Fantastic experience: Dentist, Hygienist, and receptionist were all really nice, friendly and very professional. Service and treatment was exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I am the most nervous patient at the dentist and both the dentist and hygienist completely put my mind at ease. The whole family come here now. Can not recommend highly enough. Amazing kind and caring staff, reception team are lovely. If there were 10 stars I would give them 10!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at this surgery for the last 14 years, and genuinely it is the best practice. They really look after their patients. The staff are so nice and friendly and know everyone’s names, ask how families are etc, it’s a really lovely personal touch. Most people dread going to the dentist, but I don’t because I know I’ll be looked after and cared for in a sensitive and caring manner. Couldn’t recommend this practice more

Fantastic experience: Hello, had a check up with Leona on Friday, appointment was running on time (almost) Leona and her assistant were super-friendly and treated me with warmth and personableness along with the professionalism that comes as standard. Reception staff also very nice smiley and friendly and helpful. I actually enjoyed my visit!! Have included pics for Leona. My dog, and a bug hotel in case she would like one for Christmas ;D

Fantastic experience: As I’m a very shy and reserved gentleman that finds the prospect of dental visits quite intimidating, I always find the staff at envisage very helpful and most accommodating to my needs, Rachael & Cindy on the reception desk in my opinion should immediately receive an improved salary as they are always happy and able to go above the call of duty to assist me if I need to use the toilet or help me up the stairs. Jade the hygienist is probably the best in the region and Maria & her assistant are also of the highest order. Top marks are definitely awarded. I have nothing but praise…. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this practice enough, I've just joined. I'm so glad I changed from my awful NHS dentist who kept cancelling appointments. My fear of hygienist appointments has now gone due to an excellent pain free service. I've also just had a tooth taken out and my fear of this and the injection has also gone due to another excellent service. From the lovely ladies on reception, hygienist, dental assistants and dentist all were extremely friendly, welcoming and calming. Easy to book appointments with short wait time.

Fantastic experience: I arrived early. Just in case traffic was bad. And was seen early. Very swift and quick service.

Negative experience: Not all denplan cover is adopted at this practice, there choice not to cover, even if in your plan. So you think your covered but when it comes to it you are asked to pay. I think if treatment needed and is in your plan then it should be cover by all denplan dentists. Poor show . Staff are very nice, but companies policy not to cover all Denplan treatment.
