Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the dentist home whitening kit. It was my first time having a 3D scan-it was great. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, appointments were quick and efficient, and communication was excellent throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering teeth whitening or dental care.

Negative experience: I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience at Thomas Dental Clinic, I feel obligated to warn others. Especially anyone considering braces or cosmetic work like composite bonding. I came to this clinic with a simple goal: close the small gap in my teeth and improve my smile. I paid around £4,000 for braces, trusting that the clinic had fully removed the composite bonding on my teeth before starting the orthodontic process. That’s what I was told – that the composite had been removed. So I assumed I was starting fresh. But that wasn’t true. Fast forward to the end of my orthodontic treatment. I went to a new, more competent dentist, and to my shock, they showed me that composite was still on my teeth. You can literally see it. Which means: • The gap I thought I was closing wasn’t actually a true gap – the composite was simply covering it. • The braces I paid thousands for were based on false assumptions. • I essentially wasted thousands of pounds correcting a problem that was never properly identified or addressed in the first place. That alone is unacceptable. But it gets worse. They also fitted permanent retainers that have fallen out at least four times. I had to keep going back to get them re-attached. It became a cycle of frustration – and frankly, I started to question whether they were using poor-quality materials or simply rushing the job to get me in and out. From my experience, this clinic feels like a money grab. A place more focused on upselling procedures than ensuring those procedures are done correctly. There is clearly a lack of proper checks, accountability, and long-term patient care. I trusted them with my smile and my money, and I feel completely let down on both fronts. In hindsight, I regret not getting a second opinion earlier. If you’re considering this clinic, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere – especially if you’re investing serious money into your teeth. Dentistry is not just about aesthetics. It’s about precision, trust, and long-term results.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely at ease. The practice has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and every single member of staff was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. The team go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, and the level of care and attention to detail is truly first class. It’s rare to find a dental practice that feels this luxurious while still being so approachable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Positive experience: The place had a great ambiance and the staff were lovely. I went for a hygiene, scale and polish and the results were noticeable and I was happy with the stain removal at the front however I did notice there was still plaque on my wisdom tooth at the back when I left

The hygiene therapist, Suzie Rowley, was amazing — very knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything as she went along. Fantastic experience: Best hygiene dentist in Manchester city Centre 5 stars. I’ve been going to this dentist for about a year and a half i’ve seen a massive improvement of my gum disease and my teeth so much better now. The dentist spends time like a good half an hour making sure you’re A deep clean it’s well worth the money and recommend to everybody. The reception the dentist great service. the places is Fabulous, always really good music. Best dentist in Manchester if you’re looking for a private dentist.

Fantastic experience: My daughter started her alignment treatment around 18 weeks ago, Tomas clinic have been incredible from the start. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming and the practice is so beautiful it's not like your average dentist it's very classy.

Fantastic experience: Originally found the Tomas Dental Clinic through Groupon for a scale and polish due to not being able to get into my own dentist during Covid fast forward a few years and Tomas Dental Clinic have been supporting me ever since, in their modern spa like facility which helped me get over my fear of outdated dentist. I would recommend their services to anyone who’s looking for an alternative high class experience at fair price, after all you get what you pay for and I never felt satisfied following my rushed NHS appointments which are now a thing of the past for me.

Negative experience: Avoid! Avoid! Or attend at own risk [Respond to the Clinic's reply] Futher to your reply, I made it clear I did not trust any of your hygienist due to the initial poor cleaning procedure. My second appointment had left me with continuous pain cause by Andre "the director" which I have already mentioned in my formal complaint email to you . Paid in full? You refunded my £63 which was charge extra whilst on the treatment chair , the dishonesty is the reason why I never wanted to deal with Tomas Clinic any more. [Original review] I do not recommend. Went to this clinic as they had an offer! Be aware they will try and charge you full price by lying about extra work required once you're on the chair, found them dodgy, poor clean up process , rushed and only to find out ot wasn't done properly. All this 5 start reviews ain't genuine, how can all this people have a positive experience only I to go there and get a terrible procedure? I regret getting in touch with them! Not for me. Fantastic experience: What a pleasant experience. The hygienist named Niamh was so considerate, lots of knowledge, her delivery was of a pristine level .. I thought I was seeing a hygienist but her quality of service supersedes the best dentist in the world. No pain experienced throughout the whole treatment unlike other dentist .. Highly recommended and most definitely will be back asap. The receptionist named Laura is also extremely helpful , understanding and literally deserves 2 promotions.

