Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience having Invisalign with Brian at Kingston orthodontics. He has been very friendly and professional. Throughout the whole process I felt cared for and trusted them completely. When there was an option of taking an easier route Brian gave his professional opinion and took on doing the extra work needed. I am so pleased with the treatment I have received and I don't feel embarrassed by my teeth anymore. Julie was great in doing scans and in giving extra advice when needed. Lynn was super helpful when booking appointments and in keeping me in the loop with any delays. I would highly recommend orthodontic treatment here with Brian and his team. Absolutely brilliant.

They Explain the entire process in great detail and inform you of everything you need to know to make the journey feel as smooth as possible and put you at ease. Thanks to their expertise and care, especially post surgery, braces and particularly surgery, did not feel as bad as I had envisioned. You do not feel alone post-surgery as they are truly compassionate and keep checking on you. Dr. Slater is vigilant and monitors your braces with great detail, adjusting them accordingly with each stage to ensure a perfect end result and a perfect bite. In addition, Rosselle, the dental hygiene therapist, has the most gentle hands and you leave pain-free with great oral care each time. I cannot recommend the highly skilled team of orthodontists, nurses, coordinators, and receptionists at Kingston Orthodontics highly enough. Outstanding service and team, and the practice design itself makes you feel warm and welcomed from the moment you enter!

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to share, I am a clinician myself so know a good one when I see one, Dr Slater is not only incredible at her craft and highly skilled but is a compassionate, personable and kind hearted person, I went back today after finishing treatment a few years ago to get a retainer replaced and it was all sorted out quickly smoothly, she remembered things about me from years back that I had actually forgotten myself! Fantastic experience: My orthodontic treatment took 24 months, and everything went exactly as planned. Dr Slater is not only highly professional and skilled but also genuinely caring. She noticed things I didn’t even realise needed correction — from adjusting my lower teeth and bite to opening gaps and reshaping the arch. Every detail was handled with such precision, and the results are amazing! She was always efficient, providing the right amount of trays (sometimes even extras) and ensuring there were no unexpected costs from start to finish. I’m so grateful for her expertise and kindness — I’ll truly miss seeing her regularly!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Kingston Orthodontics has been life changing. I was so embarrassed of my teeth until I started Invisalign. I was also very nervous and quite apathetic about my teeth in general and they made me feel so at ease and relaxed. Not only do I now have much better dental health but I can smile normally without trying to hide my teeth! The team are so kind and made me feel comfortable at all times. Dr Brown also adapted the treatment as needed to address my needs and wishes for my smile. I am so happy with how they turned out and it was important to me to have everything explained as we went along to understand what would happen and to manage my expectations. When I was teenager, I had braces at a different orthodontist and was given Hawley retainers post-treatment but didn’t receive much guidance on how to use them. Over time, my teeth shifted back, and I became quite self-conscious and felt anxious about starting the process again. However, from the very start, the team has put me at ease. Lyne on reception was so kind and welcoming — something small, but it really helped me feel comfortable walking in. Dr Brian Dunne has been calm and reassuring throughout. Fantastic experience: My sons had a fantastic experience at Kingston Orthodontics from the first visit to completing the treatment. I cannot recommend them enough! We visited several orthodontists beforehand; but none were as good as Dr Slater. She explained the treatment plan in a clear and understandable manner and her approachable personality made feel us really comfortable. We knew that there were no better options! Dr Slater is extremely professional and skilled, committed to achieving the best results no regardless how long it takes. My sons have beautiful straight teeth and a perfect bite now. We couldn't be happier with the results. She also provided attentive care to my sons throughout the treatment, explained every step of the process in detail and reassured us with her positive energy. When any issues arose, she was quick to respond and fix it with compassion. Dr Slater arranged a treatment schedule which was considerate and helped fit it around my sons’ GCSE and A-Levels. The whole team are knowledgeable, polite and enthusiastic. They are always available to answer our queries. The receptionist welcome us with a warm smile every visit. She is understanding, incredibly helpful and considerate. She is handling every requests efficiently. Fantastic experience: Kingston Orthodontics has played a significant part in my life. Throughout my life I had a very asymmetrical face, a bad bite and was always shy about smiling. It was expected that braces alone wouldn’t be enough and after a conversation with Dr. Slater I made the decision to go through orthodontic treatment combined with surgery. It took us more than three years to get to where we are now. After a successful surgery performed by Dr. Helen Witherow I wore braces for almost a year. The result went far beyond all my expectations. I’m definitely happy with my new smile and have zero regrets about this long journey — I’m glad I went through with it. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this practice by a dentist friend who had used them. A really friendly and professional team, my orthodontist is Fadi who has been brilliant, talking through my options and answering all my questions really honestly. I feel like I am in excellent hands.

Positive experience: Very strange place. After paying for a consultation during which I also paid for an x-ray, they never followed up with me despite telling me they will. No personalised plan and quote sent as promised. Suffice to say, I will not be seeking their services if they can't even be bothered to send you the details you discussed during the appointment.

Dr Brown and her team have been wonderful during my Invisalign journey.. my case was difficult due to an overbite and crowded teeth situation but Dr Brown has done a fantastic job with them and not to mention.... she is very welcoming and genuinely really cares. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Kingston Orthodontics highly enough. I was in my mid 60’s when I started Invisalign and did wonder whether it was worth it. The treatment I received and support given from start to finish was wonderful and I am really delighted with the final result - not just cosmetically but also my ability to chew evenly is now so much better. The premises are new and spotlessly clean and Brian and all the staff there went out of the way to make the whole experience stress free and to give me confidence. Fantastic experience: The team at Kingston Orthodontics is the absolute best, they are by far the most frieny and helpful medical professionals I have ever met. Dr. Brown is my Orthodontist and her professionalism is second to none. When my incongito brace caused issues and for a while I had to come back almost weekly for the remedial appointment, the team was always patient and tried their best to make it right for me. Fantastic experience: My daughter had her braces removed Today, after two years of treatment, and we could not be happier with the result, despite it was not an easy case as she had an impacted canine. Dr Slater and all the Kingston Orthodontics team are brilliant and incredibly nice (Julie and Lyne are fantastic). My youngest daughter also had her braces fitted by Dr Slater, four months ago. She qualified for NHS covering but we did not hesitate to go with Dr Slater in order to get the best treatment for her. I have recommended Kingston Orthodontics to my friends and some of them are already going there too.

Fantastic experience: My teeth were finished without any issues. Appointments were kept on time and if any amendments needed to be made then I was asked well in advance. The staff were lovely and always happy to answer any questions and help with anything. I had Dr Dunn who gave me an expected time frame which was completed earlier than expected. Dr Dunn was always making sure I was okay during procedures and seemed very much invested in giving me the smile I wanted.

Fantastic experience: We moved to Kingston Orthodontist after having a bad experience with another orthodontist and couldn’t be happier. Dina Slater is an excellent and trustworthy orthodontist- she steered us away from unnecessarily expensive options and was honest about what outcome we should expect. The results have exceeded this. The reception staff at Kingston Orthodontist are also very efficient and accommodating. All in all this is a fantastic Orthodontic practice - I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is such a brilliant place. Everyone, from receptionists to hygienist Danielle to orthodontist Dr Dina Slater are smiley, helpful and reassuring. Danielle spotted a tiny detail that had been missed by many others and referred me to Dina, who sorted out the issue with skill and patience. Definitely many steps above any others I’ve used. I almost (but not quite….) wish there was more work needed. Amazing!
