Negative experience: I’ve unfortunately had to update my post whilst Martina is still fabulous at her job i’m afraid i’ve had to leave this surgery as the customer service is atrocious. You ring for an emergency appointment the receptionist doesn’t even say let me just check. It’s just a flat out know ring tomorrow. Or no one answers the phone. Since new management took over my customer service experience has been awful. When I rang and told the receptionist to take me off their records she didn’t even ask why. If she did perhaps they could improve their customer service experience. Can only say keep up the good work Martina and I wish you was in the new surgery that I will be attending. Bring back the old receptionist they were fab at their job. Made you feel welcome and not like a number.

Fantastic experience: Dr Reema and her assistant Anu were absolutely wonderful – incredibly attentive, kind, and patient. They were great with my son and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The tooth removal was quick and painless. Highly recommend!

Starting from the receptionist Elena who was extremely helpful and just on the spot of all information. And its not me who wanted to write review it was my son who pushed me ;) He is 11 years old and he said he never felt so good and only in this dental place starting from receptionist and finishing Dr Rehan with his assistant made him feel relaxed and he took all the comments on the board.My son was very impressed and brushing his teeth non stop now;) My son sent me message to put here;) “ I would just like to say thank you again to the staff at perfect smile and will see most of you again in 6 months. Fantastic experience: On visiting the Ravenscourt branch of Perfect Smile I found that Natalie in reception was very friendly and super efficient. My practitioner Marcos is a charming and understanding young man who clearly is an expert in his chosen profession. He put me entirely at ease and made sure that the denture he had made for me fitted comfortably, he took extreme care when checking it each time it came back from the lab. He kept checking and adjusting until he and I were satisfied that it was comfortable for me. He also told me that if after wearing than for a while there were any concerns I should get back to him and he would make any necessary adjustments. I and my wife( also a new patient ) would whole heartedly recommend Marcos and indeed the whole practise to any of our family and friends and indeed any one else who were talking about their dental needs. Negative experience: The dentist who did the examination and fillings were sloppy and I had my fillings dropped out from both side. They dropped the tools on floor twice even. They referred me to another dental clinic for wisdom tooth removal but the dentist there told me he could hardly read the details from my record due to a poor hand-writing. I don't feel confident with them so I switched to another dental clinic nearby my home. I had a basic examination there which is much more careful and detail than the one I had here.

Fantastic experience: I visited this branch few weeks ago to do the root canal treatment. It was a very pleasant treatment procedure with Dr Yasmin. I like the way she explains everything to make you understand. Although the root canal treatment is caused by one filling failure months earlier with another doctor in the branch. I am happy I don’t have teeth ache anymore.

Fantastic experience: My opinion after three visits. Dr Beata Bahja and her assistant Joanna are amazing. They took wonderful care of our 7 year old daughter who had her sixths ( severe cavities) done. They tried to create a friendly atmosphere so that our daughter felt comfortable. They were empathetic, kind and considerate. Dr Beata listened to us, explained the different treatment options and gave advice. Ms Joanna was also very involved. The team at Perfect Smile Ravenscourt were super helpful and informative throughout the booking process and my initial appointments. This really made me comfortable I’m so glad that I decided to make the appointments with them. Dr Yasmin Saeed is a real credit to the organisation and I feel that my teeth and dental hygiene is in safe hands and I’ve found my dentist for years to come! I can’t recommend this service and this dentist highly enough and I’ve been telling all my friends and family about my experience there.

Negative experience: I went this dentist last month because of a horrible tooth pain. Because it was my first time going dentist in UK I took a look the ones nearby and the reviews. Receptionist it was very polite on the phone and I got a urgent appointment at the same day. My appointment had the duration of less than 5 minutes. The dentist it was very polite and the assistant very limited speaking English. She just looked and gave me some antibiotics. Not even a X ray. Zero. She just assume that is a infection because of my wisdom and that’s the reason of swollen face. Quickly send me away and gave me a card with her name and the assistant to do a nice review about it. I was so disappointed. Felt that in my opinion all that comments that I read before was not done spontaneous. Today, I went to my dentist outside UK and i do have to do a root canal. Obviously zero about my wisdom. I wasted my time and money. In pain more than a month when everything could have be done on time. Disappointed and sad. Not sure if was because I went as a NHS patient and definitely I don’t recommend no one.

This is the first dental practice I have 'ever' used where I don't feel petrified going because I know that Perin on the reception, who always makes me feel at ease with her amazing sense of humour and kindness, is equally measured with Dr. Bahja's professional but friendly way of dealing with nervous patients like myself. Suffering from Dentist anxiety, she has easily the best manner of any medical personnel I have come across. She is truly wonderful. The receptionist who is called Perin is absolutely lovely. This practice overall from the first call to the dentist is truly wonderful. I highly reccommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. The one previously was always delayed, once I even waited an hour! All of my fillings fell out within weeks or months and my new dentist here, Dr J Mahmoud replaced them and they have been fine for two years. She is honestly so gentle and friendly she makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. She’s also a perfectionist and will make sure everything is done properly and never rushes. The rooms are spotless and organised. The receptionist is so sweet, it’s honestly a joy to go there instead of being a drag. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have just returned home from my first dental appointment since before lockdown and I feel its appropriate to comment here that my dentist Beata Bahja is well worth her good revues. My good friend Dr Morgan used to run this practice as well as many others and when he retired he recommended her to me. I travel quite a long way to get to this practice but I will always do this as long as Ms Bahja is working here. Her manner and attitude is first class and the care she takes alongside her professionalism is second to none. I was also pleasantly surprised today in meeting Perry the new receptionist. Having been visiting dentists for over sixty years I have met many but I can honestly say Perrin is the best ! Her professional and friendly manner is enough to make any nervous patient calm and confident. Well done everyone. !
