Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for over three years all the staff are very friendly and helpful, they have dental plans or pay on the day of treatment. I have a lot of health issues and take a lot of drugs and they were knowledgeable on both of these issues, I had to have a lot of teeth removed due to not being able to access a dentist due to Covid then falling over and breaking my remaining teeth I originally wanted implants but they advised me this was not possible due to health concerns, which they advised me about but had to opt for false teeth the whole process was very easy and relatively pain free the new teeth fit very well after a few adjustments everyone I know has complemented me on how I smile so much more now and how good my teeth look now. This is from a patient that hates dentists and only went when absolutely necessary.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the practice for just over two years having a variety of treatments carried out. More recently i have had a post put in to support a crown on my lower jaw and a second dental implant is in the process. Being a very anxious patient i have found the staff at the practice to be very understanding and professional on every occasion. From the moment you arrive you are always greeted with such a warm friendly smile from the receptionists which immediately puts you at ease. The surgery staff, dentists and hygienist are always so professional, caring and give you such good advice. I never hesitate in recommending the practice to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: After some bad advice and treatment by another dentist I was in need of a solution for missing bottom teeth and a general overhaul. From the first consultation and every interaction after the team were understanding and courteous. I opted for a partial denture, which has been great! The follow up appointments to get the correct fit were no problem for Dr N Velan. With the other work completed and a few visits to the hygenist I can now smile with confidence again! Fantastic experience: I required two implants and was recommended and referred to this practise by my NHS dentist. I had already researched who could offer this service in my area and The Denture & Implant Clinic came very high on my short list. I attended a consultation to discuss my needs and everything about the procedure, cost and timeline was clearly explained. Throughout the whole procedure, I have been well looked after and advised and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I received clear instructions for day to day and after care for my implants and I'm only a phone call away if I need further advice or treatment. Implants are an investment and I'm glad I chose this practise. All in all, an excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment Having had much Dental work over the years I was very happy with the check up and especially the actual Implant treatment day, it's painful and takes time to complete correctly. However I felt in safe hands it was a very clean and well managed environment. The implant so far has worked well for me, and if I needed further treatment I would return.

Fantastic experience: My son is 7 and has always struggled with his dental visits - he cries and until the age of 5 wouldn’t open his mouth as was scared of the environment . Natasha was amazing she set him at ease from the start in the waiting room. Making sure he was comfortable and understood what was happening. Natasha made him feel happy and smile relating to him. He went back on the chair - had his whole mouth open and examined and even had all of his teeth cleaned with the water pump. This is progress. Natasha showed him how to brush properly and what to do! The importance of getting to every tooth and how. Wow thank you so much! I honestly think this has overcome some dental fear by visiting Natasha - worth every pound - thank you if anyone has a little one worried about dental visits this really helped. X

Fantastic experience: I want to thank the whole team for all my care. My whole dental implant experience from start to finish was excellent. Time was taken in my Initial appointment to carefully explain all that I would be going through. The extraction and temporary implant went well and I had antibiotic cover at that time. My initial permanent implant was not quite right in size and colour and a second implant was fashioned. This was perfect. I have just had my final review and tooth hygeniene advice from the hygienist. All is well and I am thrilled with my implant. Thank you so much from a very grateful patient.

Positive experience: I have had my dental implant here. The customer care is not the best!!! I have been asking for an email confirmation of my dental work for more than a week, no email or response to date. The receptionists are not aware of what they are meant to do. I would expect a better knowledge and care when one has to pay such a humongous price for implant and crown replacement.

