Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth extraction performed by my dentist, Paul ably assisted by dental nurse Martina. As an extremely nervous patient due to a traumatic experience elsewhere, many years ago I dreaded this. I have been treated sensitively, with highest degree of professionalism and sharing of information throughout. Paul's expertise in extracting an infected tooth was just amazing and I wish to recognise him publicly. Reception staff are so efficient, professional and friendly and thankyou so much.

From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted by name and welcomed by the friendly and bubbly reception team. The dental care I receive is top-notch, and I appreciate the expert advice and guidance provided by my dentist, Samaan. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, putting me at ease during treatments. His dental nurse, Leona, is also fantastic. The practice's timely dental plan helps me stay on top of costs and plan ahead. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the service and care provided by Cassidy's – couldn't recommend them more highly!

Fantastic experience: Had a great hygiene visit at Cassidy Dental! From the moment I arrived, Janet was so friendly and welcoming—she really helped put me at ease as I can be nervous at the dentist. The dental nurse was also lovely and full of great conversation, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and professional. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Cassidy Dental to anyone! Also the girls at the front desk were top class.

Negative experience: Wery surprised by reviews. My expiriense is not only 1 hour waiting time when l can earn money at work. But my cheek stay all black after taking tooth aut. Assume this can be becouse so big preasure by the hands. Not feeling alright to go aut looking like that.Not menshen realley realley cosmic prise for so poor servise . Not recomendet to visit this Dental clinic for any one.

Dr Tom Cassidy is a gentleman and a professional who is an expert with implantations. He is particularly skilled at injecting nerve blocks in an almost pain free manner. Dr John Burton (GP)

After a very poor experience with another dentist that damaged my tooth I came here hoping for some help. I had a new molar crown fitted by Ailish, and she did a fantastic job - I am so appreciative! I also want to give a shoutout to Leona who worked alongside Ailish, and also the lovely receptionist team who were so kind assisting me with booking appointments that allowed me to attend despite my busy schedule and have the work carried out to a great standard. I highly recommend this dental surgery, thank you everyone!

Fantastic experience: I went 4 the first time to Cassidy Dental cuz my local dentist advise m too once i had tricky wisom thooth 4 remove. My local one try to remove buh the thooth keep breaking he couldnt do nothing more so he advise me Cassidy Dental . I was so in panic when i went to Cassidys once the local try everything and couldnt remove ,i was really nervouse i even ask my partner 4 go with me just in case something goes wrong...anyways my reviews couldnt be better. What a great dentist i couldnt ask 4 a better professional, very friendly buh the most important very good at his profession. Its very hard to find a very good professional special in my opinion on the health care, this dentist Cassidy its more then 5 stars

As someone who 'dislikes the dentist', due to past experiences elsewhere - for the first time I genuinely felt in safe hands and appreciated the fact that Nuala and the team were very gentle and the receptionist team was incredibly helpful.
