti viską iš naujo. Galu gale kreipiausi I kitus specialistus kur is karto buvo nustatyta man visiskai kita skausmo priezastis ko nesugebejo nustatyti Medic-in tariami dentologai . Zinau , kad jie visada ras tau malonu pasiaskinima I replikas noredami parodyti , kad yra teisus ,bet tai toli grazu ne taip nes taip kaip jie pasielge tai ir rodo kad jiems nesvarbu paciento sveikata ... Nerekomenduoju niekam!

Negative experience: I have recently visted this clinic and have had a very bad experience from the start. The dentist had no patience and didnt explain my treatment fully. Every question i was asking the dentist she was cutting me short. The dentist and her assistant were talking in their own language at all times and made me feel uncomfortable, you dont speak your own language when treating English speaking patients for 2 reasons number 1 its very disrespectful and number 2 im paying you,and I want you to fully concentrate on the job in hand and not have a full on conversation, laughing and joking with your assistant. I will never return to this clinic again.

Fantastic experience: I have had bad experiences in the past with Dental services. I have been using Medic In for 2 years now and would rate them as excellent. The Dentists and staff are all friendly. All aspects, prices and options for treatment are explained in advance. They all really care about the health of your teeth and gums and now mine are perfect. I would definitely recommend their services and would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Dr Jane Kotik and Ineta. They saw me out of hours a couple of weeks ago. I was so sad I broke a front tooth, but they were there for me! They are truly an exceptional team. Naturally I am nervous when I go to dentists, but Dr Jane and Ineta took all that worry away from me. Great restoration of my front tooth, beautiful shade and shape match. Prices are very affordable too. My highest compliments regarding the cleanliness of the practice, best facilities for an excellent customer service!