Negative experience: I was referred to this practice by my dentist for implant treatment. I had read the reviews and was optimistic about the service I might hope to receive. I came down with the flu a few days before my appointment and rang to let them know, giving almost 3 days' notice. They said they would waive the 3 day cancellation policy "as a goodwill gesture". I was so surprised that there should be any debate about this. I felt - and must have sounded - so poorly and had given plenty of notice. I asked if I could reschedule at a later date when I felt better, but the receptionist was unsympathetic, just kept repeating the cancellation policy to me, and said if I didn't reschedule immediately, they would no longer accept me as a patient. I'm quite incredulous. I have lived all around the country and have therefore attended numerous different dental practices in the private sector, and I don't think I've ever experienced such a mercenary attitude or lack of customer care. As a new patient, this experience has undermined any faith in the care I might have hoped to receive at the practice. It's clear that money and business comes before any regard for patient needs or experience. So disappointed, and will be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this clinic for several years now for dental check ups, hygienist and dental implants. I stay with them because of the excellent care I get there. I was always afraid of dentists but I feel so safe and looked after by all the staff there, they do excellent work, very professional, but are also kind caring and understanding. Even though I've moved further away I stay there because I feel I can trust them and rely on them. I've had 2 lots of implants done there over the past 10 years and am very pleased with the results and care taken. I am also pleased that they take care to explain everything to me, provide options, give really good advice and provide appropriate follow up. I previously signed up for the Denplan (still using it) because it helps me to spread the cost as well as being a bit cheaper than paying for each check up separately. Just as important to me is that it means I get reminders of appointments for the dentist and the hygienist which prompts me to go rather than put it off which I was inclined to do in the past. All in all would highly recommend this practise to anyone looking for treatment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been searching for a dentist to help me with some complex issues and lay out every option to me without any bias to one particular treatment plan for a long time without much success till I found The Denture and Implant clinic. The team here were brilliant from the first phone call to the service received on the day. Nothing felt rushed and you felt they were genuinely interested to listen to the issues you are having. Time was taken to go through your X-rays and issues in detail and multiple plans were laid out in great details with all pros and cons. Nothing felt forced and you felt free to make a decision without any pressure while also feeling you had all the information to do so confidently. I’ve Genuinely never been to a better Dentist and from a service point of view I’ve never felt more like a valued customer which is increasingly rare these days. I would 100% recommend this dentist to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I had been referred to this clinic for a tooth extraction. I was dreading it as I'd had a bad experience somewhere else a few years ago. However the staff could not have been kinder or more efficient, and the tooth was very quickly and painlessly removed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Shafique and her dental nurses who really know what they are doing. I will certainly return if I need something similar in future.

Fantastic experience: First of all, this is a genuine and independent 5 Star review. I thought I would clarify that before continuing. So, when my crown fell out and I discovered I would need to replace the tooth, I was quite concerned to say the least. I really didn't want to have to have this gap in my molars and I didn't know where to turn. I began researching implant clinics and just couldn't decide as I didn't know these places personally. There were concerns about what service I would get, what the people would be like and would I be ripped off. Eventually I settled for The Denture and Implant Clinic based on their reviews and just took a leap of faith. What a fantastic decision I made. The process from start to finish was approximately 6 months and at every stage I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism. I mean, really! The reception staff were professional and kind, the management were professional and kind, the hygienist was professional and kind, the dentists were all, guess what... professional and kind. I am genuinely recommending the Denture and Implant Clinic to you all for the value for money, the peace of mind and the way that they just know what they are doing at every stage of the process.

Fantastic experience: A truly professional set up with caring and understanding staff, delivering a wide range of dental services that I have had as part of my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had an infected back tooth removed, then received a double implant to replace that and the adjacent tooth, previously extracted. Since I had delayed seeking an implant due to the pandemic and there had been some bone loss in the intervening time, I was also given extra (artificial) bone to ensure a secure setting for the implants. I suffered no pain during the procedure or after, but was advised to take painkillers, thoughtfully supplied by the clinic in a care pack following surgery, regardless, in order to help reduce swelling and aid healing. After a three-month healing period (with an initial soft-food diet to avoid harming the implant area), the crowns were screwed into the implants and I was able to enjoy eating on the left side of my mouth again! I feel I was very well looked after from start to finish by the helpful, friendly and efficient personnel at the clinic, with a knowledgeable treatment co-ordinator available to answer any queries. I chose to use the Denture & Implant Clinic because their focus seems to be on doing their utmost to achieve the best possible outcome for each individual. I am extremely happy with my choice and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Denture and Implant Clinic can only be described as perfect. The staff polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to have full arch dental implant prosthesis replacement and I discovered the clinic by internet search. I was impressed with what I read and decided to check them out. When I arrived at the clinic and met Suril I quickly realised this was the place for me. His knowledge was so impressive that I knew I was in safe hands. Suril discussed fully with me the potential treatment options and helped me understand the benefits of different materials. Apart from being very knowledgeable I soon realised that nothing was too much trouble for him. Suril arranged various meetings with implant and dental experts and the final treatment was decided. I have a 5 hour round trip by car to get to the clinic so Suril arranged that most of the treatment could be completed in one day. That day Suril and Terry worked late to complete the planned treatment. Working on after the clinic’s normal closing time, all for my benefit because of the travelling. During the treatment I felt confident and comfortable throughout. The work is now completed and the new prosthesis fitted. Suril completed a final check today and advised me on cleaning and after care. I am very pleased with the end result. It is better than I ever expected and I am so glad I come across the Denture and Implant Clinic on the internet. I can strongly recommend the Suril and his team. Suril, thank you very much it has been a pleasure. I look forward to my next check up.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this Clinic by my dentist as I needed an implant. I was nervous about the procedure but the team were thorough and explained the steps to me. It was a long process (due to healing from extraction/implant) but the appointments were fast and painless. I did not experience any discomfort from any of my sessions. Gum disease controlled, then 11 implants placed at the back and mixture of 12 crowns and veneers at the front. I have a difficult mouth to deal with so I actually travel from Godalming in Surrey while I am able to. I first started with the practice when they were in Cheam.