The booking was so easy, I got the cancellation arranged for my appointment slot for the scale & polish, using my voucher. Don't hesitate. The reviews were right. Suzie (& the other lady, a lovely Dental Hygienist) were so quick to put me at ease. They answered queries. And offered after care advice & support, and samples to help. I felt really looked after, and my teeth were sparkling in way less than 30 minutes (!) I had no idea it could happen so quick & without pain. I was laughing away during the end of the treatment, after being nervous before. My smile looks great. My tooth scaling was much needed, but nervousness had caused me to leave after a check up before at another private clinic. Not here :) Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: I’m currently receiving Invisalign treatment with Tomas Dental and the whole experience has been unmatched. Positive experience: This was my first time getting a scale and polish on recommendation of a different dentist. I came here through Groupon. I didn’t really know what to expect, but my teeth now feel and look lovely and clean and the minimal plaque there was is gone. All I would say is that I was in and out very fast: less than ten minutes which surprised me. I was expecting the appointment to have taken around half an hour.

I went there to see the hygienist both welcoming and really lovely people I’m very qualified. I can honestly say she did an absolute amazing job. Fantastic experience: I needed a replacment for my metal crown, which had popped out of its tooth. An NHS treatment would only put in a temporary crown, which I'm told can end up costing you more given they don't last as long. I consulted the dentist at the practice here, Faraz, who recommended a porcelain replacement at a reasonable price. I had the initial consultation + 2 one hour appointments, within a 4-week period. Everything went smoothly and very happy with the job. I was seen to very quickly, no waiting around in reception. The practice itself looks very new and modern. Conveniantly located in the city centre.

Although I wasn’t a patient here previously, when I called the receptionist she took it urgently and luckily someone cancelled and I was seen as soon as. Even though it’s more on the pricey side, the experience was worth it. The staff were very kind and I’m grateful to DR. Thomas Andre in particular. I Highly recommend for their service, kind demeanor and professionalism. They will definitely see me again for any future issues I have.

I finally decided on composite veneers which was preformed by Dr. Farez. His time, skills and attention to detail is reflected in my results and I could not be happier! The care and treatment I have been receiving so far has been amazing. So many curtesy calls and wellfair checks post apps. Correspondence is second to none. I've never had to wait around for an appointment either. My journey here will be spread over a year, and I've gone from being so nervous and apprehensive to commence treatment on one of my biggest insecurities, to now feeling so confident and reassured by the lovely team, that I get excited for each pending appointment. Fantastic experience: The foyer is absolutely beautiful and the receptionists are so welcoming, I immediately felt at ease whilst waiting for my treatment. The hygienist went through my medical history with me and talked me through each step of my scale and polish, even explaining the numbering system when checking my teeth. Fantastic experience: First impression upon entering was complete serenity. It’s certainly very different to any other practice I’ve visited. Super high tech equipment and knowledgeable, kind staff made the visit a calming experience. Laura was especially empathetic and certainly tamed any nerves I usually experience at a dentist. So pleased I made the choice to visit.

Fantastic experience: After struggling to find a capable dentist Andre was recommended to me and I could not be happier with the decision to be under his care. I have been having Invisalign treatment since March. I have found Andre's professionalism incomparable and I have felt very well looked after by Andre and Chloe in what can be a daunting experience. I have recently had lip fillers and could not be happier with the result. Andre guided me through the process and asked for my input. His work ethic and dedication to getting successful results would definitely make me recommend this practice.
