Fantastic experience: I recently visited Keppel Advanced Dentistry regarding a dental implant and discovered Tom, Carl and the whole team are amazing. They are professional and friendly and put you at ease. Carl has done the implant which was an extremely smooth and pain free experience. He was very professional and took the time to talk me through the process including the aftercare which was reassuring. I got a call the following morning to make sure I was okay which is great. I am due to have a check up shortly and will then see Tom for the next part of the treatment. I am really looking forward to seeing the end result.

Fantastic experience: I have been on a year long dental journey at Keppel Dentistry and if I could give them a 10 star review I would. From day 1 I have been made to feel so welcome by every single member of staff at the practice, always greeted with a lovely smile. My dental plan was discussed at length and in detail in Jan 2025 with absolutely no pressure to make a quick decision on the dental work that was suggested to me. Thank goodness I made the decision to go ahead with the work. I knew it would be a long journey but it really has been the best decision I have ever made. From someone who never ever smiled without hiding my teeth I am now at a stage where my confidence is growing to smile more naturally. And ... I can now eat so many more foods which I had avoided for years. Thank you to all the lovely staff.. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Tom Keppel’s surgery for over 16 years and recently with Carl Manhem, and during those years have always been treated as a special person and not just a patient. I have now reached an age where my teeth are getting younger than me, but over the years, with Tom’s skill, we have been able to stave off edentulousness(!) though it’s gradually becoming a losing battle I fear... I do not for one second have any hesitation in recommending Keppel Advanced Dentistry.
Fantastic experience: When, after 15 years, my lovely London dentist moved away I was faced with the unenviable task of finding another. Unfortunately with appointment costs the way they are it is not possible to try out a few. I struck lucky with Dr. Keppel. The atmosphere is welcoming and I was fairly quickly put at my ease. I wasn't put under any pressure to have treatments that may or may not be necessary. Very happy. No more onerous trips to London and parking on site! In the end my London dentist did me a favour because I would never have left his practice.

Fantastic experience: I don’t like the dentist, any dentist. Never have, never will. But Tom is a different kind of dentist. He’s quite nice! The service offered by the practise is excellent, the technology they use helps, they explain what they’re going to do and why. That helps me. I don’t feel so out of control. Tom goes far out of his way to keep you grounded and involved. And he’s an interesting bloke. If I have to go to a dentist then it should be Keppel. Don’t get me wrong, I still don’t want to go, but it’s a better experience than Ive had in my previous 60 years. If you have to go, give them a go. I’ve had implants, crowns, and fillings. My teeth look better than they have for 40 years. People tell me how lucky i am to have nice teeth, it’s not luck. It’s having a good dentist.

Negative experience: I had to have an emergency appointment as a tooth I had removed resulted in a dry pocket. I went here as the advertising showed processes for calming nervous patients. The experience was awful, excruciating pain and when I tried to stop the procedure the dentist held me down.

Fantastic experience: I’m two days post implant surgery and wanted to write how amazing the team at Keppel has been throughout my care. I had Dr Carl Manhem and Charlotte looking after me and they were the perfect clinicians; they were kind, supportive and professional. I was very, very anxious before my procedure but both Carl and Charlotte made me feel very safe and listened to. Carl is brilliant at putting into lay terms his incredible levels of knowledge and helping you understand what is going to happen. He listened to my worries throughout and answered all my questions with compassion. Negative experience: Make up prices as they go along. Double the cost of anywhere else and keep you going back for more and more treatment you may or may not need. When you question cost or treatment they are hostile, don’t like being asked and never give a straight answer or explanation. Some of their methods are questionable at best and I’m sure they are simply about making as much money as possible rather than doing right by their patients.

Fantastic experience: I have had a LOT of dental work done over the years, both in the US and the UK, and I've never found a dentist as good as Tom - both in terms of skill & ability and attitude & manner. Many dentists in the past have been hyper-critical about letting dental work slip, and then essentially 'telling me off' for it when I'm already in pain and feeling regretful in the first place (!!) Dr Tom Keppel is the joyful opposite of this, he spends no time on chiding you for your delays - and instead focuses on supporting you now: getting you out of pain and coming up with a plan to get you and your dental health back on track. I have had an array of dental work done at Keppel and have found urgent dental work, maintenance and hygiene care and cosmetic work to all be of the same very high quality. Everyone who works at Keppel Dentistry is friendly and professional from reception/ appointment-taking, treatment, planning, billing, through to follow-up.

I was not sure how much of a difference I was going to see afterwards but Henry and team have done amazingly in straightening my teeth with braces. I am happy I went with the braces option as opposed to invisiglin. I took advice from Henry on this and the results have paid off. I would highly recommend Keppel.
