Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with the service I have received at this practice and highly recommend it! Around 10 months ago I was exasperated with severe gum disease that just wasn’t improving despite regular hygienist appointments. My 1st meeting with Christina was so positive and she assured me that treatment was possible and she carried out 2 deep clean sessions. Unlike, other dental visits there was no discomfort and they talk you through the process and make sure you’re comfortable at all times. Unfortunately, Christina left the practice but I needn’t have worried as I was put in the equally capable hands of Jose. The deep cleans did improve my gum health but they told me I needed to extract all 4 wisdom teeth as the pockets were still deep and were impacting the health of my other teeth. I also had surgery on 3 teeth. I was so nervous but again they talked me through it all and gave me an oral sedative which helped me to relax and it was again pain free. I returned to the practice yesterday for a review and received the news that my gum health is now good and the deep pockets have gone. I just need to see a hygienist regularly to maintain this- which I will do at Carrisbrooke. I’m ‘over the moon!’ and can’t thank the staff enough!! Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with TJM (jaw) problems for months now and i was recommended to see Dr Vikki Wynne for acupuncture. This morning is the first time in months i have woke up not in agony with my jaw! And just after one session! I would highly recommend this treatment to anybody suffering with jaw pain/ ache. Fantastic experience: I joined Carisbrooke many years ago after an emergency referral to correct a root canal done badly elsewhere. The treatment I received was so excellent I stayed as a general dentist patient. I had to have another root canal yesterday and again the experience was exceptional. Great care taken to ensure I knew what was happening every step and that I was relaxed and comfortable at all times. I have received a call and email today to check how things are - wonderful care and I'm happy to report only the most minor discomfort (not even requiring a paracetamol!). Fantastic experience: I had a root canal procedure performed at the Carlbrooke Dental Practice.The Dentist, Tousif Nathani was very professional and kind . Prior to the treatment he explained what my options were and what my chosen treatment would involve, including recovery times and costs. On the day of the surgery I was very nervous but Tousif and his nurse put me at ease . He used a numbing gel before injecting the local anaesthetic so I honestly felt no pain! Obviously during the procedure I heard lots of noises from the drill etc also pressure but Tousif was constantly monitoring and asking if I was ok . The dental nurse was also very professional and kind . I have only praise for the practice, the reception staff , communication,cleanliness, comfort and parking facilities. Thank you

I am very pleased to say that I am very happy with the service and treatment I received. Dr Tousif Nathaniel in particular must receive my greatest thanks. He was professionally friendly, asked appropriate questions, listened to my answers, remained calm, explained clearly what he was going to do and then did it. I was in no discomfort. I did not feel stressed. That night I slept extremely well. Having had a longterm infection I was monitored so had a follow up appointment. Fantastic experience: Really good experience with Jeremy and team, all the way through from Reception to Surgery. I had three implants into a very complex arrangement and was very pleased with the result. Everything was explained clearly, with alternative treatments to consider, before committing to the work. It took a long time, but I felt that the recovery periods built in were necessary so wasn’t too bothered and wouldn’t want to have felt rushed. There was no pressure to get anything done and any questions I asked were fully answered each time. I would recommend Jeremy and his team to my family and friends for complex dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: I must say I had an amazing experience at Carisbrooke Dental in Leicester with Dr Tousif Nathani and Dr José Zurdo. I needed an apical surgery to save a tooth and a gum graft, and both specialists worked together seamlessly. Dr Nathani, the Specialist Endodontist, was so calm and reassuring throughout my apical surgery, and Dr Zurdo, the Specialist Periodontist, did an incredible job with the grafting. They both explained everything clearly and made the whole process so comfortable. Incredible hands !! Thank you so much. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Tousif Nathani at Carisbrooke Dental in Leicester, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I came in quite nervous, but he was so calm, kind, and professional that I instantly felt comfortable. He explained everything clearly and took so much care throughout my root canal treatment. You can really tell he’s an expert and in what he does. The clinic itself is beautiful and modern, and you can see that Dr Nathani is a true Specialist Endodontist who’s passionate about saving teeth rather than rushing to extract them. Positive experience: The staff and the treatment at Carisbrooke has always been very good. I had a check up and a discussion as to having a dental bridge very similar to one I had four years previously. I was very shocked to find the cost had more than doubled so will not be proceeding with the treatment and will look at alternatives.

Positive experience: Technically very good, but charges are very unclear. Could provide more efficient dental care ie. Hygiene could be used to assess need for a dental check, not both.
Fantastic experience: Viral is such a caring dentist.. specialising in putting you at ease, and explaining everything as he attends to your teeth! He is also meticulous with the procedures. I have had veneers, crowns and implants at the surgery, all of which are carried out with care and sensitivity. Jose took immense care and time with my implants, and Viral and he together have given me a smile that I am proud of! Monica, my hygienist is also excellent, and has definitely contributed towards the health of my teeth. I should also mention the wonderful dental nurses!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience. Fiona clearly explained the procedure and showed me photos of the 2 molars that needed crowns. I was slightly traumatised by a previous dentist visit, but I was soon put at ease. The procedure was painless, and I am very pleased with the result. Rhea, Fiona's assistant, was also very professional and efficient and put me at ease with her sense of humour. Highly recommended.
