Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment and currently working away in the week and couldn’t get a weekend appointment near home. Smile More seen me within 1 week without being a current patient. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and makes you feel completely relaxed. I was sorted in 2 appointments and given great advice and service - would recommend.

Every member of the team is friendly and welcoming and Paris is very understanding and does everything she can to explain the procedure and put you at ease. Positive experience: Very push and quick service but expensive for tooth extraction. I was told it will cost between 400-500 pounds to extract one tooth and they don't have NHS patients. I had to go to another dentist to get it done quickly at a much cheaper price. The reception were nice and booked my emergency appointment quickly next day but I had to pay 50 pounds in advance.

Fantastic experience: Paris is absolutely amazing. I had been having some painful and concerning oral issues and first contacted my GP to follow this up who suggested that I refer myself to a dentist in the first instance. So I contacted Smile More and got an emergency appointment on the same day (unheard of in modern times). When I arrived at my appointment, I was vibrantly greeted by the receptionist and had a very pleasant conversation with him before heading into Paris’ main office. Paris took an incredibly thorough look at my mouth and did an amazing job at cleaning and polishing my teeth, while taking x rays too. I felt so reassured and comfortable in her presence and was overwhelmed with the level of detail she went into and care that she provided. She clearly has an amazing and extensive knowledge behind all those years of dentistry. I left feeling reassured and confident that I needn’t worry about the issues I was facing after seeing Paris. Paris gave me some mouthwash and gel that cleared my issues up within a matter of days and I haven’t suffered since. Couldn’t recommend a better place to go if you need your teeth/mouth looked at in any capacity. Paris is totally professional, so friendly and utterly reliable. 10/10 for my first visit. I won’t be going anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Update: I am still in the process of my Invisalign journey and could not be happier with Dr Paris and her team. Had a check up yesterday and am very pleased with the Invisalign treatment. The difference in my teeth is amazing already and I cannot wait to see the final result. My teeth had always been a major insecurity for me so when I turned up for my consultation I was very nervous about starting treatment, however after meeting Dr. Paris she reassured me of my course of treatment with Invisalign and made me feel confident and in safe hands going forward. Fantastic experience: Used Smile More yesterday. Great team and service, the surgery itself was immaculately clean well presented with a comfortable waiting area. Dr Paris carried out the procedure, she was very friendly and re-assuring. I felt at ease and totally relaxed during the hour long deep clean which included scaling and an AquaCare clean and polish. I can honestly say on completion of the procedure my teeth have never looked so clean. The AquaCare not only removed all the staining (and there was a lot) but also left my teeth feeling completely smooth. Honestly, can't recommend this practice and the staff more highly!!

Fantastic experience: Had Invisalign treatment from Paris and her team and I'm really liking the results.

Negative experience: Will NOT be going back here I was told by the male that owns the practice that composite bonding they offer and could do would be £140 per tooth and the £50 consultation fee is refundable and would be took of end price of going through with treatment. I went for an appointment today and she did not listen to me at all and recommended the most expensive treatment (veneers-porcelain veneers) when I went in about composite bonding to then be told the £50 is “literally just to see the dentist and no it’s not refundable” and to be told then the composite is £340 per tooth. AVOID if you don’t want to be scammed and be lead into something you don’t want done. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was seen just before 3 o’clock I would give 0 stars if I could

Fantastic experience: I had an examination yesterday after having severe pain all day. Paris is so gentle and caring! She identified an infection behind the back tooth, gave medicine, gave advice and promptly removed the tooth today. Many thanks for staying open extra late for me. I was previously at a very good dentist, no real complaints but the overall service from Paris, Cliff and team has been so good throughout. I arrived at the practice and was give a warm welcome by the receptionist Anne - the facilities at Smile More are modern and fresh which made me think I had chosen the right dentist. I was taken to see Paris the head dentist and which who was very professional who gave my teeth a complete check up and was super clear on what It is that I need in order to maintain healthy dental care. Fantastic experience: Last week Tuesday, I ended up breaking my tooth and needed an emergency appointment. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to go. I was recommended by two people to visit - Smile More. I called up Wednesday Morning and luckily they had an emergency appointment for the same day. Cliff was so friendly and great at helping me get the appointment booked, it eased my anxiety. At the emergency appointment, I was really nervous and worried but Paris was so lovely; she put my worries at ease. She confirmed it was broken and that it needed to be extracted. So I was booked in for that same week (Friday) for it to be done. I was petrified to have my tooth extracted, however, I didn't need to be because Paris and Carol were amazing! They really took their time with me. Paris explained everything she was doing and helped me understand the process of the tooth extraction. Carol helped to make sure I was doing ok too. There was no rushing, they were all patient and cared for me. I would 100% recommend anyone to visit Smile More - especially if you're super anxious- they're such a friendly dentist surgery. Fantastic experience: I want to recommend smile more 10 STARS what they have done for me in the last few weeks has been amazing I was in the most incredible pain anyone could have been in with my wisdom tooth, I was in a right state, not even my usual dentist at Downing dental in dorridge could of cared less, seeing the pain I was in he wasn’t interested and was not willing to help! Well with a few phone calls around the area smile more got me in! ( at 5pm on a Friday!) they were just about to go home but didn’t want me to be in pain and worked over time to get that wisdom tooth out, they took me out of this pain that I’d never felt in my whole life and I will be forever grateful to them for that. (Dorridge Downing dental was going to take the wrong tooth out! Thank the lord he pointed me towards smile more!) I have been back today to fix and rebuild the tooth that would of been taken out instead of the the wisdom tooth and when I got home you automatically check your tooth in the mirror, well what can I say it puts all my other teeth to shame!
